Mal is a great host and was very responsive. Her place is just as described and the beds were comfortable. The coffee and goodies on arrival were much appreciated. She had a long-term renter prior to our 2 week stay, so you may find a long gap in reviews before us. Thanks for everything Mal!

Amber's place was everything you could ask for in an Airbnb. It was our home away from home. It is actually better than the photos listed online! The surrounding area looked a bit rough and some houses around looked a bit run down, we were a bit uneasy when we arrived, but our first impressions didn't last long. We never felt unsafe. Amber's place was so clean, organized and beautifully decorated. The lay out was so well thought of, that you had everything you could possibly need during your stay. We just loved her place! We were having some issues with something, and Amber was very quick to offer a solution and even lent us an umbrella when we needed one. This is the longest review I've done, so it must mean that we really enjoyed her place LOL . We would love to stay here again in a couple of years coz we have a feeling this neighborhood is going to be developed and be the place to be at! We've stayed at a handful of Airbnb in different states and cities and our stay with Lisa was the best hands down! We left our last Airbnb earlier and she was very accommodating to make changes at the last minute. Always communicating and asking if we needed anything. Her guest house was beautiful, clean, and when you walked in, it smelled like you were in a spa. The linens and towels made you never want to unwrap yourself; they were luxurious. She had dog bowls waiting for our Boston Terrier. The neighborhood was safe and walkable. We keep telling our friends about our experience and how we'll be back!! 10/10 recommend!

Perfect all around!! Enrique met me at the doorstep, helped with luggage and showed me around. He gave great local recommendations, Minuti coffee was on point! The space was just as expected, the location close to downtown, and provided the wonderful getaway weekend I was hoping for! Highly recommend, I will absolutely stay here again!

Lino was a very attentive host. We were running late for check in and he made sure to check up on us to see if everything was okay ! He offered to give us good and fun options to do in Houston ! The place in general is cozy and clean with access to free wifi. If i go back to Houston i'd probably stay in the same place.

Perfect for our needs with a great location between Houston and Galveston. I love that it was private but close to highway access and great eateries. It was wonderful to discover the place is close to a Catholic Church Shrine. We didn’t swim or fish but it was nice being close to nature and peace. Lots of natural light in the place and a bonus I could see the full moon on the last night from the ceiling dome cupola lookout in the bedroom area. We would stay again.

We loved our stay here! The view from the room is gorgeous. The room was more spacious than we expected and suited our needs perfectly. Paul was super responsive and provided clear, concise instructions that made it a breeze to get checked in/out. We will be making this our go-to place when we head down to Galveston. Would absolutely recommend!

Isabel's apartment is very well maintained, stocked, clean, cute and cozy, the kitchen is well equipped, the space is very good for 2 bedrooms and bathroom, the work space make it even more attractive as well the washer and dryer on unit; the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, close to the bay, and nice places around. My family really enjoyed the stay at the apartment. The communication with Isabel was absolutely amazing!!! she is very quickly to respond and concern for anything we needed during the stay, Isabel is Super Super Host !! Since our first conversation she made me feel as family, Isabel with her phenomenal empathy and great heart is one of a kind 10/10. I recommend her apartment 100% and I will rent it again if I am back to the area.- Thank You Isabel

Awesome place! So clean and 5 mins walking distance from the beach! So new and modern and cozy! Will stay there again!

Leah’s place was immaculate! All of the facilities you could possibly want for a short stay - exceptionally clean, Leah was very responsive and it was an all round positive experience! My only thing was the noise that came in from the train line nearby - as someone who isn’t used to that it was quite loud. But fixed with some ear plugs!

A warm and welcoming host greeted me with a smile and checked in once or twice to ensure everything was satisfactory. I appreciated the availability of coffee pods and tea. It felt like a cozy, private home.

It was a cute, perfect space for our stay. We were so glad to see the finger print picture frame. We are also glad to see that a part of what they make from the AirBNB goes to providing a home for the homeless!

Great stay at Karinas and Michaels place! The community is quiet, great pool, very clean and well equipped apartment and Michael even did laundry for me because the washing machine in the Apartment was broken. Totally worth it : )
