This was my 2nd stay here. The location and amenities were perfect for me. Easy to get onto the freeway and get to the Museum District area. I was forewarned before confirmation that there would be construction on the main house next door. But most of the time they were either not there, or I was not there or the sounds were unnoticed. Joan-Amber also informed me before confirmation that the oven/stove was unavailable and being replaced. But they had substituted a plug-in, two burner hot plate and a toaster oven in lieu of that. It turns out I didn't use either. But they would have been adequate for whatever cooking I wanted to do. I stayed a week. Though no washer/dryer, there is a very nice, secure and economical laundromat a few books away on Park & Findlay. Improvements are being made to the property. s

Excellent Accommodation and Exceptional Host I had a wonderful experience at this accommodation. From the moment we arrived, the host was very welcoming and provided exceptional service. The place was spotless and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, as it is close to NRG Stadium, making it convenient for attending events. Additionally, it offers easy access to public transportation and other major attractions in Houston. The decor and overall atmosphere of the place add a special touch. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable experience in Houston. I will definitely return on my next trip!

We spent spring break with our 6 year-old daughter. This place was great and right next to the Zoo. We had a great few days visiting Buffalo Bayou Park, the Zoo and the Rodeo. The location was great with garage parking. We ubered to all of our destinations. Close to great restaurants and peaceful/ quiet building. The views of Hermann Park in the morning are incredible. We would definitely stay here again!

This is the second time we have stayed at this location. Joyner is an amazing host. He takes such pride in his properties and it shows. He went over and above to make sure that we had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable. This space is clean, and comfortable. We will definitely book again next year!

Weiyang’s place felt like home away from home. It is in a great location with restaurants and shops nearby, but still in a peaceful neighborhood. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities needed for a short stay. Weiyang was responsive and accommodated a late check out. Overall a great stay and I would recommend the place to others.

Great stay in Houston! This was close to everything we had planned for our weekend (museums, rodeo, family). Our kiddos even took a short lived swim in the pool in the middle of March! 😂

The condo was just as described! Easy beach access across the street. Playground, arcade and putt putt golf was perfect for the kids ages 4

The resort had lots of things to do for the kids, lots of activities. It was very nice and comfortable, we enjoyed our stay.
