Cute and cozy apartment in Montrose! Perfect for a bicycle trip downtown. Amber was very responsive and available.

Wish we could give this place more than 5 stars. Location is tough to beat and close to anything you need. All rooms are furnished well and each of the bedrooms has a separate full bath. Overall the space is very bright and airy with tons of windows and great views. Beds are comfortable. The place smelled fresh and was spotlessly clean. Most importantly, Anthony might be the most responsive and accommodating host I have ever had. Don't hesitate to book here. You won't regret it.

Very cute condo. Easy to find and easy instructions. Host was very responsive. Besides the minor mildew smell as you enter the condo, it was a great clean/comfortable place. Location was great easy walk to the beach and local restaurants and shops. Would book again.

We were scheduled to arrive the week following Hurricane Beryl. Brandon stayed in communication with us, keeping us apprised of the power issues. He was so accommodating in letting us delay the start of our stay until the power was restored. The house is beautiful and so nicely maintained. It is honestly the best furnished Airbnb we've ever stayed at. It is well represented in the listing. The house is in a nice subdivision that is about 0.5 miles to a drive on beach. We rented a golf cart which made the trips to the beach easy and fun. (Sandlot Wheels and Waves will deliver a golf cart to this location sandlotatsurfsidetx This property is located in a less populated area which is exactly what we were hoping for! The crab trap made crabbing off the back deck a breeze! We fished off the back upper deck for surf fishing bait. We are already planning our next trip to the area and are hoping to stay at Brandon's place again.

We rented Jared and Suzannes home for a long weekend to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday and retirement from the Army (25 years of service). This home was the perfect place for our family to gather and to make new memories together as we celebrated this big milestone. The pool was so nice to cool off in as the temperature was in the high 90s all weekend. The backyard as a whole was perfect for our dogs as well. The kitchen was stocked with everything we would need and more! The beds were super comfy and clean. I was actually sad to check out and go back home! I would recommend this to anyone wanting a quiet escape to the Seabrook.Kemah area.

Shelby’s home was just as described! The host accommodated our group and made our time in Houston worth it with her home!! The house is great for a large group with all its amenities and space. If we return to Houston we will definitely be looking forward to stay here once again!

This place was awesome! We were able to cook home meals and had space to gather and enjoy quality time with friends and family in Galveston! It is a very islandy feel even though it’s surrounded by houses. Close to the strand for things to do and sunflower cafe is 1 block away and phenomenal food there. Patti was a great host checking in!

Overall my stay there was great. I love that the condo is beachfront. The strip of stores and restaurants that I could walk to that were in distance of both the beach and the space.
