Mary and her husband were very friendly host. They gave us advice on local activities and eats. We enjoyed Mary's guest house, fishing from the dock, beautiful sunsets, and having coffee while looking out at the bay. There's lots to do within a short distance of the property. If ever in Galveston again I would definitely check availability with Mary.

This place was exactly what we were looking for and more! The hospitality of the host cannot be explained just has to be experienced! Amazing place to stay and highly recommend. Your loss if you miss out on this hidden gem!!

We like staying with Ruth and Chris because their place is always clean and we never have to worry about anything unexpected. We have stayed at numerous Airbnb’s and many have had roach issues which we won’t deal with. Another had an issue with the air conditioning in the heat of the summer. Yet another didn’t have comfortable beds and wasn’t in a good neighborhood. Ruth and Chris’ Airbnb is a sure bet. It’s an easy walk to the beach and they are responsive when we had questions. A++++

Very cute adorable perfect place for a couples getaway. Very quite, very short walk to beach. Easy parking and access. Short ride to strand. Very clean, liked the beach theme . Would definitely book again…

What a wonderful spot to stay. The accommodations were so adorable and perfect fir our little family. Great private patio to relax on and listen to the birds and bugs. Would def recommend!!

Raynel’s place was perfect for what we were looking for. Raynel was super helpful and responsive in any questions we had & the pool at hot tub was wonderful. Would definetly recommend this place to anyone & would stay here again.

This is one of the nicest Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at in Galveston, Texas. Dirk was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the entire trip. The house was spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It was conveniently located near the beach, allowing for easy walks to restaurants.

Perfect place for a quick weekend trip. When this description says walkable to the strand, it’s true! It really only took 15 minutes and it’s almost a straight shot there. Cute little guest house with the right amount of room for 2 people. Dennis was extremely helpful and communicated excellently. I would definitely stay there again!

Lindsey & Jake were great hosts! The place was adorable and we absolutely loved it. They thought of everything from check in photos to a cute note with snacks when we arrived (which my kids devoured!), to a wagon with everything you need for an awesome beach day. They had it ready for an early check-in if we wanted and sent a list of recommendations for the area, which we used and had the best dining experience because of it. It was clean, well equipped with everything we would need and the perfect spot for us!

Upon my arrival, Dee greeted me with a warm demeanor, demonstrating a genuine willingness to assist. Her friendly disposition made the initial encounter pleasant and welcoming. The environment of the location itself was impeccably clean, contributing to an overall sense of hygiene and orderliness that further enhanced our experience. As we settled in, we felt an overwhelming sense of comfort and ease that allowed us to engage fully in our activities without any distractions or concerns regarding our surroundings. This combination of Dee's helpfulness and the pristine condition of the venue created an atmosphere conducive to productivity and relaxation alike.

Truly a hidden gem outside of Houston and about 2 lights down from Kemah. The property is protected by a key pad that must be used for entry and exiting to enhance security. Plus cameras monitoring the property. But once you step in paradise, all restrictions and stress are immediately released. The self check in was easy and my little cabin was beautifully decorated with plenty of windows. The guests were warm and not overly friendly which help with the relaxing atmosphere. Saw all body types and races. I went solo but everyone was coupled. I made a stunning meal using the outside kitchen though my room had a fully equipped (pans, cups, spoons, etc) small kitchen. I felt so relaxed leaving and will surly be back. One of the BEST STAYS I've locally had in a long time as a fellow Houstonian. I recommend anyone to give this little beauty a try. Especially if you are new or would like to experience the lifestyle. You will find the property very intimate without being too much.

Sharon is beyond accommodating & kind, on top of her place being in immaculate condition. The attention to detail was beyond helpful to my family & I. We plan to stay in touch with Sharon for our family trip back next year. Thank you so much again, Sharon!

This location was very cozy. My children loved the bunkbed..sadly it was too cold for us to get in the pool, but they had toys for the kids outside and it was very clean inside the location and had plenty of extra stuff, we had dance competitions so we was only 4 min from moody gardens hotel!!

Loved this cute little place! It was perfect for our girls weekend - just two of us, but would work for four! Loved the decor, well appointed, super tidy. Lots of storage space for clothes, food, toiletries. Great location just steps from the beach and Hotel Lucine, where you can get breakfast, lunch, dinner, or drinks! And you can even buy a pass for the pool! Short drive up to The Strand. Had a cute little patio to hang out on as well! Brett was so helpful and super responsive. Would definitely stay again !

My wife and I had ourselves quite the time! Great distance from the beach, and private parking, I was sold! the rain shower was fantastic! AC was freezing cold, just the way I like it. King bed and king throw blankets, what more do I need? Enjoyed the time spent at our temporary "home" def. beats the prostitute feeling a motel can only offer! Would definitely book again!

We have spent the whole weekend and it could not be better. The hosts always taking care of you. There is nothing to worry about. They have you covered. Everything you need, ask them. Definitely, we will be back soon.

This is a great place. Very clean and comfortable - as well as in a great location just minutes from restaurants and shopping. We will definitely book again when in the area.

Parker was a terrific host and very responsive to my questions. The place is so secluded and serene. It was a wonderfully relaxing visit and the pool right outside of the cottage door was a lovely plus! I will definitely be sharing the location with other friends and family that are in that part of town to visit.

Krystal's place was very cozy and super convenient to the beach without being too far away. It had all of the amenities of an air BNB and more! Felt like home away from home. Additionally, Krystal went out of her way to make the space ready for us to check in hours early. Communication was outstanding and would recommend her place :)

Millie went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. From the spotless rooms to the thoughtful touches, everything was perfect. We’d love to stay with her again!

Dee was wonderful! We love that she cares for the wildlife, has great recommendations, is flexible, and kind. Would stay here again and for us it was a great location in a quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful experience; the host was very informative about the surroundings and gave us a few suggestions to try, which were great. Short walk up to the historic Galvez hotel, as seen on the new hit TV show 1923, with great coffee and brunch and beautiful Gulf of America views. Dogs are friendly, and the cats enjoy a pet or two. Nice, affordable stay.
