I wanted to celebrate my 60th birthday with a lovely water view and with my large family. We have the added consideration of my son-in-law, who has suffered a stroke and is seriously disabled. The house at Kemah was wonderfully perfect. The views over the bay are gorgeous - even on cloudy winter days. The home is spacious and we did not feel crowded. There is an elevator, which allowed my son-in-law be upstairs with us. The home owner provides plenty of things to do, including games and puzzles, ping pong, and fuze ball. Fishing on the lovely pier is another option. There is a prep table to fillet your catch and a refrigerator designated to store it, so the kitchen fridge stays fish-smell free. We stayed in for our meals, but the house is very close to the boardwalk and you can walk to restaurants and bars. 1 of 2 ovens is labeled out of service, and so is the fireplace. Also. the dishwasher doesn’t clean well. For us, these were not problems. We all hope to stay here again!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Viele Handtücher und Zubehör für den Strand. Sonnenschein und Stühle für den Strand. Größer Garten und zwei Balkone. Alles war neu, komfortabel und gemütlich. Wir waren oft im State Park am Strand. Sehr nah und gut zu erreichen. Ebenfalls die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Walmart) Danke für alles.

We were scheduled to arrive the week following Hurricane Beryl. Brandon stayed in communication with us, keeping us apprised of the power issues. He was so accommodating in letting us delay the start of our stay until the power was restored. The house is beautiful and so nicely maintained. It is honestly the best furnished Airbnb we've ever stayed at. It is well represented in the listing. The house is in a nice subdivision that is about 0.5 miles to a drive on beach. We rented a golf cart which made the trips to the beach easy and fun. (Sandlot Wheels and Waves will deliver a golf cart to this location sandlotatsurfsidetx This property is located in a less populated area which is exactly what we were hoping for! The crab trap made crabbing off the back deck a breeze! We fished off the back upper deck for surf fishing bait. We are already planning our next trip to the area and are hoping to stay at Brandon's place again.

Collen and Erika have been amazing hosts. From the moment we book the house till after our stay, they made sure our experience was exceptional. The were able to accommodate a BBQ grill request, which was more than they had to do because I could have brought one. The beach house was extremely clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the calm views and our time fishing.

We spent a wonderful weekend here, just a few steps away from the beautiful beach, with two families and our dogs. Wow, this house is newly built and equipped with everything you need for a perfect beach getaway. There was even a warm hot tub ready for us, and thoughtful amenities for our dogs as well! We've traveled to many places, but I can confidently say that the stay and the services provided here surpassed any 5-star hotel we've experienced. And the host, Jakeb, is incredibly kind and professional. If you're reading this, don't hesitate— and enjoy everything this place has to offer! Our families have already decided to return. House is in a really safe neighborhood about a 5 min drive to Kemah Boardwalk and walking distance to the water. It was very clean!

Location is great, with many nearby beach access. It felt private without going to the busy seawall. House was clean and tidy. Getting in and out was a breeze. I did notice that the fish cleaning board by the dock was dirty from the previous renter, there was a knife left and a lot of hooks near the gravel as well as broken glass near the fire pit. The house itself was comfortable and the bathrooms were clean with towels and enough toilet paper. The upstairs room was nice and private but the sliding door blinds were missing a blind. As someone who likes a dark room, this was a bit of a bother. But overall we enjoyed the house and spent a great time.

Loved our stay only regret is not staying longer ...Had everything we needed

Nicely appointed apartment with a "beach house" theme. Greatly appreciated the extra blankets in the closet - made it very easy to curl up on the couch for movies. Booked because of the proximity to the NASA museum, but we also enjoyed the Kemah boardwalk and Aquarium restaurant. Traffic is a bit noisy, but we always travel with a sound machine and/or earplugs, so not an issue for us. Would stay again!

Amazing, everything was perfect !!

I love this home away from home. I stayed for 6 weeks and it was wonderful. Paul is very respectful and doesn't bother you at home. He had a small puzzle collections, which I loved! I also added a few to his collections. I would highly recommend his place he has everything you need and more. Very quiet and private.

Beautiful place! A quick walk to the beach and we appreciated the sand toys! Thank you very much for a great stay!
