I can't say enough nice things about Kathy's home in the Cotswolds. It was just what we hoped for and more - it is beautifully decorated, charming, and comfortable, Kathy has thought of all the details (from milk in the fridge for coffee and tea, to plentiful fluffy white towels, neatly stacked tableware, a gym!) to make this feel like home the second you walk in. The location was perfect - we were there to visit friends nearby but also wanted to explore Stroud, and it was a short walk into the historic town centre. Visiting from New York to stay in this gorgeous, peaceful home was a real treat. Kathy herself was delightful, very friendly and responsive. I literally can't wait to go back to this dream home in this very special part of the world!

Vicky and Jake were there to meet us and were very helpful with instructions on how to use heating and appliances within the apartment, we got good helpful advice on the local area and were made very welcome. Lots of little extras to help us feel at home and it was an extremely comfortable place to come back to and relax after a long day at the races or on the tourist trail. We would definitely consider using the apartment again in future visits to Cheltenham.

Brilliant peaceful location exactly as described. The accommodation had everything needed for my stay. Holly was a brilliant host. Always available and very kind and friendly.

Great place, Zoe very comminciative. Only tiny thing that would make it easier, which is about habitat escapes, not the property, is better signage / maps would make the intital check in and finding of house a bit easier, but I am tooigraphically challenegd, so it might just be me. Otherwise ten out of ten for what Zoe offers. Thank you.

Linden is an absolute treasure. Nothing was too much trouble. He gave us lots of knowledge of the surrounding area and took great care of us. He is very highly recommended as a fantastic host. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Jill and I would like to thank Linden and will definately see him again.

Lovely clean place on a lovely site. There was a thoughtful little hamper of some food and milk and a treat box for our dog when we arrived which was a nice touch! Wish we had stayed longer, the pool and cafe were great! The terrace was massive with lots of chairs on and we’d love to come in the warmer months!

What a wonderful lovely little gem. My family of 6 had a wonderful stay at Harry’s place. We loved the nature reserve, onsite playground and spa facilities. My children loved the swimming pool and we will definitely be back. The apartment was clean, tidy and lots of amenities. The property was a little tricky to find in the dark but once we had been out and back in again we had no problems. The signage could do with being brighter or reflective so it is easier to see in the dark. Despite this we loved this place. Great location to other near by villages and towns. Thank you Harry and lower mill estate. ⭐️

Great place to stay, unfortunately we didn't get to use the facilities as we were working during the hours they were open. Will be returning on an actual break away to take it all in properly.

The photos of this property don't do it justice. It's a beautiful house, we instantly felt calm when we entered. Little extras were left in the kitchen and bathrooms which were nice touches. The kitchen has everything you need Communication was great from start to finish There is a huge Tesco and coffee shop 2 minutes drive away. We came for Cheltenham races, it wasn't too far away in a cab. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for having us.

We had a fantastic stay at Nicola’s house, which was perfect for three families coming together. The on-site pool was a great addition, and the Ballihoo restaurant was both welcoming and convenient ideal for everything from a morning coffee to an evening meal. The house was spotlessly clean, with three excellent bathrooms plus a downstairs toilet, making it ideal for a group stay. We would love to return in the summer to fully enjoy the surroundings, but even in the colder months, the cosy wood fire made it a wonderful retreat.

Warm, comfy and clean. Ideal location near the restaurant and spa. Great location and facilities for a gathering with my friends. Communication with host was excellent and always helpful. Would definitely return.

Great hosts, very easy to deal with and a fantastic and spacious house. A well stocked kitchen, and homely touches...comfy sofas, big TVs, speakers, phone chargers, good WiFi and a nice snug room with log burner. The Loch Inn a particular highlight, lovely cosy space to enjoy a few drinks and play pool and darts. A busy main road out front, but you don't notice it once you're inside or out in the large back garden. We had a great time, hope to return for more fun times in the future.

Perfect cottage for families with an on site restaurant, takeaway pizza and great walks nearby. Cottage was clean with a log burner and selection of games to keep us entertained!

Duck End is a charming, stylish home in a beautiful Cotswolds village. The living spaces are very generous and well-appointed - our family party including kids and grandma had lots of space to stretch out and relax. It was a delight to prepare and serve Christmas dinner in such a fabulous kitchen. We really appreciated Anna's beautiful seasonal decorations and the delicious offerings in the welcome basket. Our dog loved the various walks that Anna suggested and he was well-served by the outside hose and the bootroom to clean off the inevitable Cotswolds winter mud. With two pubs and a village shop Kingham is very well served. It provided an excellent base for various trips and outings. Anna is an attentive and responsive host - thanks Anna!

Excellent instructions to find the property. House was clean and comfortable. There was sufficient plates, cups, glasses, etc for the number of people stating in the house, plus a large pan for cooking. The children who were part of the group appreciated the toys on the property. The park was quiet and well maintained. We would definitely consider staying here again for a family get together
