The Railway Carriage is unique. It's so cozy and lovingly decorated, it really makes you feel welcome! The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. There is a huge outside area and parking right in front of the accommodation. A lot of interesting sights can be reached within short driving distance. Sam provided excellent information and was very helpful. Thank you for an utterly relaxing time!

We had a lovely stay at Tanya's lodge. Despite the weather being a bit too cold, we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, which was ready for us as soon as we arrived. It was the perfect way to relax and unwind. The lodge itself was cozy and provided a great break from our routine. Thank you, Tanya, for such a wonderful experience!

I had a wonderful stay at the Shepard’s Hut. It was the perfect place to stay whilst working in Cheltenham for a few days. It was quiet and cosy and Rosalind was a friendly and helpful host. I look forward to staying again in the future!

We loved our stay at Katie & Anna’s Shepherds hut. The orchard was lovely to sit in during the light evenings & the hut was clean and cosy.

Great little space in a lovely location. Peaceful and plenty of nature. Accommodation and bathrooms very clean and all the little extras you might need. Would definitely stay again.

Elms Farm is a charming place in a very beautiful and convenient location to visit the Cotswolds. Rose is a fantastic host that cooked a great English breakfast and gave us plenty advice on places to visit and things to do in the surroundings. Very welcoming environment, highly recommended place to stay!

The location is a beautiful private field and the shepherd huts have everything you need for an amazing getaway. My son loved having a shepherd hut to himself and the pigs and goats close by were a bonus. The BBQ hut is a fantastic experience and a lovely way to cook together. All of the huts were very clean and had all cooking utensils & resources needed, plus extra thoughtful touches. We loved our stay so much.

Gorgeous peaceful location! Super cosy and warm and clean! Would just say the boiler was very powerful and noisy all night - just something to bear in mind if you’re a light sleeper! And for future renter’s the hot tub for us took 4 hours to reach the correct temperature / needs a lot of time and attention to work, but worked perfectly when it did just plan in advance when you think you’ll want it!

Beautiful Airbnb, great value for money. Great places locally and a really helpful booklet of local things to do. Very well behaved dogs free roaming which was a nice surprise! Has everything you need inside the cabin and loved the fresh eggs, would 100% stay again

Great shepherds hut for a weekend away in the countryside. Super well equipped and Rosalind communicated super well. Fresh bread and eggs were also a nice touch! Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at the hut. A perfect weekend getaway! Adele reminded us to use the Airbnb instructions to find the place making it a lot easier to spot the sign. Check in was nice and easy, and we were kindly left some Prosecco and chocolates which was greatly appreciated. In addition to that, Adele kindly provided us with local recommendations for pubs and walks. One thing to note is that most places require a car to get to towns, you can’t really walk anywhere from the hut but that wasn’t an issue for us. It also meant that the place was private and felt like we were in a bubble with a river view. A big plus was the hot tub! It was easy to use and no preheating required. Thank you again for the wonderful weekend.

Very lovely couple. Helpful and friendly you can tell they do this for people’s enjoyment and not just for money. Beautiful garden and lake you feel like you are the only people there. Definitely going to stay again.

Incredible night away for our 10 year anniversary. We asked for an early check in which Eloise helped with. The place was beautiful. Everything you could need. We ordered the hamper dinner for 2 and the food was spectacular. The hot tub wasn’t heated for when we arrived but as soon as we messaged Eloise, she sent someone round to get it heating again. Great service. Beautiful place and would definitely recommend. We felt very safe and our dog LOVED it. I was also recommend the Village pub, 15 minute walk away. The food and service was excellent

It was our second time at the Shepherds Hut and we loved it both times. The hut is just what you need for a little getaway, I would also recommend visiting local pub (walkable distance from the hut) Woolpack Inn, such a lovely place and people. If you like waking up to stunning views and fresh air, I wholeheartedly recommend staying at Shepherds Hut!

Had a lovely family weekend at Esceap Shepherd Huts for my wife's birthday and were joined by our adult children. Huts were an ideal place to explore the Cotswolds and enjoy spending time together. Fortunately the weather was excellent so didn't need to spend too much time inside.

I took my wife here for her birthday and we both had a great time! Really is in the middle of nowhere and is very peaceful and relaxing. Would love to go again!

The Shepherd's Hut has everything you need for luxury camping! Lovely interior with dreamy touches such as sash windows, high-quality bedding, and enamelware. Well designed and clear handbook, and friendly and helpful hosts. We camped in style, cooked outdoors on the butane camping stove, provided, and roasted marshmallows (also provided) at night over the fire pit . It was also classy touch having your own WC and shower allotted to Shepherd's Hut. Fantastic location, 5 minute shuffle to a gravel beach on the banks of the River Wye, great for canoeists or just lazing around watching the swans.

Perfect little stay for a getaway to the Cotswolds great location to visit all the beautiful surrounding areas. Close to Cirencester with gorgeous restaurants, pubs and shops. Beautiful surroundings to wake up to, cosy and warm with heaters for the colder months. Perfect for dogs plenty of space for them to go to the toilet and quiet.
