We stayed in Dan’s place during Thanksgiving to visit family close by. Dan was very responsive and allowed us an early checkin. The house was immaculate and the layout was just what our family needed. We would definitely stay again and can’t recommend it enough.

My group and I stayed here for our last snow trip of the season and it was the nicest Tahoe Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. There was more than enough space for our group of 7 with each bedroom getting their own bathroom, two living rooms each with a TV, and a large dining area and kitchen so everyone could easily sit. We would definitely come back again!

Judy’s place is comfortable and cozy. Great amenities, beautiful decor, very clean and super comfortable pillows(that’s important for me😊) I would highly recommend her place!! She is a kind and friendly hostess too!!

Judy is friendly and responsive. Beautiful place, peaceful, enjoy eating breakfast on the deck and watching the dears go by. Highlight recommend, I most definitely rebook again.

We had a fantastic stay here! It was the perfect staycation for our family including 2 toddlers who enjoyed the bear stuffies around the house. We cooked a few meals, played in the snow and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood just 15 minute drive from Heavenly Village. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, the entire house was Bear themed with bear frames and stuffed bears everywhere super unique. The lights flickered a bit at night we noticed, not sure if there was a timer set, but other than that we would love to be back for our next trip to the snow.

Excellent besides the beds situation and the carpet needs to be changed or washed. The beds were uncomfortable.

It was a pleasure staying at Viv’s Airbnb! Very clean, lots of amenities if you need them such as laundry and vacuum. Host was very responsive and communicative. I had no issues during my stay and it was a peaceful, quiet stay. I would definitely recommend!

One of the best Airbnb places I've stayed. Doris was very responsive to anything I needed and she and her husband were both very friendly and helpful. This property sets next to a field with horses and beautiful woodlands and green meadows. Very quiet & private, but very close to major urban areas with entertainment and restaurants. I went to this little oasis for a personal yoga and meditation retreat I put together. It was perfect. The generosity of the hosts in stocking the refrigerator and kitchen with special food & drink items was above and beyond. I felt pampered. I will return for sure.

Marjorie's place was so peaceful and quiet. It's beautifully landscaped and my family enjoyed our stay.

This is the third time that I stay in one of Alphe’s places. It has always been pleasant and comfortable. The places that I stayed in were clean and cozy. The kitchens were stocked with all the appliances needed to cook. It’s clear to see that Alphe takes pride and care in the places she rents so the travelers will have an enjoyable stay. She is easily available to answer any questions or listen to any comments. Her descriptions of the places are accurate. I recommend that you contact her about staying in one of her units while away from home. You will see that it’s a home away from home. Happy Traveling!

Pros: It was really a pleasant stay, especially with kids we enjoyed some of the board/card games (there were many), staying away from TV/phones/tablets. Home was really clean and comfortable. Calm surroundings. Bigger Washer and Drier holding heavy loads. All the shops, gas stations etc. were close by, within 5-10 mins drive. Debra was really helpful and responsive. A few cons: No chimney/air vent for the cooking smoke to go out from the Kitchen and we had to keep the front door open in the cold weather, missing dishwasher after a long tiring trip, Smaller stove/oven sizes (couldn't prepare more servings at once but still adjustable doing things again) Overall, I recommend this place...

The place is very cozy and clean. Comfortable bedding and plenty of amenities like a pool/ hot tub/ and adequate gym. Feels like a safe location with a walking trail right outside. Get beautiful sunsets over the mountains every night. Would stay here again

Good stay for the price, I would stay again. Nice quiet dead end street. Beautiful oak trees. Enjoyed walking in the park. Large dining hall with computer desk. Close to town, but still quiet. There’s 2 park gates across the street, one in each direction. But beware of the many large dogs often off leash inside the park. I appreciated not having an attached kitchen to the room, it made the room extra quiet (mini fridges buzzing in hotel rooms can be loud). I’m autistic and my nervous system could actually rest here. Soft bed. It is community living and sound travels, it was minimal but sometimes temporarily annoying. Some furniture was worn down but adequately covered. For women staying here: there are no deadbolts or security locks aside from the keypad, and the room door to the hallway opens outwards so an extra hotel security lock won’t work here.

We had fun and stayed warm in this stay. Super recommend.

Great place, clean and comfortable.

We stayed here for a work conference for 2 nights with 8 women. It worked out great for all of us to have room for all our things. Bathrooms were quite nice. The kitchen and family room was very spacious for us to hang out and team build together as well. This would be an ideal location for any Levi Stadium events/concerts as it's right across the street. Our host, Dien, was great at communication before and during the stay. Thank you!

What a great place! First time we stayed in incline village. The complex was quiet and peaceful and the house was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our second stay in this condo, and once again, we had a wonderful experience. It is beautifully designed, very conveniently located, perfectly furnished and equipped, and truly meets all of our family's needs. We love Northstar and this condo and hope to return for a third visit!

good spot to stay close to the lake. few minutes from the beach and close to shops and restaurant. the living room is big and kitchen well equipped. it is great that they have a pack and play and a high chair for kid.

Great choice for a private and quiet Airbnb in the Incline Village. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Lake Tahoe

It was really great experience staying at Evolve’s place, we love the interior design and structure, the small extra study room was nice really. Hope we have another chance to stay again in the future!
