This home was perfect for our group! Every year we book a place large enough for 5-13 people and spend a week together to ring in the new year. This was easily one of the best places we've stayed in! Lots of kitchen supplies, fun activities, clean towels and blankets, amazing instructions and manual made everything super easy, and Jules was incredibly responsive!! Couldn't ask for a better host or a better house!

Beautiful home and stunning location! Our group loved being right on the water in such a cozy house. Lots of restaurants and amenities nearby. Homes are very close together in this neighborhood, but the backyard still felt relatively private. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Great location! We loved the private dock and being right next to Carol’s and a short distance via car or boat to Plumas Pines Restaurant! Cabin is clean and cozy. Hosts were responsive and helpful. Would love to book again!

My family had an amazing trip to Coloma Cottages. The host and on-site host were very responsive and friendly. We loved tubing on the river and fishing was fun too! My kids enjoyed the pool and my doggie loved the deer watching. We will definitely be back next season.

We had such a great time at this home and has the cozy cabin vibes you want in Tahoe. The layout is great families and really has everything you need. The location is great between Kings Beach / Sunnyside and it was easy to get to everything. Although a little dated, the house is very cozy and is perfect for Tahoe weekend! We would definitely rent this house again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sara’s beautiful home! Firstly, the home itself is so perfect and cozy - a cabin oasis. It has all of the kitchen essentials that you may need, strong wifi for any remote work, and the beds are super comfy. Secondly, the location is superb. Located nearby many delicious restaurants, world class ski resorts, and, of course, the amazing Lake Tahoe. Sara was responsive, kind, and an overall amazing host. Would love to come again!

This is an absolutely stunning lake side home that had every amenity for families to make treasured lifetime memories. My favorite was the huge picnic table on the deck where you could have dinner and watch the sunset over the lake. Rich, is the perfect host, so flexible and responsive with anything you might need. My parents, husband and I enjoyed day trips to Lassen, fishing literally from the backyard and the beautiful scenery that surrounds this home. Quiet and peaceful, it’s the perfect place to get away from the stress of everyday life. Many thanks for sharing your home with us, we will be back!

My partner, our 2 small dogs and I had an amazing vacation at Emily’s place; we ended up extending our stay as we fell in love with the space and the area. The private creek was the highlight of our stay; it is such a peaceful relaxing and beautiful spot. We had breakfast on the patio every morning and loved soaking in forest views, smells and creek sounds. There were people staying at the main house, but we only saw them when they were driving by; so overall it was quite private and our dogs had plenty of space to roam. The studio itself was very clean, airy, cozy, aesthetically pleasing and environmentally conscious. We loved the skylights and giant windows; waking up to the sight of greenery was such a treat. It’s clear that Emily has put a lot of thought into setting up this space. Emily had great communication, and was very accommodating. I forgot my headphones when we were leaving, and they kindly arranged to mail them. We’ll certainly be back.

The lakefront house is spacious and cozy. The living room looking out over the lake is picturesque and shows the lake panorama surrounded by mountains. Living necessities were well provided and the appliances functioned normally as did the utilities. The decor is elegant without being jazzy. We liked the privacy and security. Lake access is from the living room and there're enough chairs and tables outside. The community area (Lakeland Village) has fire pits on the open patio with chairs so you get the warmth while looking at the lake. It's serene. There's a pier there to walk out over the water and get different looks of the lake beauty. Kleenex tissue is not provided. The ground floor BTR is very small and the toilet is placed such that it's difficult to close the door; the shower head can be a lot better. The beds are too high. A stook or step is needed to get on it; perhaps not if you're 6'2"+. Overall, is is a good place to stay with a large family or group of friends.

Jennifer’s home is located in a perfect spot of South Lake Tahoe. The location is just minutes from Heavenly Village, and is in walking distance to the lake, grocery stores and restaurants. Upon arrival Jennifer gave excellent instructions for the home, as well as answered all the questions we had. The home itself was beautiful, clean, and gave you the cabin like feel to it. I would recommend Jennifer’s home to all looking to have a pleasant stay in South Lake Tahoe 5/5 stars will definitely be staying again

We traveled with our toddler and 8 month old, and the Airbnb was perfect for our little family. This Airbnb has items for your baby and toddler like baby utensils and cups, books and toys. We would have liked to have a small or mini high chair for the baby, though, but our stay was still enjoyable for our toddler and baby. You do need to get a parking pass before you park your car, we were given a 72 hour warning and the listing did not mention that. We would stay at this location again in the future when visiting Lake Tahoe!

Great little place in a prime location. Nice to get up in the mornings and walk out to the lake. Updated bathrooms and kitchen. Just an overall no-nonsense booking and rental. Highly recommend.

Great place for skiing at Palisades

Loved the area - it’s right off of Lake Tahoe and during the wintertime, the lake was amazing during sunset. Location is decently close to a couple of big resorts and the overall space was pretty roomy. Place is two floors and could probably fit two couples.

We had a great stay in this wonderful unit. It was clean, updated, and well-stocked. We did not hear any road noise (it was winter, so the windows were closed). There is no washer in the unit, but there is an inexpensive laundry room on-site (the machines take credit cards, which is great because we had no coins). The host was very helpful and responsive when we had any questions. The location is perfect - right on the beach and very close to Heavenly ski resort.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Sean's place! The open kitchen/dining/living room layout felt very inviting, and the cabin was well appointed overall. It was great to have the garage available, especially with the heavy snow.

Clean and comfy. Looks exactly like the photos. Easy to check-in and great location. Some spiders running around, but overall worth every penny.

This is a great rental, we had all we needed for a fun filled week. I would recommend to others that have the love of Willow Cove at Bass Lake as we do. Highlights include the outdoor shower, deck and the dock. We also used the grill and the tent. The photos of the property illustrate the home perfectly.

This house was perfect for our family of six! Plenty of living space and sleeping space. Easy walk to the lake, the shops and gondola. It was ideal for what we were looking for - a quick ski vacation! House was clean, beds were comfortable, fireplace added ambience and the hot tub was a bonus! Can’t wait to come back!

Communication from Laura was excellent. The history of the cabin and the cabin is beyond beautiful. The views are stunning. Private beach is perfect. We cannot thank her enough for sharing her family treasure with the world.

Had a great stay at Cynthia’s place! The room was cozy to stay in and it was very close to the lake. Hope to come back again! The hot tubs and fire pits were great too!
