We enjoyed our stay at the Birdhouse! It was clean and comfy and the views are fabulous. Location is great, super close to town and slopes. Thanks to Jani for making our trip so easy!

It was our first time staying at an Air BNB so, we were pleased to find this place. We were centrally located in downtown, walkable to restaurants and shops. Our apartment was bright, spacious, and the kitchen and bathroom was clean with all the necessities. Although there was no doorman, the host responded to our questions very quickly. Additionally, the house manual they provided was thorough and covered almost every question that might come up. It was little bit pricey but, it did not take away from our enjoyable experience there.

Great stay! Place was beautiful. I was initially anticipating it would be a small place because sometimes pictures can be deceiving but it was very spacious and rooms were big. A little tricky to figure out where the way to the apt at first but once you got it down there were no issues. I will say the beds were a bit softer than we’d like but that’s more of a personal preference. Also if you are a light sleeper beware that the geese can be a little noisy and the noise from the upstairs neighbors walking in the middle of the night kept my husband up. But again it won’t affect everyone as I slept soundly but something to note. Place was stocked with kitchen gadgets and very clean. Loved that the linens and towels smelled clean but not like strong detergent. I would highly recommend Laney’s place again and stay again. The proximity to stores and restaurants is lovely. Laney is also very responsive to messages.

This is a very cute cottage feeling upstairs unit, decorated well and with an equipped kitchen! The hosts are very accommodating and even greeted us with a card and a loaf of sourdough bread Wendy baked and teas and treats, So kind! There's pretty ducks in the yard and a view of trees that happened to be covered in snow so we got a beautiful view, equipped with heaters in our rooms, we were very cosy. Thank you! I hope to return again.

This is the third time we stayed with the Lusso’s. That tells you something. They checked on us from time to time and provided contact info if anything was needed. Well done Lusso’s!

Easy access to everything. Super easy check in. Did not make me do too much at check out. Great communication. Hot tub takes almost no effort.

Catherine’s kindness and responsiveness was evident from the moment I solidified our reservation. She took time to offer exceedingly generous accommodations, and consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed . Catherine is the kind of host who provides the extra time and attention to detail to make the overall stay one that appeals to multiple guests. From the beautifully maintained home with living plants to the presentation of the towels and all the added amenities, we were provided all the comforts of a 5 star hotel. Overall, the design, comforting sleeping accommodation and numerous little simple pleasures will have you wanting to book your next visit with them. A beautiful home with an amazing ambiance.

The place was really nice and had a well stocked kitchen. It was very clean when we checked in and was fairly large for our family of 4. If we needed to stay in the area we would return here.

Fantastic location and accommodation for our last minute trip to Yosemite/Sierras. Daniel was super quick in responding to any message left and we loved the property. We will definitely book again our next trip to the area!

our stay at the Murphy house was 10/10 greatest experience at an airbnb so far. it accommodated our group perfectly. Pete is a great host and was very communicative. The beds were extremely comfortable as well. if we ever find ourselves needing a place to stay in Reno again we will definitely come back.

Keith's place is awesome, it has everything you need for a quick trip to Yosemite. Close enough to the park in a quiet and convenient town with close restaurants, store, gas station, etc. Rooms were spacious, clean and confortable, kitchen with everything you need to cook... highly recommended.

We were satisfied, though someone left some old pizza in the oven ;)

We enjoyed our stay - the hosts were friendly, communicative, and quick to respond. Instructions were clear, and the house was cozy, clean, warm, and beautifully located. The jacuzzi was fantastic, and finding a complimentary bottle of wine was a delightful surprise - thank you! 😍 Minor issues: no axe provided for chopping firewood, despite having a fireplace; we bought logs but couldn’t split them. There was some dog hair on the bed linens. The internet was slow and often disconnected, though we still appreciated having it in this remote area. Also, the EV charger repeatedly caused charging errors - something we’ve never experienced elsewhere. Aside from these small points, everything was great, and we’d love to return. Thanks again to our wonderful hosts!

Great location, lots of shops and restaurants just outside the building. Best location for skiers.

Clean and comfortable condo. Kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. Pull-out bed was very comfortable. Massage chair was amazing! We really debated whether to stay right in the main building versus one of the condos that are a bit away from it. Easy access to skiing was our main priority. But we also like going out to dinner. This condo was the best choice because of those two things. To get to skiing, you just go down the elevator and walk around the corner and get on the gondola (which opens earlier than 9 so you can be at the actual ski lift as soon as it opens at 9). Then there is ski run that brings you back to the condo. Or you can take the gondola back down. The ski locker is right by the elevator. The jacuzzi was closed for maintenance but it's very close. All the restaurants were a very short walking distance right in the main building. We enjoyed Wild Pine because the food was good and they had live music. Petra is a really nice wine bar.

Jay’s place was great. Very clean and he was easy to communicate with. It’s a great location at Incline.

Doug's property is at a super convenient slope side location. It was exactly as advertised, and comfortable with all listed amenities. Doug is a very helpful and humorous host, he lives on the property and addresses any concerns immediately. He also let me park my car in the allotted space until 4pm on checkout day so I didn't have to find an alternate parking spot, which can be quite the hassle in Kirkwood. Highly recommend this place, and thanks to Doug for making my stay very enjoyable.

Perfect little condo! Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. Great, quiet location in the village.

Perfect location and setup to ski and out for a few days. Beverly was super responsive to my questions and helpful with directions and check In info. The studio was fully stocked up for cooking a couple meals. We took full advantage of the on site hot tub / steam room and sauna after shredding the gnar on the hills. Would stay here again for sure.

Overall wonderful stay. We came up for a ski trip and was hands down the best location to be for heavenly. Felt like home for the weekend- highly recommend!

Nice, well kept building. Right in the heart of Sacramento. Walking distance to Old Sac and the Capitol area. Nice balcony. All appliances function well. Well stocked. Easy, clear instructions from the host. Large TV in the living room. Kitchen well stocked. Locked parking - reserved spot. Very clean, exactly as seen in photos. Excellent communication with host. Great Wi-fi. Highly recommend if you are in Sacramento for business or for fun.
