This property is right on Georgiana Slough waterway with a big deck for enjoying the sun and nature. Super dog-friendly: we walked on the levee road to the boat launch for lots of water fetching. The house has comfortable beds and an excellent shower with plenty of hot water. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities and we cooked many meals there. There are lots of adventures to be had in the area: watching the big ships come up the Sacramento River, visiting historic Locke, excellent coffee & sandwiches in Isleton and good dining choices there and in Rio Vista. We met our hosts and enjoyed chatting with them. I highly recommend staying here and we look forward to our next visit!

Overall, this was one of the best Air B&Bs I've stayed in across the states. The pictures are exactly what the home looks like all the way down to the furniture. The neighbors were friendly and personable. Our host, Ms. Sheri was very responsive to any questions we had and left no stone unturned when it came down to details on how to enter the home, enjoy the home, and leave the home. Everything was clear and precise. We had a wonderful time enjoying the water sports as well as all the amenities the home has to offer. Thank you again. 10/10 most definitely would return.

Great place to stay. It was quiet and lots of wild life right outside your window. Also great star gazing at night and awesome view from the back deck. Water was always hot and abundant.

Amazing stay! One thing I will note was it was a bit confusing to find the house, especially at night. Check in the house when the sun is out!

The house was great and accommodated our family well. The bedrooms were large and it was nice to have a third bathroom. With small kids, they had plenty of room to play and the bunk bed room was perfect. Everyone had a great time.

A repeat guest! This home is our family’s go to for our family ceremonies every two quarters! They are amazing at communication and they take great care of their guests and requests! We will continue booking as long as they are available!!! Love! Love! Love!

The place was awesome! The backyard and dock were the best in discovery bay. The house was easy to find and had lots of parking. The house was really clean and spacious for our 11 guests. The only thing to be aware of about this place is it takes a bit of time to travel from the main part of the river to the house so if you don’t mind a chill 20 minute boat ride to the main river its perfect.

Took the kids for a weekend of stargazing and kayaking. Absolutely fabulous location for both! Staying in the Delta was a new experience, and we loved it. The house was everything advertised and more. We particularly enjoyed the telescope, even though we never found the comet that was supposed to be out. Looking forward to coming back again.

We loved the layout and spaciousness for our family. We had so much fun in the game room, sharing meals, and the outdoors in nature. We felt the comforts of home and created priceless memories.

great place, the locations is amazing and close to alot to walk to. the place it's self is fantastic. the only downside is the kitchen doesnt have any cooking stuff just a microwave but the restaurants are all around it and east to walk to. definitely worth it.

My stay in the Cattail Cottage has been amazing. The Cottage is pretty much brand new and built with love. The hosts John and Elizabeth are very friendly and accommodating.

My family of 6 had a great stay. The house and location are very good. I highly recommend.

Tom was an amazing host. He was flexible with check in time. Had Benjamin greet us and walk us through the property. He showed us where everything was. Made us feel right at home. The place was very clean and conveniently located. Walking distance to everything in town. I would come again and recommend to others

Fantastic place! We have been to Bass Lake a few times prior but this was the first time at Tom’s and we loved it. So easy to walk to the restaurants/bar/grocery store or down to the water. Room was very clean and had everything we needed. Hot tub was great! Definitely booking again for another trip to the lake. Cant wait to come back.

Perfect place for a ski week! Sarah was very responsive and attentive, and the cabin was private and well-maintained. Could not have asked for a better location.

The house is a great space for a large group and very well supplied. We were glad to have an office for the few that worked and still have plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The upstairs TV room and wine cooler were enjoyed every evening. In the morning, we accessed the local walking path across the street. Very nice. There's a well-kept yard on one side of the house. The back and other side are off the kitchen with a seating area, grill and hot tub. There is a machine shop on that side, and during work hours, there is grinding and other equipment sounds. Also, the house fronts a mid-busy road. FYI for guests looking for a "country quiet" stay. We would stay again as the space was really terrific and close to lots to do.

We have stayed here twice with extended families and have loved it. The kids love the bottom floor with ping pong and the pac man machine. The beds are comfy and the two hang out areas on the first floor- including huge dining table made it the perfect place for our family. Jennifer is easy to communicate with and everything was ready for us.

Our stay here was amazing. Very nice, private property. My dogs loved the river in the back and all the room they had to explore. The pool table and corn hole was really nice to have. We really enjoyed how cozy the house was. 10/10 stay we will definitely be coming back.

If you’re thinking about booking this cabin DO IT! It exceeded all our expectations and so much more! Diana is wonderful and very helpful. The cabin was so cozy and extremely clean! Diana has a true gift for decorating + detail, she put so much thought into each room to make it have that cozy cabin feel. The kids LOVED the cubs den, it had something for each kid and kept them all entertained. ☺️ The beds are so comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The spa was perfect to relax in after our long hikes in Yosemite, and the front porch and rocking chairs are the perfect place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee. Thank you for sharing your beautiful cabin & allowing us to create memories we will never forget. ❤️

This is where you want to stay in Groveland. It is exactly what the pictures look like and more. Close to the lake and you feel safe with the garage parking and gated community. Alejandra was extremely helpful and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Very nice and accommodating host.

The cabin was everything it was described as being. Very quiet. Excellent location. The Nakoma Resort offers amenities such as two restaurants and a recreation center that includes a pool. There is a plethora of things to do in the surrounding area including close access to the lakes region (alpine lakes and hiking galore), Graeagle and Portola.

Lovely little cabin. Super clean and cozy. Beautiful views. Friendly hosts very approachable. ❤️❤️ Will definitely recommend!
