Great, safe location! Big house with everything we needed for our large family of 7. Comfy beds, and lots of room to spread out and for the kids to play! Sam was an awesome host too! He helped us late night while we were dealing with an issue at another airbnb. He called us right away to connect, went over to the home and turned the heat on for our arrival, let us check out late since we came in so late, really saved the day on the bad experience we were having with another owner, and he was so friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay again and are so thankful to have found such an awesome host!!! AWESOME STAY!!!

Worth what I paid for, very comfortable, and it’s just felt like home, a quiet neighborhood not far from the stores, would rent it again if travel again with my family

We - my wife, son and his wife and 16 month old daughter, along with my daughter and three boys shared this beautiful home. As written in the description, Michael's listing was very accurate, well supplied, and met the needs of our family during a very intensely hot week. The pool was the star attraction. The kitchen was well supplied and we were encouraged to use all of the amenities to enjoy our stay. It was very clean. The loft was roomy enough for two adolescent boys. We had some challenges with adjusting AC system temperature, but Michael was accessible when we needed assistance. He responded to other inquiries in a timely manner. Perhaps our only complaint was that the beds in all three bedrooms were not very comfortable. Usable closet space would have helpful as we traveled for a large wedding venue. For a our last minute stay, this was a spacious beautiful home with lots of entertainment options including a pool table and ping pong table. The kids had a blast. The host was responsive and helped solve any concerns. Thank you for a wonderful stay ❤️

Anne’s place was perfect for our getaway. The amenities were better than expected and she was really accommodating. She and Terry both were good communicators. I definitely would recommend staying here

It was an amazing place, even though we did get to expertise snow around this time and we forgot to ask we still had a good time. It was a bit of a drive to actual Yosemite park entertainment areas but we end up doing some outdoor mini hiking. Appreciate al the amenities in the house and overall it was an amazing experience

Perfect for our group of 10! This house was amazing. Beautifully decorated and furnished, the kitchen was incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed. The views were simply stunning. Plenty of hot water for everyone after long days on the slopes was a huge plus. The location was ideal, so close to Heavenly's Boulder Lodge and Stagecoach - super convenient for skiing or snowboarding. We loved the high-end appliances, especially the wine and beverage refrigerators. Two ovens and a microwave made cooking for a large group easy. The house had plenty of space for all 10 of us to spread out and enjoy some private time. And the hot tub! That was a definite highlight. The cover was easy to use, providing both shelter and beautiful lighting. Sean was an excellent host, very communicative and helpful. Julio from luxe Vaca, who manages the property, was also extremely responsive to any requests we had when we checked in. We will definitely be booking Sean's place again!

Beautiful home and great place for us to gather with our children and grandchildren. We would definitely come back. A great time was had by all. Communication was great and check in seamless.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and the property was gorgeous!The house is tucked back from the road so it was very private. Perfect spot for a luxiourius and romantic getaway. Maja was very responsive to all our communication and checked in on us regularly to ensure our needs were met. We would go back again!

Great place to stay. Beds were comfortable and the home has all the amenities including anything you may have forgotten. . They have paddle boards, kayaks, extra coffee, water, spices and oils and a lot of other things. Linens were clean and the place was super nice. Definitely will be back !

This place is perfect for nature lovers and anyone looking for a private retreat. The house is spacious enough for a large group, with plenty of fun activities and games to enjoy. We had a fantastic stay and absolutely loved it here!

Stayed here with a group of friends - lots of beds so we each got our own, which is rare. The house was well stocked - kitchen, towels, etc. We enjoyed using the indoor/grotto hot tub. Cute shops & restaurants in the area (15-20ish mins). Thanks for a great stay!

We had an amazing stay at this incredible property near Yosemite! We were a group of four girls from UCLA visiting in March, and even though this home is designed for larger groups, the host was kind enough to accommodate us. The house is absolutely luxurious, with every amenity you could ask for. The space is huge, beautifully maintained, and fully stocked. The setting in March was stunning—lush greenery everywhere, with daily sightings of deer and other wildlife. The weather was mild, and while it was a little early to swim, we loved relaxing in the heated spa next to the large pool. The location is perfect—very close to Yosemite while still offering convenient access to groceries and essentials. Overall, this was an unforgettable stay, and we’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, well-appointed retreat near the park

Vidya was such an awesome host. She responded to all our questions instantly. She provided clear instructions and made sure all house rules were clear and concise. The home was huge and very spacious. The kitchen was perfect for our Thanksgiving gathering. The hot tub was such a nice place to relax. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

A wonderful home in a quite par of town..

Our two families had a great time. We drove to Iron mountain snow park one day which is less than an hour away. We hung out in downtown Jackson and Indian grinding rock state park and our kids had a blast. The property was beautiful and private and were able to walk around and enjoy nature. It’s close to the casino and everything you need but feels like you are in your own world at the same time. Eric was responsive , kind, and helpful. We hope to revisit and stay here again.

Home was easy to find and perfectly located. House was a bit chilly but once we figured out the heat it was more comfortable. Whenever we had an issue RnR was very responsive. We would love to come back in the warmer months and would definitely consider staying at Lakeland Village again.

My family really enjoyed staying at Sam’s place - the pool was perfect, the house was super clean and comfortable, Sam was responsive with answers to our questions, the beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were spotless. The open space right next to the house was a highlight for taking morning walks.
