A really relaxing place to stay and great location for exploring this part of the country. Many great locations within easy striking distance. Sam was an excellent host and such a delight to chat with, really helpful and made the stay so relaxing. Treetops is such a unique place, very comfortable and relaxing, you feel right at home. Great to find an Airbnb that is not cluttered with crockery and gadgets and with room to store your shopping and exactly everything you need. The hot tub was excellent and we used it every night to relax. Thanks Sam, cannot recommend you highly enough.

Just a perfect little haven of peace and tranquillity with everything you could need! We stayed two nights and chose to buy food from the local farm shop and stay in both nights instead of going out, as we had planned, because it was so perfect there! Highly recommend!! Xx

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation was charming, the location was excellent, well served by public transportation. There were lots of walks which we were able to take advantage of as well as popular tourist attractions.

I can’t recommend Jacqui and David’s place enough. They were ever so friendly, welcoming, and kind (especially as I’d driven a long way!). They gave the best recommendations and were always available and to hand if I had any queries. They were always around for a chat, which was nice as a solo traveller. The facilities were very clean, the bed was sooo soft and everything down to the small touches was absolutely perfect. I shall miss Barney (their beautiful dog) very much. I would rush back in a heartbeat! Thank you both kindly for your hospitality.

A superb weekend, the hosts were lovely and so helpful, with valuable knowledge about local facilities and amenities. Of particular help was where to eat in the evenings. We visited two local pubs for meals and both were as good as they said; The Shovels and The Stork hotel. The Lodge was so comfortable, clean and in great condition and we had everything we needed. With access to the beautiful gardens, we especially enjoyed watching the hens in the well kept coups and the random ducks paying a visit. And if I didn't know any better I'd say the hosts even ensured the weather was at its best for us!

The flat is well situated within easy walk of Ticehurst village, a short drive to a National Trust property and around 25 mins from Tunbridge Wells. Sarah was very helpful and accommodating.

This was my second visit to Rebecca's. Rebecca is extremely helpful and responsive to any queries. The flat is spotless and well equipped. Will no doubt stay again!

Me and my partner had a lovely stay in the annexe. Really easy check in and the place was spotless. Cosy log burner which was really nice to have on in the evenings and beautiful scenery. Victoria was an amazing host, such a nice lady and really helpful. We would 100% stay again, had a great time and the bed was super comfortable too! Thank you for a great stay

Another great visit, everything we need is here, we particularly love the good sized secure garden for our dogs to stretch their legs after a long journey/go out and about first thing in the morning. Bonus for us is overnight EV charging on site! Mark is a friendly, helpful host, we’ve stayed multiple times.

Terry's place is lovely. It was very cosy and had everything we needed for our short stay. Wed definitely stay again!

We had a lovely stay at the cabin. Access was straightforward and we found the location easily. When we arrived we were welcomed with a bottle of wine, snacks and necessities. Hannah provided food communication throughout. We had a lovely walk straight from the cabin, went to the local pub and enjoyed the hot tub which has a wonderful view across the fields. We were even provided with robes! Everything was clean and smelled lovely. Thanks again for an amazing stay. 😊

This is a lovely two-storey unit for one or two people. Fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Absolutely no malfunctions (such as dead TV remote control batteries, haha). Immaculately clean. I very much appreciated the abundance of lighting. This ranks among the three or so best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in. Also, Nicky and Paul are delightful company—if you happen to number among the guests who like to meet their hosts.

Alex and dawn were so welcoming and left us with a hamper on arrival. They were quick on replying to us straight away in need and never any hesitation. One of the best air b n b’s that I have visited. The apartment was outstanding and matched all photos and descriptions. The hot tub was on and ready when we arrived. And they would regularly check in with us .I would definitely recommend and will return in the future when in area! xx

Claire and Christopher were incredible hosts! Their little home from home was perfect for our family of four. It was very well set up, kitted out kitchen perfect for any type of cooking, cozy space, and lovely surroundings. We especially loved exploring the fields and the kids loved the chickens and dogs! The hot tub was a perfect way to end each day. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a countryside experience with all the comforts of home.

We had a wonderful time at Nadurra the location really was a slice of heaven. Outstanding natural beauty and the apartment was perfect, lovely and cosy with the wee log burner fire. The sauna and hot tub was amazing and the wee pizza, bbq hut was great to make pizza’s. We had a laugh trying to get the pizza together definitely learned a few things for future. The hosts were extremely friendly and we felt so at home. We will return as it really was a special weekend. One of the best stays I have had as the hose went above and beyond to make sure every little detail was taken care off. 5 star stay thank you so much back home relaxed and refreshed.

Had a wonderful couple of days at Pony Cottage, very clean, well stocked for tea, coffee, milk and biscuits! Virginia I felt had covered every aspect to make sure it’s a comfortable stay. Beautiful garden, 5 mins into the village, which has lovely coffee shops and restaurants, everything you need. Bonus also of having beautiful walks on your door step. I look forward to returning!

I cannot recommend Melanie as a host more. the property is absolutely beautiful, well kept and incredibly clean. though on the grounds of the main house it is still very private. Melanie is an attentive host, a great communicator and always happy to help. Melanie was extremely understanding regarding our 12month old fear reactive rescue Malinois Ralph, and allowed us to have him free room their grounds whenever we liked. Fantastic area, well within driving and walking distance to local pubs/walks. highly highly recommend

We love The Pavilion! Second time here , this one for an airport overnight. It’s perfect. Super close to Horley station for fast train ride into Gatwick. Comfortable, clean, private and homely 🥰
