Join us for a 3hr historical stumble down the "street of shame". Starting in the shadow of the iconic St.Paul's cathedral, we explore the tiny backstreets and rambling courtyards the ancient City of London is famous for. We follow in the drunken footsteps of literary greats including Dickens, Shakespeare, Pepys & Johnson whilst pausing for a drink in at least 4 of the most historic pubs dating as far back as the 1500's. From discovering art nouveau gems to glamorous Victorian gin palaces we enjoy a variety of pub styles and breweries along the way. It's not a prescriptive tour, so you choose & pay for your drinks along the way. We're here to offer recommendations, and you can often "sip before you sup" with a few tasters on request from the bars along the way. This allows you to indulge as much or as little as you desire! Non-drinkers can soak up the history, and wine & gin-lovers are also well catered for. We usually finish up on the edge of Covent Garden perfect for theatre-land, restaurants and of course more pubs! Other note: - Guests are recommended to be over 18 years of age to enjoy the walk at its best. Anyone lucky enough to look under 25 years of age should bring photo ID - Group sizes of up to 14 participants - Alfie the dog is not always in attendance. Sorry! N.B. I invite you to join me to see Royal palaces and other iconic royal sites, hear personal stories of my experiences with members of the Royal Family and even get to see a piece of Prince William's and Kate's wedding cake! We will start at Trafalgar Square and hear about its history and then move on to see the pomp and pageantry of the Changing of the King's Life Guard. We then walk along The Mall to St James' Palace and Clarence House where I will tell you tales of Princes William and Harry the night before William's wedding. Next is a short walk to Buckingham Palace where you will have more opportunities to take photos and hear stories of the Royal household. We then walk into picturesque St James' Park where there is a chance to pause (kiosk available for drinks) and look at gifts presented to me by members of the Royal family. On the way to Parliament Square I will tell you all about the Palace of Westminster (Houses of Parliament and Big Ben). The final part of the walk takes us along Whitehall, past Downing Street (home of the Prime Minister) and then to the spot where King Charles 1st was executed. We will finish back at Trafalgar Square. Other things to note: If on the 2pm walk we will see a shortened Guard change at 4pm. We will have an opportunity on the way for a short stop for you to buy drinks and visit a toilet.

Explore 500 years of Black history in London with me, a historian, author, and teacher, on this walking tour of Greenwich and Greenwich Park, stopping at landmarks to share the hidden stories behind each one. • Meet at the famed sailing ship the Cutty Sark to discuss local Black maritime history, including the 1880 murder of a Black seaman aboard the vessel. • At the Royal Naval College, dive into stories of 18th-century Black Royal Navy personnel and meet John Blanke, Henry VIII’s Black trumpeter. • At Greenwich Pier, view the old Naval Dockyard, which was tied to the attempted deportation of London’s Black poor in the 1780s. • Learn about the Black families baptised and buried at St. Alfege’s Church and explore Greenwich Park’s ties to renowned 18th-century writers like Olaudah Equiano and composer and abolitionist Ignatius Sancho. Discover London’s scenic Hampstead Heath through the poems and life of John Keats, a poet I’ve dedicated much of my career to exploring. • We’ll start at Keats’ house and walk around his gardens, which are beautifully preserved by the Keats Society. • Next, we’ll venture out onto the Heath, the patch of nature that inspired not only Keats but also T.S. Eliot, Virginia Woolf, Francis Bacon, and many other writers and artists. • Finally, we’ll end up at one of Keats’ old haunts: The Flask, a picturesque 1663 pub with a history full of highwaymen, strange initiation rites, and ghosts—in other words, the perfect setting for a poetry workshop. I’ll help you write a poem of your own, inspired by the beauty of the Heath. You’ll leave with your own poetry as well as a zine created to remember your time in Hampstead Heath.

Scenic run along the Thames

The South Bank, with its long riverside walkway and scenic views, is the perfect place to run and experience this dynamic city. I’m an athlete, photographer, and lifelong Londoner, ready to guide you on a 5K run with stops along the way and top tips for capturing the city on your smartphone. • We’ll set off on our five-kilometer run along the stunning South Bank, starting at the iconic London Eye. • As we jog east, we’ll pass the Royal Festival Hall, the city’s main concert venue, and see Gabriel’s Wharf, a popular spot for shopping and dining. • We’ll pause at the National Theatre to admire its architecture and snap photos while I share photo tips. • Then, we’ll cross the Millennium Bridge for breathtaking views of St. Paul’s Cathedral and check out the exterior of Tate Modern. The Yorkshire Three Peaks a guided trail walk

Join us on the famous Yorkshire Three Peak Challenge, starting at Horton in Ribblesdale we will climb Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough the 24.5 mile trail walk with 7000 feet of ascent/decent, that takes you through the stunning landscapes of this beautiful national park. Throughout the tour there are plenty of opportunities to pause to capture photo’s and take in the stunning views. It should be noted that we have a minimum number of 2 guests per challenge so please check with us on group size for your selected date if you are a single guest. This tour will not suit more novice walkers. It’s approximately 24.5 miles and the aim is for the tour to be completed in under 12 hours. Whilst it is very demanding and requires a good level of fitness and no underlying health issues, it’s still great fun. We’re flexible in giving short rest breaks and it provides a brilliant sense of accomplishment. I have competed and coached on track, road and trail for over 35 years climbing across the UK and Europe. Highly knowledgeable on nutritional support and best training practices, I’ve vast experience of the local area and a member of The British Mountaineering Club. Fully insured you’re in safe hands with us!

Our adventure starts with an hike, perfect for all ages and abilities, leading to a stunning hill peak with views over Lake Coniston and the panoramic views of the Lake Districts rolling hills for miles and its surroundings. I will be barefoot and if you would like to join me (I highly recommend!) in connecting our feet to the earth, as our natural bodies were designed! This has fantastic benefits such as; reducing stress and inflammation, strengthening your immune system, tendons and ligaments and realigns the foot to its natural form (my guests all genuinely love it!) After reaching the peak, we'll head to a secluded tarn, where I will lead you through a deeply relaxing breathwork session, preparing your mind and body for the exhilarating cold water wild swim experience. Once we’ve dried off, I provide a mini picnic of snacks and refreshments before making our way back through the hills. I’m happy to take and photos and I will often document our journey, creating a complimentary video montage for you to keep and share. You will arrive at the farm - which has wonderful views We will give you a short talk on the Alpacas; * how to keep you and your Alpaca safe * how to put your Alpaca at ease and gain the most from your experience. * the care and husbandry tasks for alpacas We will match you to the Alpaca which would suit you best, collect "the boys" and go for a walk around our farm - this will be through wooded areas and fields and we will stop to allow you time to pet the Alpacas and get to know them. PLEASE ENSURE YOU WEAR SUITABLE FOOTWEAR. We will have cuddles and photo opportunities and hand feed them. You will be able to feel some of their fleece and if you wish you can collect some alpaca poop if you wish to make some "fertiliser tea" once you return home to help your garden grow! You may have the chance to meet our Swiss Valais Blacknose sheep. You will leave the experience with increased knowledge about these wonderful animals and benefit from some time in their company. There are 3 alpacas, each visitor will have 1 alpaca each, if you have a group of more than 3 people, please get in touch. Alpacas are friendly animals who have a natural curiosity. They are nervous and can be startled easily so we try and minimise loud noises and quick movement, please ensure long hair is tied back. The experience is WEATHER DEPENDENT.

Baies et plages du lac d'Ullswater en kayak

The ethos on the trips is always the same. Enjoy the beautiful scenery, have a chat, pass on a bit of knowledge to, and learn from, people looking for a similar venture. The first thing we'll do is sort out what's needed for the trip and introduce the boat. We use double ( tandem ) sea kayaks, unless there is an odd number of people on the trip, then the single is available. This is followed by a quick brief on what to do, then it's on to the water. There's no set route or furthest out point. I'll always take the group and the conditions into consideration. There is beautiful scenery all along the lake. Be aware that if you have a BMI of 26 or over, weigh over 102 Kg ( 16 Stones ), or have very little upper body strength, this Experience is not for you. This is based on previous guests experiences. For afternoon trips during the school holidays, please park in the village rather than the Sailing Centre itself. On sunny days, the area can get very busy.

Before we start to make our mosaic, we will meet outside the Mosley street entrance of Manchester Art Gallery to begin our walking bee tour. The art gallery is the perfect place to start. We will spot a few bees, explore the significance of the Manchester bee and look at some Pre-Raphaelite Art. Then onto Manchester Town Hall to pay homage to Alfred Waterhouse (1830 ~1905) the architect of the gothic style masterpiece. He had the vision for the incredible bee mosaic floor, the inspiration for our mosaic. Then over to Library Walk to see the flower mosaic floor and spot some more worker bees. As we make our way through the streets of Manchester we will see wonderful examples of architecture. Onto "Whitworth Locke Hotel” Co Working Space, Whitworth Street. Where we will settle in with a tea or coffee from Foundation Coffee. I’ll guide you through the mosaic process and techniques. Sharing my skills and tips on how to make your own mosaic bee. You’ll leave with a unique mosaic to treasure forever, a wonderful memory of your trip to Manchester. All materials will be provided. The experience is a wonderful welcome to Manchester, you're going to have the best time. It’s a unique experience, I know you'll love. This will be an excellent way of meeting new people if you are travelling alone.

Amazing opportunity to sail on Lake Windermere in the Lake District with an officially recognised tour guide. If you are looking for a unique experience you have found it. Take control of the rudder and set sail in the direction you want with a qualified instructor onboard or sit back and enjoy the view while the captain takes you on an adventure. A fully equipped 23 foot yacht, which accommodates four passengers comfortably with cool box and toilet facilities, moored at Bowness on a private Jetty which has free private parking. Children are welcome when accompanied by an adult. The experience is very flexible and can be tailored to your adrenaline levels, from a smooth and calm sail to hitting the maximum speed possible. Alternatively we can turn on the motor and sail around the lake to see points of interest. The boat can be booked as a private tour or with a mixed group of people. This is a trip that I have run many time and is always seen as the highlight of the holiday.
