The pod was well-located with a great view of the boats in the morning. The pod and bathroom were clean. Great welcome from the hosts. Everything you need in the pod. I would recommend 100%!

Wonderful, well equipped and surprisingly spacious. Lovely to stroll along the canal or enjoy nearby Primrose Hill. Andres was very quick to respond. A magical experience.

We had a great stay on Sea-E-O, very well equipped and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The beds were super comfortable! A lovely location to sit out on deck and watch the world go by (just a boat every now and again!). I can imagine going back in the summer, with a book and glass of something cold in hand! A short walk into lymington which is lovely, great places to eat, a lovely market and the kids enjoyed crab fishing on the quay. We throughly enjoyed our weekend away - thank you!

Hello, We were two adults ans two kids and there was plenty of room to accommodate us 4. We had a great stay and a warm welcome. The location is great in Little Venice. Of course, if you go for this type of accommodation you know it will be somewhat different and exciting and this is exactly what you’ll get. Brushing your teeth with geese and ducks passing by - you can’t beat that.

We had a lovely stay. Convenient spot in easy walking distance of the city centre. And the kids had great fun sleeping on a boat!

Sharon was very welcoming, and gave really detailed instructions on how to find the place which was very helpful! The location is tranquil, we saw lots of deer, a woodpecker & bats. We enjoyed the BBQ & the kitchen is pretty well stocked with everything you need. We did have an issue with the shower temperature but Sharon & Tom were quick to respond & help. Thanks for a lovely stay

Great little place. Beautiful view of the marina. Lovely area. Great for taking the dog for a walk. We hired a boat for the day which was around a 30 second walk from the property. Peppery cosy and warm. Definitely recommend and we will stay again

Really enjoyable and a fun/different space. So peaceful. Really friendly and helpful staff, spotlessly clean just loved it all. Will be back! Plus the sun came out!!

Jenny was a great host! The Cabin was spotless on arrival! Very cosy and well equipped... As previous guests had noted the bed is super comfy!! The outside area for dogs is brilliant. Definitely recommend the Culm Valley Inn! Fantastic atmosphere - delicious home cooked food - 15 min walk. Strand Stores serve an incredible breakfast and sell high quality local produce! We also enjoyed a nice day out at Sidmouth beach..

Evan and Charlie's place was fantastic. Brighton Marina can be sometimes a complicate place to navigate, with restrictions for both residents and non-residents, but the instructions we received (with pictures!) were absolutely foolproof, everything was and worked exactly as described. The unit worked great for our family of 4. Even though it's small, it has absolutely everything we needed and the use of space is optimised to the maximum. Clean, organised and tastefully furnished. The communication was excellent, the hosts kind and responsive. There were first necessities for breakfast provided (including fresh milk in the fridge!), which was a lovely touch and much appreciated since we arrived late and were traveling with small kids. I would book again with no hesitation and absolutely recommend it.

Wow, excellent surroundings and a warm greeting. Lovely relaxed atmosphere making you feel very comfortable. Good instruction and tour of barge and grounds. Just very enjoyable all round. The only disappointment was that we didnt find it earlier in the year. Will book again.

This was the most wonderful stay, The little boat is fantastic, so well appointed, it’s tranquil, the farm is so quiet and full of wildlife. We felt so welcome and so well looked after. The owners are so friendly They even went out of their way to buy me special food because of my allergies. And the on-site indoor heated swimming pool was such a bonus. To be honest, we just can’t wait to come back - either to the shepherds huts which also looked gorgeous or to Zena the boat. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a deeply relaxing enjoyable experience. The village is a very short drive or a lovely walk away and there’s nice pubs and a few shops. And the beach and surrounding countryside is also lovely. Kingfishers , herons, geese, dogs, baby calves, owls, bunnies, deer, birds of prey and then stargazing From the deck at night by the fire pit - Wonderful!

I was traveling alone and wanted something unique and relaxing to make my trip extra special. This was such an amazing find! It was so nice to lay in bed with the curtains open so I could see the ducks, geese, and even swans swimming past the boat. The claw foot bathtub was a nice way to relax my muscles after spending all day exploring the city. I stayed for just over a week and there was always enough battery stored up to charge all of my devices including my laptop, cell phone, and the extra backup charger I’d take with me on my day trips through town. It is an eco lifestyle so you should listen to the instructions the host gives you to make sure you understand how everything works. It’s well worth it for this extremely beautiful and unique experience. The host, Martin responds quickly and was so kind to assist me with some special requests. I will be suggesting him to anyone I know who travels to London and I hope to get to stay on his lovely boathouse again in the future.

Lovely place, very smart and comfortable Great to wake up to the gentle sound of water and birds and the very gentle movement of the houseboat.

Tamanzi Taggs is a delightful floating home, tucked away in the lagoon on Tagg’s Island. Stylish, spacious, luxurious, peaceful - and, well, just perfect. Sumptuous, one-of-kind decor; a huge comfortable bed; a film-star bathroom stocked with heavenly potions - we fell in love immediately. All the mod cons are there too, Sky Glass (plus associated streaming services), super fast WiFi, Bluetooth speakers, sophisticated lighting - I could go on… Our host, Linda, along with lovely Captain Mark, made sure that every little detail was provided to make our stay memorable. Excellent communication, a warm and friendly welcome, plus so many extras to delight any guest. Cava in the fridge, bread baking in the bread maker, delicious nibbles everywhere! Do not miss the opportunity to relax in the wood-fired hot tub, communing with the stars and the wildlife. What more could you ask for?

A fantastic spacious houseboat, perfect for our short family mini break with teenagers - could have happily stayed longer.

Genuinely lovely location with lots of nature . The Water Snug itself it really very cool . Fully equipped , comfortable and very clean . The view from the the living area is gorgeous . Patrick and Juliette are lovely but in no way overbearing . They are full of local knowledge and more than happy to chat or just leave you to enjoy your stay . The resident geese are friendly too ! We will definitely be going back .

What great hosts Julia and Ray were; friendly, knowledgable, helpful and responsive to communication. The directions to the property were clear and the check-in process was quick and easy. The accommodation is set in a great place with views over the river, and well furnished. We loved the projector in the living space which made for some great family movie nights. The rooms were warm and the beds were comfortable, it was a great place for a relaxing stay. 100% recommend this accommodation and hosts Julia and Ray.

Fiona was an amazing host. Before we arrived she was super helpful with restaurant suggestions for the Holidays. We had food, coffee and creamer along with the best little mince meat pies. We were met at the entrance and helped into the boat. Easy instructions on the few things that are a little different on a boat. The boat was super charming and relaxing. The location was absolutely the best! We hope to visit again next year, this would be our choice again.

Here for 6 nights, the boat exceeded our expectations, overwhelmed by the size and space, nice to be able to unpack few clothes out of our suitcases that we had been living out of for 4weeks, so close to central city, and Limehouse rail, easy walking distance to canary for great shopping and restaurants, we will be back!
