My eldest daughter and I were visiting from out of town for a family meeting and needed a place to stay for three nights. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Yarnisha and her lovely baby boy, Saint. They were at home when we arrived. He is an exceptionally quiet, peaceful, and happy baby. My mother paid a brief visit and fell in love with the accommodations, Yarnisha's hospitality, and baby Saint. Two rooms are available for guests. During our stay, another young lady stayed in the second room for one night. We all enjoyed each other's company during breakfast. The experience was reminiscent of a home away from home. The location is central and convenient, making it easy to get to various places quickly. I highly recommend this establishment and would definitely return.

I had a conference in San Marcos and was looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable stay. Too often in vacation rentals, what you see is not what you get, Marlen's place was exactly as advertised and reviewed. My room was homey, very clean, the bed was soft and comfortable. The area was close to town but felt private and secluded. I unfortunately didn't get to meet Marlen as I arrived late and had to leave early, but Marlen was incredibly communicative, welcoming, and understanding. Well deserving of a 5 star rating.

Amazing location! This place was so nice and so close to everything. Located just a short walk from great restaurants and biergartens! We can’t wait to come back.

Great location in the middle of downtown. Jennifer was very responsive and had great suggestions for where to eat and what to do while in town. If I ever had questions, she was always willing to help.

This place is gorgeous. Jennifer was ever responsive, and the restaurant downstairs, for which you receive a voucher for breakfast/lunch, was tasty and convenient. There is also a coffee shop and bakery right next door that is great too. The bed is more comfortable than my own at home. While there is consistent noise from foot and vehicle traffic coming from the street below the balcony, the bedroom is quiet, and my three year old slept like a champ with no issues. The living room is accommodating for a family and includes a sleeper couch. The balconies are cozy and fun because all the foot traffic on the weekends.

Love this place! Great location and walking distance to many shops and restaurants. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

I was lucky enough to stay at Jennifer’s place due some last minute plans but she made sure we felt right at home! The location of this bed and breakfast is perfect and walkable if you want to explore downtown NB or float the Comal river and the cafe downstairs that’s included with your stay has the best breakfast (and iced coffee)!! Overall, Jennifer made sure we were taken care of and welcomed us with great hospitality. Would love to stay here again!

I have always loved New Braunfels and staying here will put you a short walk from downtown or the river. Room was incredibly comfortable and puts you right where you want to be for a fun weekend on the town.

Had a wonderful time with my daughters. The room was perfect and had everything we could need. The bed was amazing and we slept great. We will definitely come back.

Philip is very gracious, accommodating and professional. His home is very peaceful and quiet and my room was comfortable and private. I have thoroughly enjoyed staying with him and highly recommend him as a host!

Fantastic! Incredibly clean, room was comfortable, and entire inn was peaceful. It felt like home despite being a one night stay. The breakfast provided, while simple, was delicious — the banana nut bread was the best I’ve ever had. Hosts communicated well, and I actually met Brent on the way out, incredibly friendly. I look forward to coming back next year.
