Great place at a great price, clean house and spacious. We were not on a vacation stay had some work to be done close by, but it was nice outside definitely a place i would like to stay again.

The place was great for our guys golf outing. Only set back was the front door lock wasn't working but it worked out. Great water pressure and hot water. We had a great time.

First off what a wonderful place to stay, extremely clean perfect place on the river. We are already wanting to book with Trish again next year! She was so kind, she helped us in any way to make this weekend the perfect birthday mom’s trip. We felt so safe and listen the mattresses on all the beds holy smokes AMAZING!! Would recommend 100%!

We absolutely loved it here. The condo is in the perfect location. The kids enjoyed swimming and fishing in the river and playing in the pool. I enjoyed the balcony in the evenings overlooking the river. It’s right in the heart of new braunfels and I fell in love with the quaint German town. The place was clean, beds comfortable, and had everything we needed and more. Can’t wait to return! The kids are already asking when we can go back!

Jan was very responsive and helpful. The location is great. Easy walk to the river and all of the shops and restaurants in Gruene. Beautiful and very clean facilities.

Airbnb was conveniently close to everything on our agenda (Natural Bridge Caverns, The Cliff Carver, Gruene). Sitting on the outside porch was so peaceful and relaxing being so close to trees and the river and we loved seeing deer roaming right in front of us. Airbnb was spacious enough for us four. Even though it's a condo the unit was surprisingly very quiet, never heard any cars driving by or are neighbors above us or on either side. Beds were comfy. Only negative was that there was no hand soap in either bathroom or kitchen so we had to purchase some but no big deal. Thank you for our stay!

Great location with easy access to both rivers and town. The river front behind the property is amazing. Condo was comfortable and had everything we needed.

The pros; This place is in a great location and easy to access since its on the first floor. If you want to visit the river while sitting in it under shade or sun then this is the spot. I will say that we have come in the summer and it is super packed but manageable and this this time we came right after school started and we had the river and pool to ourselves! The cons; make sure to bring all your basic needs from shampoos to soaps and detergent as well as cooking essentials. That's about it for the cons which is not much. We love it here and will be coming back.

This place was just right for what we needed. We stayed a full week and I don’t regret it. Parker was very responsive when we needed help.

Great place to stay while we were visiting family between Seguin and Boerne.

Excellent stay and value, plenty of room for my family and dogs. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood and the host was very responsive. House was spotless and appeared just as pictured. Great location and we will without a doubt rent it again when we head back to the lake!

enjoyed and loved my stay at the condo. very clean, loved that it had two tv’s one in the living room and one in the bedroom. very clean and spacious restroom. super cute and modern condo. it has everything you need! i love that it is pet friendly!!! i definitely recommend this place and for sure will book again when i go back to NB for my next trip!

Place was awesome. Super clear! Everything looked brand new. Host was easy to talk to. Had a few questions and they were answered right away. Parking is really close. Front door is steps from the parking spot.

Perfect place for a friends getaway with our older boys. They were able to swim and fish in the river while we relaxed!

We were in town for a spring break tennis camp. Our condo was the best part of the trip. This management company is awesome, friendly, quick to respond and kind. The condo met my picky standards on cleanliness and is well-stocked with kitchen items and bathroom items. Everything is tastefully designed as well. They definitely put some thought into selecting everything. This is the only place we want to stay whenever we visit New Braunfels. The location is excellent for shopping and eating as well.

Wonderful place to get a way! Very relaxing and we found lots to do in Gruene.
