10/10 would definitely recommend! The hosts were quick and so easy to talk with, and the home was just absolutely gorgeous. The inside and outside gave such a great and unique impression that screamed “Welcome to Texas”, and the beds were so clean and comfortable. There wasn’t a single issue, and my group was very satisfied with everything. The location is perfect if you’re trying to get to San Antonio or Austin, and Canyon Lake is not from the property. It was a little chilly during my visit, but that didn’t stop me from enjoying my favorite part of the home, which was the balcony. It was relaxing and so tranquil, and each level had its only balcony. When I’m back in this part of Texas again, I will MOST CERTAINLY book again without hesitation!

This was a surprise trip for my fiancé. We both love being outside and this place provided! We loved that it’s a treehouse! Not like a lot of the over-glorified glamping ones. The one that you’ve always imagined growing up, but it had everything and more. We appreciated all the small details playfully placed everywhere. The outdoor shower and cowboy hottub were the highlight of our trip. Just be aware that you may hear some road noise in the distance, but you’ll get used to it. For those who may have gotten caught up in growing up in a fast-paced and demanding society that stole your identity, this is the perfect place that will help you rediscover and feed your inner child. Well it did for this retired Army combat medic. This WAS initially for my fiancé but I think we both were able to sink in and enjoy it together. The place has a natural way of doing that. Gorgeous spot to enjoy time with friends and family!

We enjoyed our stay so much! We were in SM for my sister's graduation from Texas State- it was such a quick drive to/from the stadium. The kitties had to be my favorite part, they were SO sweet. So charming, and a perfect place to stay with family!

Such a beautiful home with amazing views! Had everything we needed and love how everything is labeled and organized. We had the best time and would definitely stay here again! :)

This cottage was the perfect place for our little get away! We enjoyed the peace and quiet just the reset we need. The hot tub was a big plus it was clean and so relaxing! The place was very clean and the Justin and Jean made sure to provide us with clear instructions on how to get there and how to get in super easy! We will be back to check out their other cottages! Overall great experience!

Our stay was wonderful! Jayson was an exquisite host! A great place to stay! In a very peaceful community on the outskirts of New Braunfels, but close to activities, stores and restaurants. The house was impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need! The yard was huge would be wonderful for families with young children. There was a very nice patio with a grill for outdoor cooking. It would be a great place to stay for a trip to Schlitterbahn. There was even some old school video games, very fun. USB ports located conveniently throughout the whole house. There was no searching for an outlet to charge our devices. It was very nice. The house had all the modern conveniences. It did not lack a thing. We would recommend staying there 100%. Everything was extremely clean and organized. Would definitely like to stay there again!

This cabin is a rare gem. It’s architecturally gorgeous and has a view that is probably the best on that stretch of the river. Debbie is super friendly and accommodating. The house is well stocked, very clean, and easy. Will certainly be back!
