This property was wonderful. The grounds are beautiful. The inside of the house smelled and looked so clean when we arrived. The kitchen was appointed with just about everything you could imagine and certainly everything you need. The hot tub and pool were a hit with the kids. We all had a great time and will certainly consider coming back.

Home was in a great area and close to where we needed it to be. It felt safe and quiet. House was clean and the beds were comfortable. Our only issue was that when we arrived late in the evening and the house thermostat was at 78 degrees. It was very hot and there were no fans in the bedrooms. It took the house until the next morning to cool due to the particular cooling system in the home. Once the house cooled the next morning the temperature was fine the rest of our stay. This is a minor issue and we would stay at this location again.

Nice, clean house in a peaceful neighborhood with a responsive host. Being able to use the garage for overnight parking was appreciated, even though it doesn’t have a motor or remote, but needs to be opened/closed/locked by hand. Would stay again.

Beautiful home nestled in the heart of the hill country/canyon lake area. You’re 15 minutes from everything and anything you’d want to do on a relaxing vacay or stay-cation.

Our stay was great. Elizabth was a perfect host. She and her team are very communicative and respond to all needs quickly. The house was perfect for us. It was very clean and tidy, looked just like the photos and had all the amenities we needed. We were able to cook multiple meals without need for anything. The knives were sharp and in great condition which I appreciate as many homes we’ve stayed in have terrible ones that make cooking a challenge. The house has wonderful views of the Guadalupe River and is minutes away from the super cute town of Greune by car. Just know there is not river access from the house. But it’s a super short drive to nearby access. We would stay here again. It was a great weekend getaway.

This was simply amazing. It was everything as shown in pictures. Love the privacy you have and the view is awesome. We had a great time staying here and would definitely recommend to others and book again in future.

Our favorite Christmas family getaway location by far. This house has everything you need to relax and enjoy family. We loved everything about this house. Wonderful host. He was super responsive and very accommodating!!

Randy’s place was fantastic! The bedrooms were spacious and beautifully made up, and we loved that each area had its own bathroom—it made the stay so convenient. The amenities were great, and the kitchen was amazing, perfect for cooking and gathering. I highly recommend staying here!

10/10 recommend this home, the view was as beautiful as the home. Estrella was an amazing host, the two times I had to reach out to her she responded immediately and instructions were very clear. Our favorite part was definitely the hot tub and looking out at the mountains if you’re looking for a great view, great location and great host this is the route you should go.

This is a great place to stay! We stayed here over Christmas and had a blast. I was able to cook a full Christmas dinner easily in the kitchen. The rest of the days were spent enjoying the shopping, resturaunts, bars and live music nearby. All 4 beds were extremely comfortable. I would go as far as to say the master was the most comfortable airbnb bed I've slept in! The host was a pleasure to communicate with. I would highly recommend this location to anyone visiting the area.

Great location in Gruene. It allowed us to discover one of the most wonderful vacation towns we never knew about. I would live there if we could.

Sabrina has embraced the concept of "host" and all that entails in terms of communication and responsiveness. Needless to say, thoughtfulness is a key quality.

We had seven adults stay. Spacious, great front and back porch, hot tub, and fire pit. We loved seeing the deer in the mornings. It is just a few miles to HEB, Target and restaurants. We had everything we needed for a great family getaway to Wurstfest. Great host and communication.

Such an amazing house and very spacious. I love it had everything you needed from cooking needs, floats, to even medicine! Will definitely book again! We had such a blast! Gruene is a special place to us and not sure we have ever booked a home more than once but I think we found our place! Thanks!

We booked for Family Weekend at Texas State. The property was about 15 minutes from campus. The river access was a plus! The property provided access to floats and a kayak which was great for the kids. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

I hosted my Mother’s 85th birthday celebration - it was a wonderful place for a family gathering ! Kristi is a fabulous host :)

The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Kevin was incredibly kind and responsive, made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to town and activities but still quiet enough to relax. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a cozy, peaceful getaway. I’ll definitely be booking again!

Our stay was wonderful! Jayson was an exquisite host! A great place to stay! In a very peaceful community on the outskirts of New Braunfels, but close to activities, stores and restaurants. The house was impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need! The yard was huge would be wonderful for families with young children. There was a very nice patio with a grill for outdoor cooking. It would be a great place to stay for a trip to Schlitterbahn. There was even some old school video games, very fun. USB ports located conveniently throughout the whole house. There was no searching for an outlet to charge our devices. It was very nice. The house had all the modern conveniences. It did not lack a thing. We would recommend staying there 100%. Everything was extremely clean and organized. Would definitely like to stay there again!

Exactly what we needed in a private home. Kitchen had great work and serving space. Outdoor space easily acceble to the kitchen. Wifi worked well and accommodated several devices to operate at same time. BEDS, BEDS, BEDS...we did not have need but for real they are here!

Juan's place is very comfortable, clean and quiet. The overall stay was relaxing and enjoyable. However the main road the takes you into the neighborhood from the highway is very bumpy and poorly lit.

Home was beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was extremely clean and very well appointed. We spent most of our time at the fire pit and outside areas and felt at peace. Jay was super responsive to all our needs and easy to contact. We definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quick getaway.

Booked Tuan’s place for a week during the Valero Open golf tournament. The house was clean, comfortable and looked just like in the pictures. Tuan was very responsive to any questions we had and was extremely pleasant. I would recommend Tuan’s house to anyone coming to the San Antonio area and will be looking to stay there again when I return next April

It's so nice to find a place where we can take our puppies and is so clean and accessible. Great locations to all of our family in Austin, San Antonio and Gonzales. Jayson is a thoughtful host and everything you need is there in a quiet neighborhood.
