The house is gorgeous and so spacious! The Kitchen is a dream kitchen as so is the master bath. The decoration is the perfect balance. It is not a cluttered decorated rental and also not too empty of a decoration/furnishings that would make it seem stale. Perfect balance. Communication was also great. And unlike many Airbnbs, the host actually allows the use of the garage for vehicles. Great home with a great host. Minor improvements can be made but nothing that would deter us from staying at this house again! We'll def look to book again for another San Antonio stay. For those traveling on I-10, this is perfect and just off the highway.

Nice, clean house in a peaceful neighborhood with a responsive host. Being able to use the garage for overnight parking was appreciated, even though it doesn’t have a motor or remote, but needs to be opened/closed/locked by hand. Would stay again.

Juan's place is very comfortable, clean and quiet. The overall stay was relaxing and enjoyable. However the main road the takes you into the neighborhood from the highway is very bumpy and poorly lit.

The house is in a great location and neighborhood. We wanted for nothing while we stayed there. Nila is extremely friendly and a great communicator. I'm sure if we had need of anything, she would have quickly jumped on it. I feel the value we paid was fair. It's a nice place to be able to meet up with our adult children and spend some quality time together under one roof. I would stay here again if we find ourselves back in San Antonio.

Beautiful location and home!! Highly recommend! House is exactly as pictured and it felt like home. Bonus snacks upon arrival with the owner providing exceptional customer service. This home is great!

Great stay for our large extended family. So happy we found Marilyn’s beautiful homes for our family. Very clean, beautifully done. No complaints. Great communication. Hope to be back this summer.

Great location...walkable to historic Gruene...great restaurants in New Braunfels/Gruene...live music abounds...We had a great time. The closet in the unit is huge...washer and dryer...well equipped kitchen...comfortable mattress and pillows...we thought the unit was great.

Tish, was extremely helpful and responsive to my messages. The place was exactly as described, spotless and a home away from home. I recommend staying here whenever you are in town

We loved our stay at Kathleen’s River spot. Several cats were entertaining during our Al fresco dinners. We figured out how to stream to the TV, cooks steaks from the local HEB and the meat was yummy and were easily prepared with the provided charcoal grill. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor experiences. Everything we needed was supplied and if you needed anything HEB and restaurants were close. We were there for work, so didn’t partake in the river but local food was plentiful and service and hometown feel was exactly what we needed. Will work to come back and stay longer. Would love to have just sat, played cards and lazed a bit more!

Very new and clean place. Full kitchen utensils. We saw wild deer when we first arrived. Easy to check in by ourselves. Only 20 minutes to Outlets. We all enjoyed our Thanksgiving weekend in this place.

Wow! Eric , Georgia & Dakota are so welcoming & a true pleasure to meet. The peaceful location was perfect especially during spring break when the surrounding areas were so busy. There isn’t a single detail that has been overlooked. It is a cozy couples retreat and so comfortable. Dakota is the sweetest, most well behaved shepherd I’ve ever met! I’m not sure who does the cleaning but they deserve a bonus. We loved talking to both Georgia & Eric and look forward to returning. Great recommendations as well. Thanks y’all 🐿️

We really enjoy staying at this Airbnb. The town is very fun and quite at the same time. It is out of the way from all the hustle of the larger towns, and yet is close many shops in driving distance.

Gorgeous location, wonderful condo—very clean, comfortable beds, awesome kitchen! Loved watching the birds and deer from the balcony chairs. Very peaceful! Everything was great! There are a lot of thoughtful extra touches, such as light switches labeled for which they turn on, tons of towels including beach towels, a cooler available in a closet, a step stool in the kitchen for us short people, etc. Natalie was very responsive when I had a special need. We would definitely stay here again or at one of her other properties.

Great place to stay! Easy check-in, great parking, excellent communication. Perfect location to all attractions.
