Truly enjoyed staying at Judy’s place. It was exactly as the pictures showed. Perfect location! Judy was very quick to respond! I would definitely recommend the place to anyone. We hope to stay here again!

Our stay was wonderful! Jayson was an exquisite host! A great place to stay! In a very peaceful community on the outskirts of New Braunfels, but close to activities, stores and restaurants. The house was impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need! The yard was huge would be wonderful for families with young children. There was a very nice patio with a grill for outdoor cooking. It would be a great place to stay for a trip to Schlitterbahn. There was even some old school video games, very fun. USB ports located conveniently throughout the whole house. There was no searching for an outlet to charge our devices. It was very nice. The house had all the modern conveniences. It did not lack a thing. We would recommend staying there 100%. Everything was extremely clean and organized. Would definitely like to stay there again!

The home is large and is set up to accommodate a family and kids. The rooms are really nice, as well as the living room and office. If you are new to Airbnb, the lack of communication may be hard to navigate. Reach out to them if you have questions. Otherwise it seems they rely on the guest to read what’s embedded in the listing and app vs a welcome message, instructions, and a binder in the home.

Nice, clean house in a peaceful neighborhood with a responsive host. Being able to use the garage for overnight parking was appreciated, even though it doesn’t have a motor or remote, but needs to be opened/closed/locked by hand. Would stay again.

We loved our stay. Lots of space inside and outside. Activities for all ages. Everything was provided. Comfortable beds, couches and recliners to watch the river run by. Thank you for thinking of everything. Hope to come back on our next visit to Texas.

Very neat place! Feels like an upscale cabin on the inside, very roomy. The location is easy to get to and convenient to all of New Braunfels. I don’t normally care about furniture but it’s worth mentioning that their furniture was extremely comfortable. Easy check in and out. We would definitely stay again.

We were very comfortable in the house that we stayed in. This home is very accommodating for a group. We were wanting a place that would be close to our niece and nephew's home in St. Hedwig. This location was perfect for our needs. I do have a couple of things that would be of benefit for us older folk's comfort. The spare bedroom could use a bedside lamp to have for reading or allowing to have a light on without having to get up to turn off the light at the switch. The bathrooms could use some grab bars for getting in and out of the shower. It is a safety issue for some of us. Thank you so much Juan for being such a great host and offering your home to rent. We enjoyed our stay, and it was a great option for us. We will probably come back to visit and will keep this property in mind when we do.

Lots of space! We had an excellent stay. I would definitely wear house shoes. Unfortunately, the house is located in the Copano Ridge subdivision on the other side of Kitty Hawk Middle School instead of on/near Sunrise Canyon Drive as listed, so we had to unexpectedly adjust some of our plans.

Love the whole set up of this little village in the hills. Was definable an experience. Amy was quickly responsive whenever messaged. The scenery was beautiful!

Very quiet and peaceful , just needed a nice getaway for a few nights. Good location and very walkable for my dog and I. Had a nice dinner I cooked on the balcony overlooking the river.

Our visit to Texas hill country wouldn’t have been the same without this home. The view and privacy alone is worth the price. The home was warm and inviting from the moment we walked in. Plenty of space for my family of 5 and our dog to spread out. Loved the layout of the home and the pool/hot tub got used every day. The hosts went above and beyond in the communication department. From before we checked in, working it out for an early check in, to a few questions through the stay, to an issue with a forgotten item…they were incredible. Thank you for an amazing home for our Texas vacation!

Our favorite Christmas family getaway location by far. This house has everything you need to relax and enjoy family. We loved everything about this house. Wonderful host. He was super responsive and very accommodating!!

Randy’s place was fantastic! The bedrooms were spacious and beautifully made up, and we loved that each area had its own bathroom—it made the stay so convenient. The amenities were great, and the kitchen was amazing, perfect for cooking and gathering. I highly recommend staying here!

The stay was good and the location is perfect. We had trouble with operating the television and they came right away when called. Although we did not get the tv working, the quick response was nice!

What a cool place. A-FRAME cabin upgraded to feel very homey. As a Michigan football fan, it was hard to deal with some of the UT decor but even that can't get me to say anything bad. HAHAHA. Great communication, easy to work with and allowed us to check in way early. Than you Kevin for everything

Great place to stay. Recommend a little fan for the upstairs loft for those that like air flow. Location was great!

This is one of the most majestic places we've ever stayed in. There was wildlife everywhere, kitchen was fully stocked so my girlfriend could make amazing 5 star dinners. The fireplace was very romantic. The massive couch and TV was super comfy. The outside fireplace and pit were a vibe. Kamesh was very accomodating. I can go on and on. If you're looking for a great get away, this is the one.

It's so nice to find a place where we can take our puppies and is so clean and accessible. Great locations to all of our family in Austin, San Antonio and Gonzales. Jayson is a thoughtful host and everything you need is there in a quiet neighborhood.

What a great place to stay at for our trip to COTA. House was clean and living room was plenty spacious for our group of 7. Plenty of sleeping and loved the location outside of Austin. Host was very flexible with my request and replied quick every time. 10/10 would recommend!
