It’s a small but cozy room. Quiet and about ten minutes out from the city. Their instructions on how to find the place were very accurate. There’s enough sound proofing that other guests in separate units will not bother you throughout the day. Water pressure is fantastic. Ryan was very friendly and helpful.

Very spacious and clean, host is very responsive and helped with any needs.

Our stay here was fantastic! Convenient location, good parking and a nice apartment. Would highly recommend this place to stay.

One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had

We got a great deal on this place and ultimately that’s what made this 5 stars for me. It’s a great location, not really walkable but very close to everything and feels safe. Love that it had a pool, nice views, clean and open layout, and the ready to use streaming services were a nice addition! The bed, pillows and blankets were not great but honestly the couch was much better and we were fine with that!

Alex & Maria hosted a great & clean space for me and my family! We would definitely love to return in the future!

Rose was a great host! The place was just as nice as was shown with a great deck and view that made it feel like a treehouse. We stayed here as an alternative to the Omni for an event that was there - and getting Ubers to and from the hotel was mixed (sometimes easy, sometimes a bit pricey). But can't say enough about Rose as a host - she was great!

Susan's place was clean, quiet and in a great location to quickly access restaurants, shopping and events it was one of the best organized locations I've stayed in I would definitely stay here again

A continent location if you have a car or rental car when staying in Austin, it’s about a 10 minute drive to downtown. The hosts have detailed instructions on how to find the airbnb, make sure to use their instructions given, as apple maps took us to a different house. We referred back to their instructions and found the Airbnb easily (: There is a bus barn or something on the property behind the airbnb, so it does get noisy around 6am. But mostly quiet throughout the day. The place was clean, had yoga mats, loved all of the books and board games! I love that they included that especially for families. We also loved the breakfast taco place, the hosts recommended (:

Mahshid was a really great host. Communication was quick and spot on. The house was clean and as described. Great porch to hang out in the evening. The neighborhood is pretty calm and felt safe. Couple things to note: - house itself is next to a quite busy street and bedroom windows are facing it, so mornings might start a bit earlier :) - mattress in one of the bedrooms was really soft and squashy - just something to keep in mind. Overall - recommendations!

Absolutely LOVED the home and definitely would stay again, if we are in the area. I felt extremely safe and it was in a very nice neighborhood. Lots of space from the neighbors and super peaceful. The home is one of a few located in a small gated community. HUGE backyard where our puppy loved roaming around with us. We loved playing cornhole with the kiddos. Lots of extra towels, blankets, and etc if needed. We loved the welcome basket full of snacks. The sleeping arrangements were really ideal for our family. So it worked out perfectly. Thankful for the toiletries and extras in the bathroom. It was on the higher end of my price range…but well worth it for the security and nice area. You won’t regret staying here!

This was a great spot. Close to lots of great stuff, comfortable, clean and well stocked. It was easy to get into, the location was ideal and the host so easy to work with. It's a true two-bedroom two-bath with a comfortable living space a compact outdoor space. The building was easy to navigate and quiet. I will be back next time I am in Austin! Thanks for making it so great!

I drove in from Houston to stay here for SXSW EDU. For the price, the value of Himesh's spot is pretty unbeatable. The area is much calmer than downtown but was easily walkable to and from there, great access to Lady Bird Lake trail as well. I appreciated the room to work at the table in the kitchen as well as the outdoor balcony. The building was nice and valet was easy. I would highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quick stay somewhere close but not inside downtown.

This spot was beautiful!! Even down to the valet employees, they were so kind and wonderful! It was an amazing experience right in walking distance from Rainey street and a lot of other shopping and food spots, would 100% stay again

This was my second time staying in a property of Helen and Randy's and I've greatly enjoyed both occasions. The apartment was cozy and had all of the necessary amenities to have a comfortable stay for 5 days. Everything was properly clean and neatly organized and I had no issues with any aspect of the apartment. One of the most outstanding aspects of this offering, however, was its location. I've truly appreciated being in the East Cesar Chavez neighborhood - I had quick access to good food of numerous cuisines and different meals for the day (breakfast, lunch, dinner), great coffee spots, and night hang-outs. I also liked its proximity to Downtown Austin and being able to quickly access the neighborhoods over the river. Although there were many hang-out spots, it never felt too crowded or empty - a very Goldlilocks' "just right". Additionally, it was nice being near a CapMetro BikeShare location. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend and look forward to future visits.

We stayed here for the SXSW conference and we loved it. The location is great and only 15 minutes walk to the SXSW venues, and it felt like home. The price was also reasonable compared to the hotels in this area and we will definitely come back in our next trip :)

Great location and plenty of room in the condo. We have two kids and the extra bathroom and bedroom were perfect. Super comfortable bed as well.

Loved my stay here. Great walking distance to Rainey St. and loved the pool. Would definitely stay here again.
