House was just as described. plenty of space for our girls weekend. Easy access to all shops and restaurants. outdoor space was nice with a covered dinning area and fire pit.

My family and I had an amazing Christmas at this Farmhouse. Debbie's description of the house is very accurate, check in/out was a breeze and she made herself available to answer any questions we had. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms super clean and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed to cook our meals. Thanks!

We stayed at La Hacienda Rio for 7 nights for a spring break trip. We loved the home and the location. It was homey and clean - and so peaceful. We especially enjoyed the river and the wildlife! We spent most of the week horseback riding in and around Bandera, which was about a 25-30 min drive - but staying outside of town and near the river was so worth it! Thank you Laura!

The place felt super homey and comfortable! I liked that it was just the two rooms and the living room/kitchen so it felt intimate to be with friends but spacious enough to have alone time if you need it. The house was super clean when we went inside and the upstairs bedroom has a washer and dryer with detergent, which is convenient. The place is also about a 10-20 minute drive from all the major Austin tourist destinations. The host is also super clear about the house expectations and it is not a hard list to follow. Just be aware that the neighbor’s balcony does overlook the backyard where the hot tub is like another reviewer said. Besides that, the neighborhood is super quiet and safe. Overall super comfortable stay and definitely worth the price!

I have zero complaints. This trip was with girl friends, but I can’t wait and am looking forward to coming back to Morgan’s house again with my husband and daughters.

This was the perfect place for a large group of people! Only issue we had was the hot water wasn’t working the night we got there but Jorge was able to fix it promptly the next day. The house was clean, plenty of space and great neighborhood.

We recently stayed at Callie’s place for a week and had a fantastic time! This was our first time visiting Texas and we couldn’t have found a better place to fit our needs in the Austin area. We were looking for a peaceful home in the country, but still close enough for day trips to Austin and all the fun places to go in the hill country. This was the perfect home for everything. It had all we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms, plus had comfortable beds. We enjoyed relaxing on the back patio every morning listening to all the birds singing and in the evening listening to crickets chirping. Our teenage sons enjoyed the hammocks next to the dry creek bed (it has water at times but not during our visit) in the back of the property. It was a quick drive to hiking trails, breweries, restaurants and only 25-35 minutes to activities in the city. Dripping Springs is close for any grocery shopping, gas stations and restaurants. Callie is a very helpful and friendly host. Highly recommended!

Nice and clean apartment in a great location. We were able to walk to many of the places we wanted to go to in the downtown area. Great access to the riverwalk. Host was very responsive and helped us with any questions we had. The string lights in the apartment complex courtyard were a bit bright at night when sleeping but nothing the owner can do about that. It didn’t bother us much, but if you are sensitive to that I would recommend bringing a sleep mask. Parking garage was a great feature. Easy to register for and felt safe. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

Great unit! Walkable to everything downtown NB, Texas tubes right next door, peaceful - loved seeing all the deer! Host was super nice and even had a crockpot waiting for us when I inquired about one!

Very clean! The beds were so comfy and this is an amazing home for family quality time. My family and i would love to stay again. Very spacious and beautiful home! The best part was the hot tub! The host communicated fast as well. Give it a try it’s worth the price!

The place has beautiful artwork. It’s very close to south congress and we loved the ability to walk one block to a great shaded park.

It would be difficult to find a place so close to one of the biggest cities in the country, yet at the same time feel like you have a view of nature as far as you can see. During our stay we saw deer, armadillos and foxes. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and split layout. Thank you!

First, Grant was a very attentive host. He was very accommodating when we asked if we could bring all 4 of our pups. As our host, he was always quick to respond to our questions. The property was exactly as described. The vastness of it was perfect for the dogs to roam and shake out with their zoomies. The home was so comfortable and spacious. We all agreed that it was a peaceful space where we could hang out with each other and not be on top of one another. The living room had enough furniture for all six of us to sit and watch movies in comfort. We brought our own dog beds, but one dog liked the dog bed that the host provided. We did take advantage of all the outdoor amenities the property offered. The pool and hot tub were a hit! S’mores at the fire pit and hanging out together in the cool night air was also relaxing, after exploring the trails on the property. We will certainly beck some time in the future. We are all in agreement, best family vacation, yet!

We rented the townhouse for our family members since our house did not accommodate all 21 family members that came for Christmas. Shawn’s place is in our subdivision so it worked beautifully. The group that stayed there were very happy with their accommodations.

Annette's place was great for our family staycation. Beautiful natural light in the living areas and kitchen, comfortable furnishings, and a great kitchen with plenty of dishes and cookware. Great for indoor and outdoor living. It was great getting to visit the goats and chickens, swim, and play pool, giant Jenga, and cornhole. The living room was perfect for family movie nights. The main house has 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. The 3rd bedroom is cramped and in a funny location attached to the living room and sound carries quite a bit, so our sound machines from home were a must with light sleepers. Overall a wonderful stay. Annette is extremely responsive and a great host!
