This is a very clean and spacious apartment in Austin, right on the bike path to get everywhere you was going to go anyways! Don't hesitate to book!

I had a great weekend stay here while visiting San Antonio. The unit was really clean and the host offered clear instructions and great communication.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this high-rise Airbnb in Austin, Texas! The apartment was stunning, with breathtaking views of the city skyline that took my breath away every morning. The space itself was beautifully designed—sleek, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The large windows let in tons of natural light, making the whole place feel bright and airy. Everything was spotless and well-stocked, from the cozy bedroom to the fully equipped kitchen. The building amenities, like the gym and rooftop lounge, were also top-notch. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants and easy access to public transportation. Our host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing stay in Austin. Definitely a 5-star experience!

John’s condo at The Bend is a marvelous location, has terrific views, is roomy and light with terrific neighbors. Perusing the dog park from the wide window sills became our cat’s morning routine, watching the birds in the old large oak trees or listening to the fountains in the beautiful swimming pool was a treat for all of us. We loved the ease of ingress and egress, the large lovely balcony for sitting (and eating) outside and watching sunsets. The kitchen was ready to use; we cooked many good meals there. Restaurants were close by for eating in or delivery, and having groceries delivered was a huge treat for us. John and Paul were welcoming hosts, very versatile and patient with me (my first, but not last, Airbnb experience). We will plan a vacation there when it’s warm enough to swim in the gorgeous pool and enjoy all the indoor and outdoor spaces. For a weekend, or a life change; do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a stay in this oasis in south Austin.

Ira’s place was so perfect for me, I didn’t want to leave! So close to S Congress and downtown Austin, and I especially loved the balcony and pond in the back. Walk to Noble Joe’s coffee in the morning and Rosita’s Al Pastor. 10/10!

clean and easy with a great walkable location!

The property is exactly as advertised—a wonderful neighborhood with shops and good restaurants nearby. We felt safe in the area. Very clean and organized. A terrific deal for the price. I would certainly stay there again.

Loved this stay @ Nativvo. The extras were so welcoming and kind!! I arrived late at night…so oatmeal was a nice late night snack! Sunscreen…makeup removers and plenty of choices for coffee were a wonderful touch. Highly recommend and would def stay again!!

We stayed at Alex's place for a girlfriend get-away. The view of the river and Austin skyline was amazing. The apartment was very clean, beds were comfortable. We loved the place, the space - very relaxing. The coffee bar attached to the lobby was clutch and we loved that they sold a few snacks. We didn't get to stroll by the river, but the building was a block from the trail. The rooftop pool area was nice.

This spot was beautiful!! Even down to the valet employees, they were so kind and wonderful! It was an amazing experience right in walking distance from Rainey street and a lot of other shopping and food spots, would 100% stay again

We stayed here for the SXSW conference and we loved it. The location is great and only 15 minutes walk to the SXSW venues, and it felt like home. The price was also reasonable compared to the hotels in this area and we will definitely come back in our next trip :)

Really beautiful and well-maintained space with nice views and plenty of natural light. We were impressed by how clean the apartment was and with the amenities available. The area is walkable and safe. It’s close to the river and downtown. The host was very prompt and friendly in all communications. We would definitely stay here again!

Willam was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns ! He gave great recommendations for a quick taco and coffee ! The condo is located near everything if you can’t wall a quick 5-10 min Uber can get you anywhere in the city

Derrick's place had so much space! We loved having 3 king sized beds and plenty of bathrooms and linens. The workout room was also a major plus! Felt super safe in the neighborhood, had everything we needed, and the whole process was a breeze. Derrick and Katie were super helpful and communicative. I will stay here again next time I'm in San Antonio!

We enjoyed Phill's house very much! The pool, pool table, and house cat Molly were the highlights of our trip. His house offered something for everyone in our family and we would love to book there again if we find ourselves back in San Antonio. Can't recommend enough!

Quite a find! Practically new, with many nice touches. Extremely comfortable beds and linens. Very well situated and conveniently located in a stable and quiet neighborhood.

Perfect place/location/communication!

We were a group of five ladies on a "Girls Trip". Everyone in the group loved the house. It was furnished beautifully and had all the amenities any group would want and enjoy. Our hosts' communication was quick and helpful. The home location is close enough to the airport and downtown for ease and the area surrounding it had all the amenities one would need. We all said that if we returned to Austin together or with our own family's we would want to stay at this place once again. Thank you to our hosts for a wonderful stay!

stayed Friday thru Sunday. perfect instructions. so many extras provided. very clean and spacious. kids loved the ping pong table. as a treat, saw some awesome deer. I definitely recommend this home and ty Angela for your hospitality.

This is a great place to stay. They’ve really paid a lot of attention to detail. You will feel right at home from the moment you step through the door. Comfortable furniture, beds and linens. My kids loved the pool, and they supply all the toys and towels. Fully stocked kitchen. Can easily cook from home, or lots of food options nearby. Quiet neighborhood. Excellent proximity to all the best things to do for entertainment. Most responsive host I’ve ever had. They’ve gone above and beyond in all the best ways. Book this place. You will not be disappointed.
