Exactly as described. This home is beautifully furnished and clean, I thought I was in a model home. Bedrooms are large each with a king size bed and very comfortable. The master en-suite bathroom is amazing. We spent the weekend with friends celebrating a birthday. I wouldn’t say it’s walkable to Main St but the drive took minutes and wasn’t an inconvenience at all. I wouldn’t absolutely stay again. Felt at home.

A lovely home in an excellent location. Renovated with all the upgrades in a location you can't beat. Easy walking to the Pearl, CIA & the Riverwalk. This home is spacious, loads of amenities and some extra touches to make it special. Plenty of plugs with both standard and USB outlets. Easily understood labels on switch plates, appliances and the fabulous master shower. Literally steps from the Riverwalk and the Pearl, and yet SO quiet. Felt completely safe and enjoyed it immensely.

Really enjoyed our stay. Did some hiking, shopping and going out to eat. Was really looking forward to having an outside fire but there was a burn ban due to drought conditions. That's not the owners fault. My grandson's really enjoyed the hot tub!

A great stay overall. Our crew was a family with adult children, and this was a perfect space for that. We greatly enjoyed the hot tub and multiple decks were nice (they could use refinishing though). Great views of the hill country and good proximity to town. Even with steep hills, the neighborhood was nice for walking. The rooms and space were as described. Overall clean but we did have an issue with some bedsheets. However, the response was immediate, apologetic, and was resolved. We used the grill while we were there and it worked just fine. One thing to note is the sound of the floors. If you're in one of the downstairs rooms and there is activity in the kitchen and living room above, you will hear it. Not much can be done about that, just a note for light sleepers. Should I be in the Canyon Lake area with a group, I would stay again.

I have zero complaints. This trip was with girl friends, but I can’t wait and am looking forward to coming back to Morgan’s house again with my husband and daughters.

I have never been able to stay at such a beautiful, enchanting accommodation at such a great price point! The entire property is like stepping into a dream and the villa itself is unreal. The pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, and greenery are incredible! Check in and out are easy and their welcome binder makes every villa process easy to figure out. Barbara is such a kind, phenomenal host who I cannot say enough good things about! The property manager is wonderful as well. They are absolutely the heart of this place! It is so clear that this is a labor of love and I am so grateful for having the chance to have spent just over a week here. There is even a book with local recommendations for guests! I highly recommend this villa for any person or group and am already looking at return possibilities to see how soon my best friend and I are able to come back. We had the best trip of our lives!

From the very moment I put the request in for my family's, I was quickly greeted by Jenna and Brett with warmth and kindness! Communication was always great! The pictures DO NOT do this place justice. It's absolutely beautiful and quiet, secluded and AHH-MAZING!!!!! My family (My hubby, our 16 year old daughter and 10 month old son) had an entire itinerary but we couldn't stick to it completely on account of just wanting to stay and enjoy everything from the scenery to the fireplace! The beds were big and comfortable the entire place is gorgeous and clean. Our only regret is not staying longer but we will definitely be back in the very near future. Best place we have ever stayed!

Beautiful views, quality time with the family, a perfect reset. Just what we needed

We had a really nice stay with our family over the holidays. The home is beautiful, is furnished nicely, and has a great kitchen. The backyard was really beautiful and has a nice pool and hottub. The only downside we experienced was some water heating and pressure issues - the shower running heavily affected the water pressure in other parts of the house like the kitchen sink or the other shower. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

It would be difficult to find a place so close to one of the biggest cities in the country, yet at the same time feel like you have a view of nature as far as you can see. During our stay we saw deer, armadillos and foxes. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and split layout. Thank you!

Our stay was peaceful and stress free. The sheep, alpaca and burros were an added bonus. The only downside was the mattress it was to firm and there was dust and bitten nails on the bed frame. Other than that we felt very comfortable and at peace.

Absolutely stunning home! Our check is was smooth and the host was great. It was super spacious, clean and well maintained. The back yard was big and secure for our pups. The hot tub was the star of the show and the pool house was equipped with fun family activities. Overall an amazing stay, would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home located in a secluded area of the Texas Hill Country. The view is amazing anytime of the day. The beds were comfortable and the home was very clean and tidy with everthing that we needed. The kitchen is well stocked and organized. Arielle was very responsive to our needs and her communication is excellent. This is a really nice getaway place and I would recommend to anyone looking for that.

100% would recommend staying here. It’s really clean and super quiet, definitely a great spot if you just want to relax and enjoy the stay. It’s great that it’s so close to the grocery store and the city isn’t super far either but far enough to where it feels peaceful. Loved it!

Cactus Cabin is adorable! Cozy and comfortable and close (5-10 min drive) to Main Street, Fredericksburg. After a day of hiking the hot tub was a special treat! We loved our stay here so much, we hoped to extend another night, and Melissa, the gracious hostess she is, was extremely accommodating! It is no wonder she is a super host!!

We loved our stay at the Woodshed! A short drive from downtown Wimberley but away from the traffic. Really enjoyed the hot tub and even watched one of the many movies they provided. The mornings were spent with our coffee on the porch. All for a great price. Debbie was very detailed with both instructions and things to do and see! We will definitely come back!

Very nice and cozy cabin, we really enjoyed our stay and my favorite part was the view plus the hot tub. Very close to canyon lake and about a 30/40 minute drive to Wimberley. Overall a great choice for a getaway.

My husband and I came here for our eight year anniversary and we loved and enjoyed every minute of our stay. We did not want to leave and we already can’t wait to go back. This place exceeded our expectations and is not far from Main Street. We wanted a place to relax and escape and be with nature and also be able to access the touristy areas of Main Street and shop. Jean we can’t thank you enough for every little detail in the cabin and the area was amazing , we loved waking up to the deer and relaxing at night in the jacuzzi . THANK YOU!!!!
