Very cute Glamper! We loved staying in the California Dreamin’ glamper! Nice and comfortable. Spacious warehouse with several common areas. Two separate areas for showers and toilets. Cute themed teepees and campers. Owners very nice and friendly.

Will definitely book again

I have always loved New Braunfels and staying here will put you a short walk from downtown or the river. Room was incredibly comfortable and puts you right where you want to be for a fun weekend on the town.

The location is fantastic! Right on the Riverwalk and close to The Alamo. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Rob & Julia had great communication the whole time. Check in was super easy. Parking was about a block away but easy to get to. The place was very clean. Overall a fantastic experience and trip!

The Kerry suite at O’Caseys was a great stay. A wonderful ambience and the really thoughtful touches of hospitality were great. Would pick Sandra’s place in a heartbeat.

Beautiful peace of property. Can see beautiful sunsets. Breakfast was amazing. Eli was very helpful and responsive. The owners need to know that. Saw deer early morning. Wanted to stay longer plan to go back and use their amazing pool and stay in one of the suites with great views.

This property is beautiful with great amenities. The area was peaceful and quiet but walking distance to Riverwalk, shopping, dining and other sites and attractions.

The location is great! Right on the river walk which made it easy for us to walk both to the Pearl area and downtown within approx 20 minutes. Alicia was incredibly helpful and responsive. The place was very clean and comfortable, good bathroom, great bed/bedding. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would recommend staying here!

From booking to check out, I really enjoyed receiving the text messages about burn bans, checkin, check out, etc, etc. You don’t alway’s get those and they were extremely helpful. The facility grounds were clean, neat and orderly along with the room. Also really enjoyed the fact that the a/c & ceiling fan were turned on since it was still hot outside during the day. The only 2 issues I had the poor reception with tv digital signals but hey given the location you really can’t complain. The other one was when I flushed the toilet I had to wait for it to fill up mess with the handle or the water would keep running. Other than that his place is very nice, peaceful, quaint and relaxing right off the highway. I would most definitely stay here again on my way back up to this part of Texas again.

Henry at the front desk was awesome! We had a great stay. Units were just updated and were better than we expected. We came for wine tasting in Fredericksburg which was an hourish away but we wanted something secluded and this property definitely is! It’s beautiful and has a lot to offer. Highly recommend checking out the pool and hot tub! We will be coming back!

We enjoyed our stay! Excellent location, within walking distance to restaurants and the Square. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, and the linens are clean and fresh. We'll definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time staying at Gruene Cottages! We loved the walkable location to Gruene Hall, shops, & restaurants. We enjoyed some morning and afternoons at the pool. Our room was very clean & comfortable. Will definitely be staying again!

This place was exactly as advertised, clean, and easy to get in and out of with the porch on the street. We loved walking the river walk to dinner each night!

Great place to relax. The restaurant/bar had good food. It was nice to be able to relax by fire and listen to band before bed. The shared bathroom was really big and clean. I never had to wait for the shared bathroom. The bed was really comfortable. It was a great alternative to the hotels. It is located right down the street from old tunnel state park (watch the bats at sunset).

Our weekend at Sarah’s place was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much care and attention she has put into creating a truly special getaway. The hospitality was outstanding, and every detail made our stay feel warm and welcoming. The setting was nothing short of magical—peaceful, cozy, and beautifully maintained. We felt completely at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches that made our experience so memorable. It was the perfect escape, and we can’t wait to return!
