I loved staying here. I felt so cozy in the space and loved the natural light through the windows and quiet neighborhood.

Great stay. Adjacent to Medical Center, neighborhood feels quite tucked away despite being next to major roads. Lots of deer visiting which was nice to see everyday. Actual unit was quite comfortable. Hosts were very kind.

The pictures do no justice to how beautiful this space is. For the price we were expecting something less but was wowed by how amazing it is. You can walk barefoot without the worry about a gross feeling floor and that’s a big deal for me personally. The bed and pillows were so comfortable that we actually over slept. The lights in the backyard at night made it look so magical. It’s very obvious that they take a lot of pride in making the place magical, comfortable, and honestly perfect! We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay and we’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely perfect little romantic getaway to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary. Everything was perfect. So glad I choose this place. Highly recommend it for a nice, simple, sweet getaway.

If I could provide more than 5 stars I would. My wife and I celebrated our 8th anniversary this year at this private, beautiful place. Nancy left a custom "Happy Anniversary" card on the kitchen counter with a complimentary bottle of wine. Any message I sent was met with a very, very timely response. Check in and check out was easy. The apartment was honestly very big and you got so much more bang for your buck than you would at a hotel. The place was very clean! The residence was private and peaceful. And our host Nancy went above and beyond making sure my wife and I had a wonderful stay in Austin, Texas. I would recommend this host and location to anyone wanting a memorable stay in Austin. 10/10 would stay again. Thanks for everything, Nancy!

My family had such a wonderful stay here at the treehouse! Teo was very helpful during the booking process and responding to our questions, and his dad Alfonso was the greatest host ... he helped us park our big van/trailer on the property and was so welcoming and helpful throughout our entire stay. The property is lovely and very comfortable, and well equipped with absolutely everything you could need. It was perfect for four of us, and we especially enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying the grounds. A good location for going into Austin too, but mostly we just preferred to stay at the house! Highly recommended and such wonderful hosts! We would love to come back! :)

Cozy stay in this above-garage loft. The host, Amanda, was responsive and super nice. The bed was comfortable, and the water pressure was great. Lots of good restaurants within a short walk to the town square, but if you want outstanding barbecue, head to Terry Black’s BBQ on the edge of town. Just a tip for future renters, keep the air conditioning wall unit running at night to mask the sound of the house AC compressor cycling on and off. The location is only 20 minutes away from Circuit of the Americas, so it’s a great deal and location for race fans. We would definitely stay here again!

She communicated with me throughout the whole experience very flexible when checking in. It was early to communicate with me with getting inside as well as Wi-Fi accommodations and she gave clear concise instructions on what I need to do when I leave it was a nice comfortable stay throughout my whole experience and I would definitely go back again.
