Had a great stay at Flop Houze, already looking forward to my return. Took a dip in the pool, an afternoon nap in the hammock and listened to tunes on vinyl while relaxing by the campfire. Loved the decor and attention to detail. Matt was super easy to work with, as I had to change my reservation and quick to respond. We even made friends with the barn kitty 😻. Truly delightful stay!

From the beautiful surroundings to the stunning sunset it was all around a great experience. Nigel was especially a great host and was very helpful/gracious accommodating us. We will definitely return and recommend it to others looking for a fun get away.

This is my second time in this house, and great place for a getaway with or without family. The host is very proactive and responsive. We love the simpleness, decluttered design where you have everything you need in the house. Planning to come back.

Such a cool place. The unit was so cozy and comfortable and nicely decorated. A change of weather in middle of stay required the use of air conditioning and heating. Both worked beautifully. The private deck was perfect place to unwind and get fresh air and enjoy a coffee and some beers.

loved this tiny home. came here for a small honeymoon getaway, and it was just that. very peaceful and the space inside was clean. you're very close to downtown Fredericksburg but the location makes it feel like a getaway. the game room was a very nice addition to this listing, really enjoyed that. we would have liked the hot tub to be maintained just a bit better but it was still usable. all in all very much worth it.!

This is a great place to get away. The house had perfect amenities. The linens were extremely comfortable and everything was clean. The dipping pool was fabulous and perfect size. The location is ideal for all the things around town. Steve and Cindi was very sweet and easy to talk too. The only thing I could say is that the ac unit did not blow very well. Besides that, everything was great.

We had a wonderful stay. Home was exactly as advertised. We absolutely loved the privacy. Location is right down the street from Old Tunnel National Park.

Loved our stay ! It was so peaceful & we even saw deer in the backyard. The house looked just like the pictures also. Definitely would stay again !

The houses were all cute and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. There were lots of fun things for the kids to do inside and outside. This is a nice place to get away from the city and slow down a little bit.

Stewart’s property was an amazing experience! My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary with our kiddos and all 5 of us, plus our pup loved it! The cabins were very clean, smelt nice and had plenty of supplies for us to utilize! Stewart was very responsive and kind! The added bonus was riding around in the ranger it was a blast! We saw some deer on property! We would definitely love to go back!

We enjoyed the house, it was unique! The location was good, we checked out a couple neighborhood restaurants, The Cherrity Bar, 2-1-doh and Black Lab Brewery, even headed south to check the art at Essex Modern City. The neighborhood was quiet. The rooftop was nice a night to view the city. Gabe was very responsive and friendly, he checked in with us regularly. If we were visiting San Antonio again, we would try and stay there again!

We loved staying here and would definitely stay again. It’s walking distance to the bars and the outside patio area was super nice. Only thing i would suggest is maybe getting a small microwave but other than that, it was perfect.

Julio and his family are wonderful. Julio clearly communicated check in instructions and was very gracious and understanding with any questions. The shipping container was exactly what I needed for my month-long stay. It's spacious, functional, and cozy. The outdoor courtyard is really nice - great to simply be on the land. 10/10 recommend.

It was very cozy and relaxing. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the hot tub and relaxing in the yard. The little provided grill was perfect for for 2. The view from the big windows was really nice too while just laying in bed watching TV. It's also nice that the light is at a minimum so you can really see the stars.

Great place for a cozy, quiet stay and easy drive to downtown Fredericksburg! We loved the home's amenities and watching deer and birds around the property. Also, Augusta Vin is super close if you're looking for winery tastings.

Happy little weekend spent at the Alley Cat. The space was just enough for me, my fiancé and our two dogs. Very walkable neighborhood, we were able to check out the night life downtown without moving our car. Lots to explore. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean. The coffee maker was a nice touch for a cozy morning sip. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Just like a little hotel room with a lovely outside area to hang. Bed was very comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and there are many options to explore on foot. Lyft arrives in minutes if you need a ride. Hosts were very friendly and helpful.
