I enjoyed my stay. The airbnb is not far from the station, and very close to the sea. I had trouble with the wifi and the laundry machine because i made a mistake 😂 but they respond immediately to help me fix the problem. The place is very neat, very well designed. I love the overall scheme of the apartment. Please consider the place to stay when you travel to atami 😊😊

This Airbnb rests atop a peaceful hill that was a short and healthy exercise upward. The station was very close by and goes both east and west toward Hakone and Odawara within only 10 minutes. The Airbnb had all the amenities and more; we felt at home immediately checking in! Host was helpful, proactive, and welcoming with their messages and communications!

We had such a lovely time in Hakone at Toru’s place. His check in instructions were straightforward, and the property was easy to find as the local bus stopped practically outside the driveway! We were able to walk from the property to the Tozan cable car which was handy (although the walk there was steep with many stairs so bear that in mind). Highly recommend eating at Box Burger and the new sushi train restaurant, both of which were less than a 2 min walk away. Everything was clean and cosy, really appreciated having the heat pumps on when we arrived too! Thank you so much Toru for a wonderful stay, can’t wait to be back again 😊

我們傍晚來到這，馬上使用烤肉進行晚餐，非常順利。房間在我們到達前已經開好暖氣相當舒服。這是一間帶有非常棒風景的位置，並且在夜晚很安靜，我們得到很好的休息。

年越しで5日間お世話になりました！ 4歳の娘もいたのですが、ステップ台があったり、子供用の食器があったり、お庭にはトランポリン、ボール、ブランコ、バドミントンがあったりと、暇になることなく家族で楽しめました！ 両親も一緒でしたが寝室も２階に２部屋あるので、睡眠空間も快適でした！ お庭には柑橘類がたくさん実っていて、みかん狩り～と楽しく取らせてもらい美味しく頂きました😋 ありがとうございました！

Das Haus ist unglaublich toll und modern eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die Sicht auf Mt. Fuji ist wunderbar, man sitzt am Esstisch, auf dem Balkon oder auf dem Sofa und kann ihn bestaunen. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

昔ながらの民家のような落ち着く空間でした。掲載の写真より広く感じます。 また調理器具や食器、調味料などが充実しており助かりました。 コタツもありのんびりできました。 歯ブラシだけ置いてないので持参が必要です。

We had a great stay at this house in a typical Japanese neighbourhood. As a family of five (with children aged 6, 8 and 10), we spent 10 nights here and were absolutely satisfied. The layout of the house, with two floors and separate bedrooms and a large dining and living room, as well as a parking space in front of the house, made it very comfortable. We felt at home and liked the short distances to a great bakery, supermarkets and parks with playgrounds and great views of Mount Fuji. Yuko is a great hostess who answered all our questions about the house and the area and went above and beyond to support us, even with a health issue one of our family members had during the stay. If we were to come back to Ninomiya in the future, we would definitely consider staying here again.

Beautiful Fuji view and very comfortable beds and spacious living area with a huge TV for great movie evenings! We enjoy our stay a lot! Highly recommended!

海を眺められる最高のロケーションでした。オーナーさんの宿泊の説明も分かりやすくて素敵なかたでした。お部屋は広くて清潔で、寝具もふかふかのお布団でした。 建物はエレベーターが無く階段が多いので足の不自由な方がいるご家庭は気を付けたほうが良いと思います。それを差し引いても何日もいたくなる施設でした。また利用したいと思います。

先ず、出発前に備品や消耗品の量など細かな質問までさせていただいたのですが、いずれも素早く丁寧な回答をいただき、ストレス無く旅の準備ができました。 アクセスについては、今回私たちは、ロマンスカーで箱根湯本まで移動して、 箱根湯本駅からは箱根登山バスを利用しました。最寄りの葛原のバス停から別荘は3分程で、箱根の各観光地への移動も快適でした。 お部屋は清潔で、おしゃれな家具や小物で統一されており、滞在中ずっと心地よく過ごせました。 寒さが厳し時期なので、少し心配していましたが、機密性の高い部屋と、空調・床暖房のおかげで寒さの心配は全くありませんでした。 楽しみにしていた温泉も湯量豊富で、適度にとろみのある泉質が素晴らしく、滞在中何度も入らせていただきました。 お部屋がすっきりと整頓されているので、滞在後の片付けも容易で、ゴミ袋やゴミ箱も使い易く整えられており、大変スムーズでした。 とても快適で満足度の高い滞在でした。ありがとうございます。

Convenient location near the train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even assisting us in carrying our luggage up to the third floor. Cleanliness and comfort were both great. Just a note that there is no elevator, and parking is available for 1,100 yen. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Everything was perfect. House is so big, you get a small movie theater, you have an outdoor wood hotbath. Personally way much better than ryokans. Just don’t forget to bring lots of drinks and food. There’s no mart near.
