We had a great stay - everything was just as described and Belinda provided clear instructions that were very helpful. Comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen, quiet, and very clean. Great space to relax and unwind, more than enough room and a great location for our needs!

Convenient, well-appointed, and on a quiet street, this listing offered a restful and relaxing space for two limited-mobility family members that came to visit. The kitchen and living space were inviting and the private back patio was great for chilling after a long day of exploring the city. Hosts were communicative and friendly. Everything was clean and tidy. I highly recommend this spot for anyone, especially if you need everything on one floor and with no steps.

Soothing Modern APT in the Museum District w/Pool

Charle's place was great! I was interested in seeing the Menil Campus, the Museum district and Rice University. That was all conveniently located walking distance. I had breakfast at Black Hole, literally 5 minutes away. It's a great location for anyone wanted to see have a cultural weekend. Place is neat.

Great walkable safe location that matches the description and photos exactly. Alex provides detailed check in instructions with photos outlining all codes. Step by step process made the entire stay easy. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

The house was ideal for our big family. Lots of space for the kids to run around inside (very hot outside). The house had everything we needed and felt very comfortable. Chantel was very responsive and an excellent host.

It was nice, just the fence was different once you got in which was easy, there was go way to open from other side. Hd to climb fence and lean over to open again.

Great deal! I needed a last-minute place to stay for the Houston Rodeo that was pet-friendly and had instant check-in. I was able to find both with this spot! Super friendly host, very easy to communicate with and was quick to respond with any questions I had. Clean, safe, onsite parking, pet friendly & efficient. Would stay here again🫶🏽

Got this place for my Bday trip. First time in houston & everything was 10min drive or less!! Amazing location right next to everything in downtown! I would recommend this place if u wanna be near downtown & if a little noise doesnt bother you.

We had a group of 4. Place was nice and clean upon arrival and photos lined up for what the house entailed! Price was great and the surrounding neighborhood was very peaceful and scenic. Owner did a great job with communicating and checking in to ensure things were going well. Would definitely recommend!
