Small very remote place! Nice place for parents with kids.

Great place to stay with all the amenities you needed for a weekend get away. Clean and tidy house and neighborhood. Stores are very easy to access. Instructions were very clear and while stay was hassle free. Will recommend this place to my friends and relatives for 100%.

We held a family reunion in James’ house and couldn’t have been more pleased. The home was just as it looked in the pictures and as described in the listing. Plenty of rooms to fit 3 couples, 3 kids, and one single adult. We played ping pong, swam in the pool, made meals in the amazing kitchen, and watched movies in the theater room. The house was remarkably clean without any observed exceptions. I simply don’t have anything negative to say, it was a perfect stay. 10/10 would come again!

I wanted to celebrate my 60th birthday with a lovely water view and with my large family. We have the added consideration of my son-in-law, who has suffered a stroke and is seriously disabled. The house at Kemah was wonderfully perfect. The views over the bay are gorgeous - even on cloudy winter days. The home is spacious and we did not feel crowded. There is an elevator, which allowed my son-in-law be upstairs with us. The home owner provides plenty of things to do, including games and puzzles, ping pong, and fuze ball. Fishing on the lovely pier is another option. There is a prep table to fillet your catch and a refrigerator designated to store it, so the kitchen fridge stays fish-smell free. We stayed in for our meals, but the house is very close to the boardwalk and you can walk to restaurants and bars. 1 of 2 ovens is labeled out of service, and so is the fireplace. Also. the dishwasher doesn’t clean well. For us, these were not problems. We all hope to stay here again!

This place was beautiful. It was more than I could have ever hoped for. My family and I were extremely pleased. The lake house was so peaceful. We decided to stay longer, but had to leave because the house was already booked. We will definitely come back with no hesitation!

Beautiful house. It was set up with everything we needed. It was spotless when we arrived. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located. We will definitely stay in the house the next time we come to Katy.

House is in a really safe neighborhood about a 5 min drive to Kemah Boardwalk and walking distance to the water. It was very clean!

Nice appartement in energy corridor, perfect for a short or longer visit for job or just to visit Houston.

Loved our stay only regret is not staying longer ...Had everything we needed

me and my fiancée went for a trip and had an amazing time the sailboats were so awesome to watch the water was nice and the weather felt great the bed was great and the bathroom was spotless this place was very cared for felt like a home away from i had an amazing stay.

The pictures online and in person matched, place was very spacious. They even had a mirror with several light options for plenty photos. The only thing I would say that was con about this place was, having trouble getting in the apartment in a "quickly" manner. We were three females alone and it took us several tries with the electronic key to open the door as well make sure the apartment locked. Although, we didn't get the vibe that we would be robbed being that it was in gated community, it was a thought "that if we were running from someone they would have got us because it took a few minutes to get into the place." But still the place was worth staying at. The host responded quickly and was helpful.

I love this home away from home. I stayed for 6 weeks and it was wonderful. Paul is very respectful and doesn't bother you at home. He had a small puzzle collections, which I loved! I also added a few to his collections. I would highly recommend his place he has everything you need and more. Very quiet and private.

Kim was a very great host and the unit looked exactly as pictured. Worked out great for what we needed! She was very flexible with the dates needed and always responsive. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Kim!
