This place exceeded our expectations! It looks even better in person and is remarkably spacious. The entire townhouse was super clean with comfy beds and a fully equipped kitchen. The quiet neighborhood felt safe for my morning walks. The location is perfect - very close to Hermann Park which has tons of activities for kids, including an amazing playground. Our family loved it! Being in the Museum District put us close to everything we wanted to visit. The three-story layout gave everyone plenty of space and privacy. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and ideally located place in Houston, we highly recommend this townhouse. It truly felt like a home away from home!

Overall, a great experience! Beautiful home. Very spacious. The rooms and bathrooms were great. Would definitely stay here again! One thing to note: if you don't have a car, getting in and out of the home and gate is a little tricky.

This was an absolutely wonderful place to stay - in a great area with lots of fun restaurants close by. We stayed here for a wedding - it was a great location being close to the venue. The house was very clean, very neat and tidy, and provided everything we needed. The only challenge was parking. We had 3 vehicles - 2 fit very tightly in the garage but we had to find parking for the 3rd vehicle. There are a few spots at the front of the condo - but these were almost always full. We finally got an opening and were able to park - then left that car in place until we left. This should not be a detraction for anyone - it is manageable. The house is worth it!

This was an amazing Airbnb! It was just like the photos and the rooftop was absolutely stunning.

The host is very responsive and very accommodating! The neighborhood is very cute and we felt safe walking our dogs day or night. She had everything we needed to feel right at home. The only thing I would suggest is bring a mattress topper unless you like a firm bed.

Wonderful home! Mark’s home is a great place to stay in the city. Extremely comfortable and spacious! The neighborhood is very quiet. It’s easy to get to and perfectly located. I really could move in permanently! The teens enjoyed having their own space as the home is very spacious. Mark is a wonderful host, very responsive and accommodating. We had an amazing stay and loved everyone having their own bedroom and en suite bathroom. The washer and dryer, alarm system, and garage were also a plus. The townhome is in an up and coming neighborhood. If you mind your business just like the residents mind theirs, you’ll be fine. It’s great to learn about the history of the city as well. We will definitely be returning for another girls weekend. The host was so kind and helpful and we loved every bit of this multi-level beauty.

Very nice town house near Downtown Houston. Cozy, clean, privat and with much space! Also a good walkable area with everything you need. Perfect to explore Houston. I can recommend it to everyone who plans to stay in Houston. Thx to Lakeasha and Kenneth :)

Donovan is a very good host. We had an issue and he took care of it immediately. I would recommend his listing.

Great spot. Close to everything. Anything I popped in the GPS worth going to was 8 - 10 minutes away max and usuay around 5 minutes. Comfortable beds and all the creature comforts you'd need. Garage was clutch for us. We had an issue with the front door that was taken care of the same day. We would definitely return.
