Awesome stay in the heart of downtown Austin. Close to bars, restaurants and nightlife yet not noisy. Bed was super comfy and the host was very responsive. And the views were phenomenal! Outdoor space on the 10th floor was beautiful and overlooked the city! Loved that onsite parking was available.

Clean and met the expectations, good price for the location.

They were amazing at communicating and the place was fantastic. Literally needed to book same day and they were on top of it helping me be able to book the stay when I needed it

Great apartment in a fantastic location. Walkable to Guadalupe street (Civil Goat coffee, Black’s BBQ, Amy’s ice cream, etc.) and UT campus if you’re up for it. Peaceful neighborhood, beautiful to explore.

Great place to stay, walking distance to almost every main neighborhood, great view of the city from the rooftop. Well stocked kitchen and easy to check in and out.

Susan's place was clean, quiet and in a great location to quickly access restaurants, shopping and events it was one of the best organized locations I've stayed in I would definitely stay here again

Great stay, great hosts, great design of place, hip neighborhood. Only flaw (no fault of the hosts) is a large construction site right in front of the condo building where this listing is. The hosts thoughtfully provided a white noise machine but a little more heads up while the construction is ongoing would be appreciated .. altogether a great stay.

Great value stay for having dogs. We stayed a couple of days which is fine if you don't have to cook. Shawn was very proactive about fixing a brief power outage that was the utility company's fault.

Can’t say enough thanks and appreciation for Susan and this AirBnB! A last minute change of plans serendipitously brought us to the cutest, sweetest, home-away-from home in Austin for three weeks! We felt so welcomed by Susan, and so appreciated when we could see her in the shared spaces, like her beautiful backyard. Susan is kind, energetic, and we couldn’t be more thankful for her hospitality! The decor and design of the AirBnB was so precious and stylish, the natural light brought me so much joy, and being on the second floor amidst the trees brought a nostalgic childhood sentiment of treehouses 🤭 we often opened doors and windows, never had even one amenity hiccup, and maintained the organized and well curated space. Susan provides many items, like dishwasher pods, trash bags, hangers, a beyond well-stocked kitchen appliances and, and so many small details that contributed to this becoming my partner and I’s little sanctuary! We had the most lovely time, thank you Susan so much!

More spacious than I thought it would be, with tall ceilings and cozy balcony. The view is mostly parking lot but the location is great for our time at Austin Studio Tour and the food at the Mexican cafe next door was so delicious.

Maris Stella’s Airbnb was a great place to stay in Austin for a few nights! The location is very walkable - plenty of shops and a large variety of restaurants nearby. It is only a short drive into downtown Austin. Her place was clean and the perfect size for a friend and I to stay comfortably. The pool was a little smaller than we’d hoped, however the Austin Motel is only a short walk and we were able to pay a day fee to get in there! Maris Stella was very flexible with checking in and was very responsive!

It was amazing to stay at Jackie's place. It was immaculate, tidy, and spacious, and the neighborhood was quiet. The place was filled with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Communication was great and Jackie was very responsive to any questions. The location was conveniently close to wherever we needed. I am recommending her place with both hands!

Shawn’s place was clean, cozy, QUIET, and safe. It felt so private and we barely heard any of the neighbors. The weather was especially warm while we visited and we like to sleep cold, so the ceiling fan in the bedroom and the A/C were greatly appreciated! We loved being able to stay on South Congress and have everything in walking distance. We found fantastic coffee nearby at Bennu and Desnudo, the breakfast tacos at Veracruz were a staple of our trip; we also loved the pepperoni pizza at Home Slice, tamales at Guero’s, and ice cream at Sandy’s. Shawn’s apartment really made for the perfect home base, with plenty to do in any direction. It’s even incredibly close to the bat bridge, and we loved getting to watch them take flight at sunset! If we ever come back to Austin, we’ll definitely stay at Shawn’s.

We loved our stay! The apartment is just as described/photographed. It was super cute, great spot for a couple. The neighborhood is quiet and tucked away but walkable to many coffee shops and restaurants. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was thoughtfully equipped, and everything was very clean. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was spotless! Looks like we were the first to ever use it — clean, funcional, well decorated and with a perfect view. We were there to join the SXSW and the distance was just perfect. Besides it, the Windham people were just the nicest, always helpful. Derry, who was at the front desk when we checked-out, was so careful and friendly that made us want to come back next year. Thank you Brad & Sara! We felt like part of the family 🩷

Excellent Airbnb. The host was extremely responsive and had excellent communication skills. Very pro-active in communication. The place matched the description. Was in a very easily walkable location and right above a grocery store and a coffee shop. Even better there were city bikes you could rent right outside.

Steven was absolutely amazing. He was extremely helpful. We experienced a last-minute emergency and weren’t able to check in on time. He was extremely proactive made all the appropriate arrangements to accommodate me, he was quick to respond. Highly recommended we will absolutely visit again.

Second time staying at Georgia and Eric’s in Canyon Lake! It was just as peaceful and cozy as the first time! Enjoyed exploring Wimberly and going back to our favorite spots in New Braunfels. The place is clean, quiet, private, and the hot tub is a great plus.

Drew's place was exactly what 4 grown couples needed. We each had our own bedroom & bathroom, no sharing which was amazing. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Definitely loved the Pacman machine. Kitchen was lovely. The place was great for us. The hosts were attentive and helpful. Overall, I had a great experience. I would definitely book next year as soon as our festival announces its date. Thank you so much.
