Great house and place to base ourselves to explore Austin. Stayed with our young boys who loved the basketball hoop out the back and yard at front to play. Katy & Rick very friendly and helpful.

The house and the yard was fantastic. It has a large kitchen, and living area . The sofa was so comfortable, nice and had plenty seating. I now want to go buy one just like it. The kids room was great. They had a tent with toys in which my 2 year old niece. The outdoor deck and fenced in yard was my favorite. My little corgi dog was so exited to run around and go stare at the cows and neighbors dog. There is a play scape/funhouse, tree swing , and a zip line. We got to see the cows in the back twice and they are beautiful . Amber left snacks for the kiddos by and keurig coffee supplies and tea. The beds were comfy and had soft quilts instead of thick comforters. Everything was very nice and clean and kid and dog friendly .

This home was the perfect peaceful getaway! It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by nature. The location was great—close to the lake but tucked away enough to feel like a retreat. Check-in was seamless, and the home had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. One of the best parts was all the deer that wandered through the property—it truly felt like a nature escape. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

Mbera was an excellent host! Kind and thoughtful! The house was lovely with friendly neighbors. Very homey and convenient to restaurants and essentials! We will def stay here again!

We had a great time. The location was perfect with a great yard for our dogs. The country atmosphere is just what we were looking for! The house is very comfortable with plenty of room. The bedrooms are a little small. But this is an older home so not surprising. We really loved having a large dining table and china cabinet for Thanksgiving Day. Felt very homey 💕

Kyle’s place was the perfect stay for our family. The house is a young child’s dream and our 1 year old son felt right at home with all of the toys and comfy crib. The location was ideal for traveling to many of the attractions that Austin has to offer. Kyle was extremely responsive whenever we had questions and went out of his way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Bonus points for the couch being very big where 4 people could lay out at night. If traveling with little ones, this is the home for you!

Spent a few days there with family, enjoying some shows and trying out great restaurants. The home was spotless and had a peaceful atmosphere. Would absolutely return. The host was fantastic and very responsive.

Location was fabulous, and the place was reasonably clean and reflective of the photos. The apartment building itself is run down on the outside - weird step ladder chained to the railing, rotted couch in the parking lot, and some residents that like to smoke/talk loudly at weird times at the picnic table below the parking lot. But the inside is decent, the bed was comfortable, and the location is awesome.

We loved our stay! The apartment is just as described/photographed. It was super cute, great spot for a couple. The neighborhood is quiet and tucked away but walkable to many coffee shops and restaurants. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was thoughtfully equipped, and everything was very clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, easily walkable to the square’s restaurants and nightlife.

We had a fantastic stay, with everything we needed. It was also very convenient to get to the South by Southwest venues, only about a 15-minute taxi ride away. There are also many great craft breweries nearby where you can grab a drink and relax, or you can buy food and cook back at the accommodation. It's also very close to Walmart. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay.

A perfect place for a family stay. We enjoyed walks along nearby Shoal Creek and the easy access to downtown. Rachel's place was really peaceful and well appointed. Traveling with our baby, we also really enjoyed having a washer-dryer and a well-appointed kitchen for meals at home. The A/C was also awesome - even in March!

I really enjoyed my stay at Rick’s. It’s a Beautiful property and very quiet. Room was nice and tidy.

We did enjoy our stay in this corner unit very much. There are great views all around. However, it is over a major highway that is incredibly busy, both day and night. We do suggest noise machines for the next guest to minimize traffic sounds at night. Although there is one balcony chair and an odd table, we wished there were 2 chairs. We carried a dining chair outside to enjoy the river view but the balcony is such a fine place to sit and relax, small matching chairs could maximize the limited space. It was an added plus that the balcony overlooks the famous bat bridge and it was fascinating to see the bats emerge in the evenings in search of food. The pool was lovely, people were helpful and friendly, and it was a great value.

Kelsey's condo is cute, comfortable, amazingly well stocked and in a great central location. The beds were super comfortable and we especially appreciated that each bedroom had its own full bath. We enjoyed spending time outside on the balcony and the comfy patio. We had absolutely everything we needed. Thank you Kelsey for a great stay!

This spot was beautiful!! Even down to the valet employees, they were so kind and wonderful! It was an amazing experience right in walking distance from Rainey street and a lot of other shopping and food spots, would 100% stay again

This lovely place is an amazing Austin gem. From the amazing location…steps away from downtown and UT…to the lovely double en-suite bedrooms… and the authentic Austin decor…you will find a home away from home. Jessica’s personal touches are sprinkled throughout the entire home and you feel comfortable the minute you walk in. We loved our stay so much we plan to rebook for our next visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great spot to stay if you’re looking for a somewhere close to downtown. The apartment came exactly as advertised. Jason, the host was extremely helpful and almost immediately responded to any questions. Would highly recommend!

We needed a place close to campus for a long weekend. This condo was perfect. Clean, comfortable beds, enough hot water, quiet. It’s a third floor unit (walk up) on the alley side. No long list of checkout instructions. Very plug and play. We would absolutely stay there again.

Really beautiful and well-maintained space with nice views and plenty of natural light. We were impressed by how clean the apartment was and with the amenities available. The area is walkable and safe. It’s close to the river and downtown. The host was very prompt and friendly in all communications. We would definitely stay here again!
