Billy and Trish were great hosts! The area is perfect if you’re needing to stay close to campus and downtown Austin isn’t far either. There’s a few cute restaurants and breakfast places within walking distance as well if you’re in the need to do some exploring. 10/10 would stay with them again. Thanks guys!

Beautifully renovated home with a nice backyard! We felt right at home. Although we didn’t cook at the home, it was nice to see a fully stocked cabinet with seasonings and oils. Would definitely book this home again!

Our stay was wonderful! Jayson was an exquisite host! A great place to stay! In a very peaceful community on the outskirts of New Braunfels, but close to activities, stores and restaurants. The house was impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need! The yard was huge would be wonderful for families with young children. There was a very nice patio with a grill for outdoor cooking. It would be a great place to stay for a trip to Schlitterbahn. There was even some old school video games, very fun. USB ports located conveniently throughout the whole house. There was no searching for an outlet to charge our devices. It was very nice. The house had all the modern conveniences. It did not lack a thing. We would recommend staying there 100%. Everything was extremely clean and organized. Would definitely like to stay there again!

We chose the King Ranch for a 50th birthday celebration. It was absolutely perfect. Kristen was a thoughtful host and great communicator. We had a party of 10 and everyone had plenty of space. The indoor and outdoor areas are well appointed and very comfortable. The pictures look great on the listing because the place really does look that awesome. We had a chef come in for a birthday dinner and he was in heaven. You’ll want for nothing while you’re there. If you need a place for a crowd that looks and feels like luxury living, this place is for you.

Our daughter got married at the Preserve Canyon Lake, our Air BnB was a great location for our event. We hosted our family and out of town guest and it was perfect!

The house was exactly what we needed. It had Plenty of space for 8 adults. The house was in a quiet neighborhood but close to the main attractions in Gruene/New Braunsfels. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Josh & Amiee’s Airbnb! The space was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The hosts were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome. The location was perfect—close drive to great restaurants, breweries, and wineries. Second time staying at Georgia and Eric’s in Canyon Lake! It was just as peaceful and cozy as the first time! Enjoyed exploring Wimberly and going back to our favorite spots in New Braunfels. The place is clean, quiet, private, and the hot tub is a great plus.

We really enjoyed our stay. Matt's communication was A+. The private gated entrance was great. The patio outside was secluded and really nice. We found everything so nice and clean. The bed was really comfortable. Good location for us also. We plan to stay again the next time we are in town. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stayed here to go to MotoGP races at COTA and it was perfect. Easy to get to all highways and close to downtown as well. Had bars and restaurants that were walkable for us each night. Would definitely recommend.

Marilyn was a responsive and friendly host who went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable throughout our whole trip. Her place was private and clean, but also in a great location near some local bars and restaurants. It fit what my husband and I were truly looking for on vacation.

Very clean apartment with great views. Centrally located and walkable. Natiivo is mostly short-term leases condos building and gets a bit busy. Roof top pool was heated and amazing.

Great stay! The host was very easy to communicate with. They even got me a full length mirror prior to my arrival. Which was much appreciated! Loved the unit and balcony. Had everything needed inside. The rooftop pool was heated and had a beautiful view. Easy access to walk the lake trail. Would recommend and stay again.

Jason’s place was beautiful! The perfect amount of space for 5 girls. The rooftop was particularly great for a sunset. And the location was great for a walk or an easy Uber to anywhere you’d like. Would stay again!

Very luxurious! I really loved the space, felt like a hotel but with the conveniences of a condo. The amenities made it all the more appealing. Easy access, great location, very clean and organized, host communicated everything in great detail so nothing was needed or questioned along the way. I look forward to returning!

We needed a place close to campus for a long weekend. This condo was perfect. Clean, comfortable beds, enough hot water, quiet. It’s a third floor unit (walk up) on the alley side. No long list of checkout instructions. Very plug and play. We would absolutely stay there again.

Our stay was wonderful. The couch was comfortable and great for a nap. The view was amazing but wow watching the traffic outside made you want to stay in or walk. Rainey street was great for drinking but not enough food options. The bed was comfortable and the place was stocked with everything we needed.

Austin's place was awesome!! Exactly as expected. And he had some great recommendations for restaurants and experiences that definitely enhanced our trip. Would stay there again!!
