Great value stay for having dogs. We stayed a couple of days which is fine if you don't have to cook. Shawn was very proactive about fixing a brief power outage that was the utility company's fault.

Tom's place was walking distance to a bunch of different restaurants and was also a short drive away from downtown or Mueller. The apartment was extremely clean, had everything we needed (including coffee!) and was located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. If you prefer to walk, there's a lot of things to do within 30 min walk of the apartment. I highly recommend it.

Excellent location! Walkable to the best SoCo destinations. Dormir and his partners were very responsive and helpful.

Wow! Eric , Georgia & Dakota are so welcoming & a true pleasure to meet. The peaceful location was perfect especially during spring break when the surrounding areas were so busy. There isn’t a single detail that has been overlooked. It is a cozy couples retreat and so comfortable. Dakota is the sweetest, most well behaved shepherd I’ve ever met! I’m not sure who does the cleaning but they deserve a bonus. We loved talking to both Georgia & Eric and look forward to returning. Great recommendations as well. Thanks y’all 🐿️

Rose was a great host! The place was just as nice as was shown with a great deck and view that made it feel like a treehouse. We stayed here as an alternative to the Omni for an event that was there - and getting Ubers to and from the hotel was mixed (sometimes easy, sometimes a bit pricey). But can't say enough about Rose as a host - she was great!

The place was very nice, spacious and just a short drive into the city to do fun activities! Lisa, Andy and George were very fast with their replies and overall very reliable hosts. As this was my first time using Airbnb, I will be sure to stay here again!

Excellent location for our stay in Austin. Close to great parks,food and drink, and the highway. Host was very responsive when we had a few minor issues.

We really enjoyed our stay at Chris's place. The home was spacious, beautiful bathrooms, large porches, plenty of TVs to keep everyone entertained. The property is beautiful. We enjoyed the outdoor entertainment area and seeing the wildlife.

I choose the place because of it's proximity to my son's house and wasn't really focussed on the details when I booked it. I was in for a pleasant surprise. The place is a newly built, well furnished and stocked freestanding home with a large private outdoor area. Bill was super nice and helpful. I will definitely check if their place is available the next time I visit Austin!

Finding this lovely home in our son's older established neighborhood was conveniently located for our recent visit. The backyard was lovely and well maintained. It was a bit too cool to use the cowboy pool but in warmer weather it would be a nice treat.

We enjoyed staying at Bahram’s home. It’s close to downtown. Quiet. Private. Not many extra blankets was a downside. Not as clean as I would prefer, personally. Overall it’s a good stay, convenient location and responsive host.

What a great place! Right near the busy town but feels quiet and peaceful. The sunroom is the best! Molly offered the option to check-in early which worked out really well for us. Her recommendations were great. The location was great. I'd definitely stay here again!

Erika’s place is wonderful! Could not recommend it more. It’s within spitting distance of SoCo, but far enough removed where it’s not noisy whatsoever. It was the perfect place for a visit to my favorite city!

Great 1 bedroom condo that had the amenities of a private home but with the convenience of a condo. The team was extremely responsive and accommodating.

I have stayed in 100s of airbnbs across the globe. Erin’s place is flawless. Close enough to walk to Austin, a BEAUTIFUL riverfront path for jogging or walking, nearby paddle boarding, but also walkable for things like restaurants, UPS, Walgreens etc. It’s a short drive to the Alamo if you’re a movie fan, fifteen minutes from the airport. Five minutes from downtown by uber. Forty minute walk to the bat cave. Plus the place is clean. Cozy. Quiet. The washer and dryer for clothes were so helpful. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen with incredibly sharp knives. Nest thermostat for weather control, ceiling fans if you prefer a breeze. In addition Erin is an absolute sweetheart, available for any possible question and very sweet throughout our entire two week stay. 10/10 Will return.

Stayed here to really take in the Austin scene. Just a heads up most places on Rainey are closed Monday and Tuesday. This place was perfect location wise. We walked all over, even to the University of Texas. Restaurants and hot spots were great and we watched the bats from the rooftop pool. Only thing I wished we had was a grocery store that had more food options. The royal blue was great but we would have preferred steaks to cook. Whole Foods is down the street but you would want to drive or get a scooter to help with the trek back. All in all ,this was perfect for us and we would highly recommend to anyone who asks where is the best place to stay and get the full Austin experience 😊

5 stars!! I couldn’t recommend this location for SXSW more. Hope to stay there again next year! It is perfectly situated but not too close to Rainey St. Great open view and really nice space to relax after a long day of conferencing. Roof top pool & terrace is wonderful. The host was friendly and amazingly responsive. Also super close to a Bikeshare station. Buy the Bikeshare monthly pass for $11, a dollar cheaper than the $12 daily pass, no you are not reading that wrong.

We stayed here for the SXSW conference and we loved it. The location is great and only 15 minutes walk to the SXSW venues, and it felt like home. The price was also reasonable compared to the hotels in this area and we will definitely come back in our next trip :)

We were planning to go to Barton springs and bike around the river. This location was THE BEST for that! It's also close enough to the bars and restaurants which we enjoyed at night. Had the best time :) thank you!!!
