This was absolutely one of the best Air bnb's we have ever stayed at. The location was amazing and right on the river. It was extremely clean and well stocked with all the things you might need. The beds were the most comfortable beds we have slept in at any Air bnb. They were very responsive with any of my questions or concerns. We would definitely stay here again.

This place has one of the best views in Austin. Location is amazing, building amenities are top notch. Front desk check in is quick and easy. Best spot in Austin. The pictures are of the exact unit, not a bait and switch “example unit” like a lot of the DT Austin airbnbs.

This place is a true gem! We enjoyed the river views and access, and the condo was immaculate. More than enough room for our 5 guests. Make sure to bring your own K-Cups, oil for cooking, etc - as it’s newer and not yet stocked from people’s leftovers yet. But 10/10 would love to stay again!

I loved staying here! It’s a fantastic spot for experiencing SXSW or just vacationing in Austin. The location is excellent—very close to downtown and incredibly quick and easy to reach from the airport. The garden view is beautiful, and the place itself is peaceful and perfect for relaxing. Highly recommended!

Absolutely beautiful location and great place to stay. Emily was one of the most communicative and accommodating hosts i’ve ever dealt with on the app. The house is on a great part of the river with plenty of places to swim and fish. I’d give higher than five stars if I could! We hope to come back this summer thanks again :)

We had a fantastic stay at River Retreat while in town for a family wedding. The house was the perfect retreat—fully equipped with board games, kitchen essentials, and bathroom accessories. Everything was spotless, from the impeccable towels to the comfortable beds and cozy comforters. The highlight was the outdoor space and stunning river view, with stairs leading down—perfect for enjoying morning coffee. Our host was incredibly responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would love to come back!

We loved our stay, the home had tons of space and the patio is a great place to relax and unwind.

We had a great stay for the first half of spring break. We were traveling with our friends so had parents, teen/tween boys and 2 younger girls. There was fun for everyone. The weather was perfect so we were able to enjoy fishing in the kayaks, sit on the front porch to relax and play sports in the yard. Our girls loved the loft!

Great 1 bedroom condo that had the amenities of a private home but with the convenience of a condo. The team was extremely responsive and accommodating.

I have stayed in 100s of airbnbs across the globe. Erin’s place is flawless. Close enough to walk to Austin, a BEAUTIFUL riverfront path for jogging or walking, nearby paddle boarding, but also walkable for things like restaurants, UPS, Walgreens etc. It’s a short drive to the Alamo if you’re a movie fan, fifteen minutes from the airport. Five minutes from downtown by uber. Forty minute walk to the bat cave. Plus the place is clean. Cozy. Quiet. The washer and dryer for clothes were so helpful. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen with incredibly sharp knives. Nest thermostat for weather control, ceiling fans if you prefer a breeze. In addition Erin is an absolute sweetheart, available for any possible question and very sweet throughout our entire two week stay. 10/10 Will return.

Stayed here to really take in the Austin scene. Just a heads up most places on Rainey are closed Monday and Tuesday. This place was perfect location wise. We walked all over, even to the University of Texas. Restaurants and hot spots were great and we watched the bats from the rooftop pool. Only thing I wished we had was a grocery store that had more food options. The royal blue was great but we would have preferred steaks to cook. Whole Foods is down the street but you would want to drive or get a scooter to help with the trek back. All in all ,this was perfect for us and we would highly recommend to anyone who asks where is the best place to stay and get the full Austin experience 😊

Great stay, right on Rainey with easy access to restaurants, the water, and getting in and out of town. The condo is as described, well put together, comfortable, and stylish. We will be booking again if we have future trips to Austin!

We stayed at Alex's place for a girlfriend get-away. The view of the river and Austin skyline was amazing. The apartment was very clean, beds were comfortable. We loved the place, the space - very relaxing. The coffee bar attached to the lobby was clutch and we loved that they sold a few snacks. We didn't get to stroll by the river, but the building was a block from the trail. The rooftop pool area was nice.

This spot was beautiful!! Even down to the valet employees, they were so kind and wonderful! It was an amazing experience right in walking distance from Rainey street and a lot of other shopping and food spots, would 100% stay again

we enjoyed our stay in Austin for our anniversary. place allowed us to chill as if we were home while we explored the food scene that was a quick walk our drive near by. comfy couch and bed. clean kitchen. near a bodega to pick up snacks and drinks to take back. Great view. thanks for the stay.
