This was the happiest time of my month-long trip to California👍🏻The room and bathroom were very neat and clean, with everything you need. I appreciated the host's several shampoo and hair products, as well as lotion and gel. Next door is the Museum of Arts and a two-minute walk to the park🌳 and the beach🏖️The view is the best, here you can enjoy the sunshine☀️ The biggest surprise was when I opened the door, a little cutie with big blue eyes showed up👀Donny is a gentle and sweet kitten with a fluffy tail🥰If you hear a slight noise at the door, don’t worry, It's Donny who wants to see what you are doing🎀Open the door and he will come in, if you pet him, he'll show his belly to you💕I was here for two days and my phone is full of photos and videos💛

Marie was a really friendly and welcoming host. The instructions are really clear. The house is located in a gated community and it felt really safe. The room was spotless and comfy. Definitely recommend!

The location was perfect and walking distance to a concert I was attending. You can easily walk to a lot of nearby restaurants or it’s a short drive from an Uber. The beach access was great. Overall I enjoyed my stay, and would stay again!

this place was perfect for weekend for 2. we loved the location and were able to find free street parking (be willing to hunt). it was extremely clean and Leila was so responsive. We highly recommend!

Jessica’s place was amazing! Awesome location walking distance to the Venice Pier, the beach and the Venice canals. Her house was clean and had everything we needed not to mention the most epic master bathroom. Jessica was super communicative and flexible with allowing us to extend our stay. Thank you Jessica for being such a great host!

This place was an absolute gem...even better than the pics! The spot was clean, spacious, and had beautiful ocean views. The kitchen and bathrooms had nice upgrades as well like heated seats in the primary bathroom :) And the location couldn't be better...just a few blocks from both the beach and the cute town of Venice Beach. Santa Monica and Marina del rey are really close as well! My two adult sons and I stayed here and there was more than enough space for us. I would absolutely go back to this spot again.

It was wonderful place to stay for our family for 3 nights. Some privacy for the teenagers with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Good kitchen and also the balcony with a fireplace and view. Too Bad the mornings where foggy We couldn’t enjoy the view perfectly. Also Parking was great and Jackie wonderful and responsive host. And our recommendation is to try Beach Pizza and Uncle Bill’s for Breakfast nearby

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect with the Alamitos Bay and Naples directly in front and a short walk to the beach and to great places to eat and shop. John was a great host who was very kind and helpful. The sunrises are fantastic. The neighbors were very friendly and welcoming as well.

You get what you paid for! Victor and Alta were very accomodating. Besides the little hiccup of checking in, they provide everything as advertised. Alta's place is beautiful and cozy. Besides right in the heart of DTLB, I felt safe and secured. There are multiple security measures to enter. I was able to fit my Nissan Altima in the parking garage (and another car if I had another guest!) The condo has high ceilings and the hosts provided additional treats that I enjoyed. Overall I had a great time in DTLB and Victor and Alta's place made that possible. Highly recommend!

Marina's place was great! Very walkable to the convention center. The building hallways looked a little old at first, but the apartment unit was newly furnished and very clean. The apartment is well furnished for a quick trip and the murphy bed was very comfortable. One thing to note is that the murphy bed folds down partially blocking the entrance door. Was not a big deal for me at all and I had the bed down my whole visit.

Great location, secure building, and a well furnished studio. The complementary water and coffee were much appreciated. Nico was easy to communicate with as well.

Lilith is truly an amazing and caring host who is willing to help in any way she can. This was my second time booking this reservation because it is the perfect stay for a relaxing vacation. I look forward to booking again soon.

Very nice place. I am a beach person and I will most likely stay there again. Condo is really clean. Kitchen is stocked very well and bathrooms are also nice. Nice shower. Cozy and comfortable for a family getaway.

Wonderful place with incredible hosts. Tom and Destiny set everything up perfectly, we're communicative throughout the process and flexible with our needs. We booked their place when we had to evacuate the fires, and they made this whole ordeal much easier to handle. The space and location can't be beat, the unit was spotless and the hosts responded almost immediately to any questions we had. Despite the circumstances, we loved staying, thank you again for helping us and being flexible when we needed it most.

This was our 2nd time staying here. Great location. Clean and comfortable. Note for late sleepers, there are no black out curtains in the master bedroom. Also, the walls are thin so we did hear some of the late night noise from weekend revelers. But that is not surprising for a location so close to all the restaurants/bars. Having a garage is great. We rented a RAV4 and had no trouble fitting it in nose first due to the low ceiling at the back of garage. Would stay again.

We had a very nice stay at Josie's condo. The location is walkable to the beach and local restaurants and shops. The condo was as described and very comfortable and clean. Josie is very responsive to questions and local recommendations were provided.

Expensive, but perhaps the nicest we have ever stayed in, so well worth it. If I was to find any fault with the place, its a structural one: there is an occasional sound of the rush of water coming from the bathroom, likely from the flushing of a toilet in other apartments, perhaps upstairs. Sound is reduced by keeping the bathroom door closed at night, so didn't disturb sleep, even if still audible. Indeed, we slept extremely well, something atypical for us in a new place. We really enjoyed our stay, and appreciated the responsiveness of John to all our queries.

This location worked very well for our family of four. Easy to walk down to the Marina for restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Underground and secure parking was helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was a nice option on hot afternoons. The views were amazing!
