This was our first trip to Japan, and we stayed in Tokyo for two weeks. Sayoko was an amazing host — very friendly, responsive, and full of helpful tips about local restaurants and places to visit. The apartment was in a great location, just a short walk from a lively shopping street with lots of restaurants and shops. It was also close to the metro and a lovely small park. The place itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We’d love to stay at Sayoko’s place again next time we’re in Tokyo. Highly recommended!

The room was cozy, clean as the picture. Easy to check in and check out. There are Lawson near the accommodation so it s very convenient. The most important is the accommodation is near Komagome station which can walk in 5 min or less.

Monica was a wonderful host - always checking in that we were ok and very flexible with check in and out. Great area and the apartment was spotless. We would come again!

这次日本之行非常惊喜的一家住宿！推开门感觉走进了日漫里的房间一样，地理位置很方便，步行去心斋桥十几分钟（在我和朋友都走得很慢的情况下哈哈哈）和最近的地铁站只有300米左右，附近有便利店和2家很大的超市，老板非常热心，下次来大阪的话还要住这家！

Visiting for the second time and probably would come again if I'm ever around Kyoto. Great peaceful neighbourhood with a lot of lovely cafes run by locals for locals, insane value for the price, all amenities present: bathtub, lots of dishes, washing machine etc. Hosts are extremely responsive: helped me purchase an item on Mercari, took an Amazon delivery for us, lent us scales and screwdriver on demand and endured my poor Japanese all the time :) 13/10 would recommend :)

This place was a perfect stay for me and my friends would recommend to anyone who wants to be around shinjuku without the the busy hustle of the city.

Takeshi’s place is truly a 5-star airbnb! Everything he provided in his home was very thoughtful, he provided guides and English translations for everything, also gave restaurant suggestions. Clean place and pretty spacious for Kyoto! Laundry machine was helpful. Location convenient, only 10-15 minute walk from Nishiki Market. Takeshi was a wonderful host, greeted us when we arrived and made sure he was accessible if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again when in Kyoto.

kimura was a very kind and helpful host. gave us cake, bread, milk, strawberries, and oranges. answered all our queries. the place was nice and clean. complete with everything we needed. we really enjoyed our stay. we highly recommend the place and will definitely stay there again.

Enjoyable stay near Akihabara station

房东回应非常及时有效，提供信息清晰明了，房屋设施和描述完全一致。我们有三个人，房东主动帮我们把沙发床准备好，还铺好了床上用品。淋浴器热水非常烫，要小心调整。出地铁站后要路过一个很大的坡，推大件行李要注意

My stay in Kyoto would never be the same if l didn’t stay here. I will surely go back here on my next trip to kyoto. Place and room Clean, accessible, peaceful, good place to walk outside, many restaurants and stores around the area. Peaceful and feels you’re at home. The place is extra secure as you need to codes to unlock both the main door and your room. They even allowed us to leave our luggages after check out and assured us that it’s safe. They also has a free washing machine and coin dryer. Love their hair dryer! U can control both temp and air strength. Host and management Super accommodating, very responsive and polite, this place has the most responsive and helpful host. He even gave us kitkat when we met one morning at the dining area :) thanks again! We discovered a great place to eat .Just 40m from the bnb. It’s called Kyotaro in gmaps and closes at 12am so perfect for late night meal. This AIRBNB is one of the BEST! 11/10 I felt like this is my home in Kyoto ♥️🥹

This place was above and beyond what we were hoping for!! The staff was amazing from our driver who picked us up from the station to Estelle who greeted us and showed us around plus the whole team who were great communicators through Airbnb. The house was so cozy and clean with all the amenities we needed plus the welcome gifts and treats were great. The house was close to the Gondola and we had all the links to purchase everything we needed from lift tickets, rentals, food, shuttle service and train tickets. The town is adorable and fun to walk around and the snow was amazing. We loved the view from our house and had the best time at Nozawaonsen!! We would 100% come back and stay with you guys again :))

We had a nice time at Sakuras Apartment. Metro Station and supermarkets are only about 10 minutes walk. The apartment was really modern and clean, everything we needed was there. I can recommend the apartment!

Great place to stay while in Tokyo. A short walk to the train station and conveniently located with easy access to Shibuya and Shinjuku. The property was spacious and comfortable and had all the amenities listed. We had a comfortable stay here.

近場にはスーパー、コンビニなど必要なものもすぐ買いに行けます。部屋も清潔でとても過ごしやすかったです。 また利用したいです。ありがとうございました。

I like that 7/11 is right in front of the building. Very convenient. 3 mins walk to train station too.

It is a walk from the station, but it has quick access to a supermarket and 7-11

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le logement est propre et très calme. Il est également très bien situé, à environs trois minutes à pieds de la gare, ce qui est agréable lorsque nous voyageons avec de gros sacs à dos. Les zones touristiques sont elles aussi accessibles à pieds. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Vintage hotel across the street from a white sand beach! Not a bad place to land at all when you miss the last Kumano Kodo bus. It was clean and comfortable and affordable with great water pressure and nice hot water and I slept so well. Couldn’t ask for more at this price.
