Cute place . Clean. Somewhat tricky to get inside but we managed just fine. Close to conference and building where the medical symposium that we were attending Was being held.

Dee is an amazing host. The property is comfortable, well stocked and extremely clean. Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend nice view nice patio, gorgeous floor kitchen with a big island 10 foot ceilings makes it feel really big. What is really big for an apartment if you’re going to Houston I would highly recommend it. Thank you so much.

Angela was an amazing host and helped me even though AirBnB system glitched and changed my check-in & check-out dates. Angela was there to help me when the AirBnB support staff refused to help. I was in Houston to visit MD Anderson. The apartment is located close to the Medical Center, an easy walk in good weather. They have a free shuttle that was also very helpful, especially when the weather was worse. Everyone at the Latitude was friendly and responded to my questions and requests. The apartment I stayed in was clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the city. Unfortunately the apartment I originally reserved was unavailable when I arrived due to a water leak. Ed quickly set me up with another, by chance, larger apartment, so I still had accommodations. Ed was easy to reach and communicate with. I was able to have groceries and food delivered to the apartment. The apartment is also accesible if you are using a wheelchair. Ed responded to my questions quicly and helpfully. I would recommend this apartment with out reservation.

Our visit was very comfortable. The unit is very cozy and a perfect stay for a couple. The owner is very sweet and quick to respond to questions. The view to the pool was a plus for us. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked well. The decor makes the unit very cozy. We felt safe and private. Did not experience any noise from neighbors. This will be a favorite for us and will look to book again when we’re back in the area.

If you are going to the MD Anderson Proton Center for treatment, this place is very convenient. It is well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals and live comfortably. Joseph is a great host and very responsive.

This is a nice condo in an average complex that kept me safe during the hurricane. (I lost power for a couple days.) The pool was great.

Very detailed in check in process also home was beautiful. Us ladies loved the flower wall it was gorgeous.

Great spot in Midtown, with parking, gym, EV chargers, etc. Address is not where the dot is on the Airbnb map, just so you know, probably for safety reasons, but it is in Midtown as advertised. Space was quiet, clean, functional, and host was communicative and helpful. Would happily stay here again!

Everything was excellent as far as the room and the customer service from Cheyenne. I would not go to this location again for a business trip just due to the traffic noise and difficultly sleeping through it, but if you are used to city living and the noise does not bother you it would be perfect!

Everything was AMAZING the building had way to many amenities to count and Ali was the BEST host ever. We invited a few friends over and they loved 🥰 it as well. This place was so clean and cozy it was a perfect penthouse getaway for my husband and I. The city 🏙 lights up so beautiful 😍 and the view is amazing I HIGHLY recommend this place. I a very bougie person and this met ALL of my qualifications and more . 🤗

Updated home with everything needed for a relaxing group trip! We enjoyed cooking and listening to their records and record player. Comfy beds and a plus that the *primary* bedroom had a double sink. Thank you!

We asked for a high chair. They actually went and bought one We are so grateful for the thoughtful acts for our stay.

stayed here for our wedding in Houston. the upstairs bathrooms being so large and close together made it super easy for us to have our own space and prepare for our big day. the bed was extra comfortable and the TV had streaming apps available.

Home was beautiful. Plenty of space for 8 guest. Great neighborhood. Will be looking forward to staying again in the future.

I came down for my birthday with a few friends and I would like to say that the house was amazing. It’s a lil fair from down town but I didn’t mind the drive because the house was so great. Thank you for having us!

Cory’s communication before, during and after our stay was wonderful. He was friendly and welcoming. Prior to check in we had all the info we needed to get into the house and access the internet. There were a couple of small things that needed to be taken care of and Cory was on them immediately. Th The house itself was spotless. The beds were very comfortable as was the bedding. There were plenty of towels as well as soap and shampoo (and TP!) No need to bring or buy coffee. Cory provides that as well as 2 coffee makers for guests. The kitchen was well stocked. There is a beautiful dining table and chairs that can accommodate 8. Pull over a couple of kitchen chairs and you can feed the group at one table. In our experience, not common! We didn’t watch movies but we certainly could have. Seems like they have every dvd available! My son had to work while we were there and there is a dedicated office with a great desk. The neighbor hood is quiet and safe. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
