Very comfortable. Apartment was very nicely upgraded in all areas.

Cute place . Clean. Somewhat tricky to get inside but we managed just fine. Close to conference and building where the medical symposium that we were attending Was being held.

Super clean, comfortable, and secure. Lived the security of the parking garage. Super quiet. Great stay while my daughter had surgery at the Texas Medical Center

Zenobia’s place was perfect for our stay. She was very accommodating and communicative. Allowed us to stay an extra day. We love how it was gated and easy to go in and out. The room had a lot of storage room and felt very spacious. Bed was super comfortable. It was only 15 minutes away from the galleria mall, popular food places, and downtown where all the clubs are. Everything was overall clean, our only minor complaint would be we found some hairs on the linen towels and it would be nice if there was a tv in the bedroom. Besides that this place is a 10/10. We will book zenobias place again in the future!!

They went up and beyond for us. Hit in town several hours earlier and they let us get in house. We thank you for everything making our stay terrific.

Very beautiful house inside and out. It was close to the hospital. Very convenient for since my mom was in the hospital. Felt just like home. Cody was very friendly and responsive when needed.

Everything and then some!! We chose this spot because it was close to friends but didn’t realize until we got there it was a 5 minute walk which was perfect. Several food trucks nearby for food plus H-E-B is just down the street. Just outside the city but close enough to everything. One huge plus is there are seasonings and goodies when you arrive so you don’t have to spend a lot of extra cash to cook a simple meal.

Clean and comfortable home in great location. Coffee shop down the street and plenty of cute walkable spots, but quiet and pleasant street. Very communicative host, made everything easy.

The pictures listed inside the Home were Accurate and on Point 🤩. Coming in from Aldine Westfield the area is not so pleasant, although once arrive You will be surprisingly Pleased. Very nice setup not to Big not to Small just right 😉 for a Family getaway. The Patio is Cozy with just the right lighting. A big "Plus" Jose actually answers himself if there are any questions you may have 👍🏽👍🏽. My Family and I will most definitely be repeat Guess 💯.

Property was a bit challenging to find using GPS. Felt VERY SAFE was Garage accessible and the Alarm!!! Was at least 30mins from places we wanted to visit!!! Beds are very comfortable. entire home spotless!! Would definitely recommend a tv in all bedrooms and full size living room furniture couch is very small! Overall we will book again!

My family and I stay in air bnb's frequently in this area to see family. We do travel with littles newborn to teen. This was by far everyones favorite stay. The home had character which my kiddos and I loved. They also had a game table and board games available, this was great for down time. I like to cook while traveling to stay and they had all that was needed. It felt very clean and I was able to relax when we arrived. They were extremely responsive and helpul especially when I requested an early check in, theh did not hesitate to be helpful in any way. This was again my familys favorite stay, we will definitely be booking again for our next visit!

The home was just as pictured and was a perfect fit for our whole group. Very clean, comfortable, and well stocked with anything you could possibly need. We would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed a great stay at Phi's AirBb. Clean, peaceful and in a great location. The place had all the amenities I look for ....had to extend my booking a day and Phi made it easy. 5 Star host, 5 Star place...definitely recommend!!

This was by far the best AB&B that I've ever stayed in. The pictures fail it. So many details and amenities I feel like a traveler stocked it. Easy walk to so much in the area. I was there for a few months and while happy to finally go home, was sad to leave. If you are going to the Kemah area stop reading this and book it!

Wonderful space! Beautifully decorated and had everything you could ever need in it! Checkout instructions were clear and host was responsive to my messages. It really felt so cozy like home! Definitely would come back!

This location is great if you want to soend time at the Vietnam Buddhist Center, as well as the local vietnamese area on Belaire.
