With it’s 20 foot vaulted ceilings throughout the entire unit, it provides a wonderful, open family vacation experience. Newer 55" smart TV in the living room and also one in the bedroom. Enjoy a morning coffee or glass of wine on the balcony with a view. Designated parking spot, laundry facilities , surf boards, body boards as well as stand up paddle boards for your use. Umbrellas, coolers, beach chairs and beach towels.

Fantastic Vacation Condo on the Bay

Spacious, 3 bedroom, 2 bath upstairs bay front condo on Newport Beach's Harbor with a view of the Historical Balboa Pavilion Building and looking directly at Balboa Island. The nautically appointed living room, kitchen and dining area look out through sliding glass doors which allow you to watch the boats sail by. This is a quieter area of the Balboa Peninsula, walk to the Fun Zone, Balboa Pier or rent bikes and cruise the boardwalk. Parking for 2 cars. Come enjoy the Newport Peninsula.

Remodeled, new appliances, wood floors, in unit laundry, 1 car garage, bbq. Seal Beach is a family destination with surf, sun, shopping and entertainment with fun things to do every season of the year. We live in the upper unit with our kids so you may hear some early morning pitter patter. :)

Welcome to San Clemente, the Spanish Village by the Sea! This ocean view property is a 5 min. walk to the pier; beaches and a 10 min. walk to charming downtown. You will find amazing restaurants, wine bars and excellent shopping. Every Sunday, there is a Farmers Market. The first Sunday of every month, features an Arts & Craft fair. All for your enjoyment! Our beaches are famous for surfing, body boarding, paddle boarding, & swimming. The beach trail is excellent for a nice morning run.

Enjoy a bustling coastal experience, centrally-located to Belmont Shore, Long Beach. Imagine long summer days, swimming in the bay, sailing the trusty sabot, biking (now there is a 12 mile bike beach bike path that can't be beat), wandering the canals of Naples in a kayak or whatever flotation device is at hand such as a paddle board. Heaven on earth till the sun does down. Then walk to Second Street for tacos and a margarita. Or, take the kids to the Aquarium or Disneyland.
