Coto De Caza is a beautiful, private community that requires checking in at the gate every time you enter. You may be given a pass for the time you’re there to make entering easier. This provides a lot of great security. The dog friendly community is also very clean with lots of nature and walkable paths. The space itself was as advertised. The only negatives I experienced is that you’re able to hear a lot through the walls which made my dog bark a lot. He would stop with instruction, but with this being a new and unfamiliar place, he was on alert and the easily heard voices and noises didn’t help. Also, a neighbor (or someone) smokes and I was able to smell this whenever they smoked. Other than those two things the place was great! It was very clean, Gary was super friendly and helpful, and best of all; very dog friendly! He was super understanding about my dog barking which I was thankful for. I would definitely recommend Gary’s place to someone looking to stay in the area.

We had an amazing stay, no issues and therefore we didn't have to communicate with Arm and Di much. Check in was easy. I will though say that do not expect to cook all meals at the Airbnb but more as an extra option. We had most meals out and it was a great place for that, we have absolutely no complaints and will consider staying here again for our next visit 🙏🏻

From the beginning of my booking Daniel was very responsive, the property is secure and quiet, the unit was very clean and felt like home away from home. The location is near stadiums if you’re attending an event nearby, stores for personal needs and lots of restaurants nearby and pretty central location as far as traveling throughout SoCal.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The apartment was perfectly appointed, clean and quiet. Even though it rained a few of the days it was walkable to everything I needed during my stay. I would highly recommend this apartment.

my family and I had such a pleasant time at the resort. the front desk and workers were very friendly and considerate. really enjoyed the amenities and multiple pool locations. Will definitely reach out again!!

The place was excellent! Georgetta was an amazing host. This place worked out well for my family. It was neat, clean and was in a central location with lots of amenities. I highly recommend staying here. If we're ever in the L.A. area we will definitely stay here again. Thanks Georgetta for the hospitality!!!

This place has an amazing value for the price! We could see the ocean from the villa, and the amenities at the resort were great. The villa itself was very spacious. I would stay here again.
