Ibaraki : locations de vacances qui acceptent les fumeurs

Adoramos a estadia na casa do hiroshi! Casa muito bem limpa, grande, organizada e bem servida, estação Kameari bem perto e muitos super mercados à porta! Além de tudo, Hiroshi responde muito rápido às dúvidas! Pra quem tem JR Pass pra se deslocar, tenha em mente que vais precisar trocar algumas estações para poder chegar la porque não há nenhuma linha direta do centro para Kameari (operada pela JR). Em geral íamos do centro pra nippori - nippori para kita-senju - kita-senju para Kameari. Então se organizem com antecedência!

ที่พักตรงปก สะอาด ไม่ใหญ่ไม่เล็กเกินไปสำหรับ 6 คน เจ้าของบ้านใส่ใจกับลูกบ้านดีมาก เป็นกันเอง ตอบกลับอย่างรวดเร็ว เช็คอินง่าย ที่พักอยู่ไม่ไกลจากสถานีรถไฟ เดินทางสะดวก ผู้คนไม่พลุกพล่าน อยู่ใกล้กับร้านสะดวกซื้อ และมีร้านอาหารมากมาย แถมรสชาติดี โดยรวมถือว่าดี 👍🏻

we had an amazing experience in Jay's property,I travelled with my children and Jay allowed me early check in at 9 AM which was so helpful for us.. Jay is a very kind and helpful person and he answers to every query spontaneouslyand tries to solve each and every problem and is very proactive and he also purchased 5 umbrellas and a frying pan for all of us as it was raining heavily in tokyo on our arrival day.. Location of the property is very near to the station about 5 minutes walking from the property and it has got 2 big supermarkets near by only 2 minutes walking, one of the supermarkets is open upto 1:30 AM so we could purchase all the necessary things when we came back from our trip.. 7/11 ,Family mart and many more restaurents were also very close to the house so it is always very convinient. House was super clean and kitchen had all the required utensils ,washroom was also very clean,rooms are spacious with lovely decor.. overall I would highly recommend Jay's Property!!!

This trip was very special because it was my first anniversary with my boyfriend! Asama-san took very good care of us during our stay. The first night I was able to book a massage with her (thankfully she was free!) and she took us to a nearby onsen with her husband, Hiro-san. She even prepared breakfast of onigiri and tea on our final day. What a delight it was to have her as our host, I already miss our fun conversations! Definitely book here if you want a peaceful rest away from the busy city crowds. It's a bit of a walk to the train station, but the bus stop is very near to her place. Hoping to see Asama-san again when we return to Tokyo!

便利なロケーションで、快適に利用させていただきましま。

Sacchi's place was very spacious to accommodate our family (17pax). It was clean and easily accessible via tram and train. We enjoyed how homey the place/area was. Our view from the kitchen/dining area was AWESOME because of the cherry blossom tree right across the house, which was a huge bonus 😅 Overall, we had a great vacation thanks to our great host Sacchi, who was always responsive to our inquiries. I would definitely recommend this place to big groups traveling to Tokyo.

とにかく対応が早くありがたかったです。 わからないことも丁寧に説明してくれました。 チェックインも都合が付けば朝から許可してくれて、荷物を置くことができました。夜荷物の整理をすることなくすぐにくつろぐことができました。 とても清潔で気持ちよく過ごすことができました。

とても綺麗なお部屋でした。 掃除も行き届いており、地下にカラオケルームがあるのも良かったです。 立地も川の目の前で海も近く、自然豊かでしたが、徒歩圏内にコンビニがあり、快適に過ごすことができました。

We had a fantastic stay here. If you want lots of rooms for a very reasonable price then this is for you. We were a family of 5, so having 6 bedrooms to choose from was ideal. The house was very tidy, but just be aware that there are steep steps inside the house to get to each floor, but this wasn't an issue for us. Maybe if you have very small children it might be. We really enjoyed the location. It is a very quiet suburban area. It is only a 1 min walk to catch the No.34 bus (stop is outside some kind of dog cafe) which takes you on a 20-minute ride to Tabata subway station from where you can jump on the Yamanote Line and travel to places like Tokyo Station, Shinjuku, Harajuku and Shibuya. There is a nice little restaurant called ふくろう（福来郎) which is also only a 1-min walk (across the road from the bus stop). The food is really nice, reasonably priced, and the owner is very friendly. We will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Tokyo.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The place is incredibly spacious and well laid out, offering plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, making it feel welcoming and fresh. The host was extremely helpful and responsible, always quick to respond and attentive to any questions we had. Their clear communication and thoughtfulness made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a large, clean, and comfortable place with a fantastic host. Would definitely stay here again!

The place is surrounded by mini markets like aeon they sells food and lots of variety in cheaper price also its is 1-2 mins walking distance.. Its a great place to stay for family or large group.. You can find lots of restaurants near the train station..

was close to the train station, so easy to get around tokyo. host was super responsive with all communication and super helpful if we had any questions.
