We had a great 3 night stay here. The house is clean and well equipped. Walkable distance to all local attractions. Comfortable beds and bedding.

房東非常熱情, 還送我們BBQ和牛食材, 特別有驚喜！溫泉也很舒服, 隨時都可以泡, 剛好消除一整天旅行帶來的疲勞, 房子乾淨整齊, 超級寬敞, 房東還介紹很多好吃的食店和附近24小時開的超級市場, 生活也很方便, 下次還會再來！值得一提的是退房時間也非常彈性！下午三點或四點都可以, 完全可以睡一個懶教才起床, 泡個溫泉再慢慢收拾東西, 然後才退房, 時間非常充裕！

séjour très agréable. emplacement idéal proche des commerces, du métro, de la gare. le logement très propre, lumineux, les lits confortables, la salle de bains grande, l endroit est calme bien que proche du centre ville. c est la deuxième fois que nous venons et nous reviendrons. à recommander fortement.

娘の誕生祝い（一歳）にきた両親と共に宿泊しました。 オムツ用ゴミボックスなど、小さい子供にも優しい備品があり、快適に過ごすことができました。 家具や食器なども一通り揃っているので、 自宅で家族を迎えるようなくつろぎを持って過ごすことができました。

숙소가 넓고 좋았습니다. 7인 가족여행 왔는데 다들 너무 만족했습니다.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Yoshihiro was excellent with communication and very helpful. We received a lovely welcome note and basket of treats. The apartment is spacious with two tables to sit at and a kotatsu which my adult children loved. The kitchen has everything you need although we ate out as there are many restaurants to choose from. There is a nice Nepalese / Indian restaurant close by. There are stairs up to the property and inside, which everywhere in Japan tend to be steeper than the UK. The apartment was clean and tidy and had different towels available, the bedding, (December) was very cosy. The area around is modern with excellent pavements and there are several rail stations close by, JR Shin-Osaka is around a 15 minute walk and we used another closer station about 5 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again if we came to the Osaka area.

【キッチン・周辺環境】 キッチンは必要最低限だが、IHで鍋・フライパン、塩程度の調味料はある。外食でもたくさんの居酒屋があるが、近くの酒蔵で試飲しながら徒歩3分の肉屋さんで飛騨牛（2000円/100g）を買って塩のみで食べるだけで最高を超えた至高です。車で5分ほどのところにスーパーもあるので、富山湾のホタルイカや惣菜も買えます。 【水回り】 トイレは2つあり十分です。 独立したシャワーがあり、サウナを楽しんでいる間にも他の人が使えることが良かったです。 【サウナ】 メーカーは業界大手のMetosさんで、100℃まで設定でき、セルフロウリュウまでできます。 出てすぐの木のお風呂を水風呂にし、露天のバスタブにお湯を張りました。露天スペースには整う用のチェアもあり、雪に降られながら火照った体を落ち着かせることができました。 【寝具】 ベットは清潔で、マットレスも厚く、掛け布団はふかふかです。 2階からは路地や水路が見え、平日だったので朝は登校する元気な子どもたちの声で元気がもらえました。 【チェックイン・アウト】 お迎えをしてくださり、わかりやすかったです。 使い方も丁寧でかつ端的に教えてくださいました。 【ドリンク】 冷蔵庫に無料のドリンクがあります。 また、サウナ前の洗面スペース、ベット脇などにペットボトルの水があり、おもてなしを強く感じました。 【薪ストーブ】 個人的に薪ストーブが大好きなので、火を焚きました。 ものすごく部屋の気温が上がるというわけではないですが、2階の方が暖かいと思います。 消灯の2時間前に最後の薪をくべるとちょうど燃え尽きると思います。

人数変更や宿泊施設への質問にもすぐに回答くださり、大変助かりました。 また、部屋がとても広く快適に過ごすことができました。

It's a a very peaceful and sweet place which provides us a perfect home for friends to enjoy. The host offers pick up services every day even during the New year holidays. I give my strong recommendation to who would like to have a great time with friends and family

Accommodations were great. The place was very spacious and the extra shower was really nice. It was also clean and well maintained.

房東十分之幫忙，我們帶兩隻小狗入住，一直未能跟成田檢疫處聯繫，房東會幫忙致電預約出境手續，有一天半夜花灑頭損壞了，房東馬上在15分鐘內趕到，給我一個花灑頭更換，感激遇到好房東，謝謝照顧了我們九天，期待下一次見面

It was such a beautiful place away from the crowd.. Very peaceful and the place is sooooo comfortable and it will make you wanna stay.. The best place we stayed in Japan so far.. and rhe catss❤️❤️❤️❤️

親族一同で滞在させていただきました。備品が充実しており、大人から幼児まで皆が楽しむことができました。

lovely host and place. very warm host who shared foreweather and asked on well beings. due to airbnb location, always passed by sensoji temple going to train station. took many pictures of sensoji temple on various occasions - in few nights, in snow storm (strange weather in march), in day during golden dragon festival. going nikko is a breeze too. will stay in next trip if ever.

친절한 호스트님의 대응에 편안히 여행준비를 할 수 있었습니다.숙소 느낌은 사진보다 아늑했습니다. 실제 조용하고 2층 침구가 매우 편해서 꿀잠을 잤습니다.저녁에 도착해서 뷰를 못봤었는데 아침에 일어나서 깜짝 놀랐습니다. 멋져서! 숙소위치가 중부여서 원활한 이동을 할 수 있었습니다. 아쉬운점이 있다면 저희가 미리 요청을 안해서인지 타올을 하루분만 챙겨주셨던데 저희가 이틀 묵었거든요. 전반적으로 저희일행은 행복한 숙소였다고 말했습니다. 멋진집입니다.다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

推荐给有小孩的家庭。女兒很愛戶外打千秋及吹泡泡，房子位置便利，附近有超市及麵包店十分方便，房東十分友善，有問題都很快回應。

家は清潔で大変広く3日間大変楽しませて頂きました。ダイニング、居間は床暖房もあり、冬は寒い印象の古民家も暖房をつければ快適に過ごせました。個人的には離れのサウナ、Apple TV付きのジムは最高でした。結果的にそこで1番時間を過ごしたかもです　笑　また時期をズラして遊びに行きたいと思います。

갖추고 있는 모든 것이 완벽했습니다. 깨끗한 풀장과 체온 유지 시켜줄 자코지, 편안하고 안락한 침실, 주방 시설 까지 모든 것이 좋았습니다. 여행하며 쉬는 2박 동안 친구들 가족과 숙소에서 잊을 수 없는 추억까지 만들고 나왔습니다. 다른 분께도 적극 추천합니다.

We had a great stay. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Felt like a home away from home. Chikako is a fantastic host. She met us at check in and also came early in the morning at checkout so we could use the internal lift to transport our luggage. She also had helpful local recommendations. The izakaya restaurant just across the street is fantastic, we went back there a 2nd time as the food was so good! Would highly recommend Chikako’s accomodation!

ロケーション、設備、ホストのカズさん、全てが素晴らしかったです。アイデアに溢れた施設で、施設にあるものは全部使って良いとの事で、色んな遊びをしたり、キッチン関係も充実していて、みんなでクッキングしたり。天候があまり良くなかったのですが、それが逆に良く、天気が良かったらあっち行こうこっち行こうって観光に出て忙しくなってたと思いますが、ゆっくりくつろいだり、遊んだり、ワイワイご飯食べたり、このおうち時間を満喫しました。私の両親と子供達の3世代合計9名で宿泊しましたが、みんなそれぞれが楽しむ事ができて、本当に楽しかったです。色々充実し過ぎて遊び足りなかったです。 ホストのカズさんもホスピタリティに溢れる素敵な人でした。話も面白かったです。 ロケーションは周りに何もなく景色はダイナミックで雨でも最高でした。また泊まりたいと思ってます！ 素敵な時間を過ごしました。ありがとうございます。

Don’t be put off by the rules- be respectful and this is a great stay. Nice and quiet and close to many food places and stations. The host is very helpful and responsive and even offered to make a restaurant reservation for us. We loved our stay!
