Je suis contente de mon choix : très bon quartier calme et pittoresque à proximité d'une gare accessible en peu de temps depuis Shinjuku. Logement hyper propre et gentillesse attentive de Tomomasa. Merci Tom.

位置很好，离井尻站不远，安静的住宅区，但是也因如此附近餐厅不多，不过便利店很近也没有太大问题。房间本身也是干净整洁，房东也沟通顺畅。

駅から近く駐車スペースもあり、とても利便性が高かった。 室内は非常に綺麗でベッドやロフトで４名分の寝泊まりスペースは十分でした。

Tomomasa’s place was perfect for our few days in Tokyo. Koenji station is so close and you can get there in a just a few minutes! The area is beautiful, peaceful and quiet. There are a lot of restaurants and thrift shops in Koenji too! Would definitely stay again. :)

Great location to stay, walkable distance from train station and also have a shopping centre called lalaport nearby! For the room, its very clean and neat and had a very comfortable stay, thank you!

Cozy, central, and convenient. The loft gets a little stuffy but the host provides a fan that is more than capable of circulating air nicely. Amenities work like a charm. Kitchen is a little small but with all of the great food options in the neighborhood it should not be a problem. Check in and checkout were smooth and it was a great stay. Thank you!!

ホストのMotokoさんはとても親切ですぐに対応してくださいました。そしてお部屋は綺麗で、アメニティーはたくさんあり、困る事はありませんでした。大きな駅にも近く、便利な立地にあります。

とても清潔で過ごしやすく快適でした。 ロフトの梯子が滑りやすく少し怖かったですが、また利用したいと思うホテルでした。

I have always loved this neighborhood as I lived there years ago - so am grateful Reina offers such a cozy place in this area. Communication with her was quick, easy and super accommodating when I needed to extend my stay. The unit itself is really spacious (for Tokyo esp) and clean - thank you for a perfect place to stay in Shibuya :)

Great place to stay, very friendly and accommodating host.

I stayed at this airbnb for 6weeks, of which one week with my sister. I really love this airbnb, especially for longer stays. It is in a calm and nice area and is very peaceful. However, with a 10minute walk you are at the Hatsudai metro station to get everywhere. There are also busses you can take, even closer, to the apartment that will take you to Shinjuku or Shibuya. For short stays, you'll probably won't focus too much on the local area, but for longer stays you will discover that Hatsudai itself also has a lot to offer. The apartment's size is okay, especially by Tokyo standards, expect everything to be "Tokio-Sized". That being said, I am about 6ft6 and it was plenty comfortable for me. Being there with my sister was still plenty comfortable with some organization. Being there with more than 2 people, I am sure is doable, but will get more cramped. The host was also very communicative and helpful. I recommend this Airbnb!

Amazing location, the more days we stayed the more we loved it.

坐落于国际通平和商店街内，购物、饮食触手可得。最要感谢美丽温柔的林小姐，在我们到得比较晚的情况下仍然耐心等待，为我们仔细介绍了附近设施。房间很整洁干净，床品淡淡的香气让我睡得很安心。Guest House面向女性，安全系数Max。如果以后还有机会去那霸，这家guest house是女生的不二之选。

À mon arrivée j'ai été accueillie par Ai et Audrey, qui ont été d'une extrême gentillesse tout le long de mon séjour, même s'il n'était que de 4 jours. Pour les personnes, comme moi qui préfère les visites autre que faire du shopping et un peu plus éloigné de la ville, les transports en commun sont très pratiques et faciles d'accès. L'OEH organise parfois des rencontres entre les locataires, à laquelle je n'ai pas pu assister vu mon cours séjour, mais qui me paraissait intéressante. De plus Hirakata est très bien situé pour des visites à Nara, Osaka ou Kyoto

今回で2回目の利用です ⚫︎立地が良い（街の中心）ので食事・買物やバス・フェリーのターミナルも徒歩5分圏内なのでとても便利です ⚫︎ホストは呑み食いが好きな方で、オススメしてくれたランチ・ティナの店がとても美味しかったです ⚫︎唯一の弱点は5階エスカレーター無しでしょうか。昇りの階段が少し大変ですが、（食べすぎ後の）運動だと思うと私のような50代のおじさんでもクリアーできました。若い方なら全く問題無しです。階段からの見晴らしもいいですよ。

Great location for both Narita airport and Chiba. The place was very well suited for my 2 month stay. I would also recommend Kitchen Monma and Saffron Indian restaurant for their delicious food and very friendly staff!

My stay was phenomenal, well worth the money! My hosts helped me find a spot to go diving, which was amazing because most of the trips I had booked had to cancel because of weather! Great location, less than five minutes from the walkable mall! So much to do, I had a great time, but when I needed my space it was there, ready, and very clean! Thank you!

今回はダイビングではなく陸活‼︎ 与那国島へ飛行機で日帰り散歩⁈して 夜は石垣島の繁華街で飲む‼︎という楽しい時間を過ごせました。 立地がとっても良く何をするにも便利で元旦は桃林寺と言うところに初詣も歩いて行けて、とても楽しい陸活(散歩)ができました。 元旦に石垣島に停泊してたアドラマジックシティと言う大型客船が宿のベランダから見えて感動しました。 いつもの如く快適で便利な空間で石垣島を楽しめました。
