Beautiful surroundings! We do a yearly family trip and this place was perfect for the kids. they loved the hot tub, pool, ping pong, the hammocks making smores. there was plenty for everyone to enjoy. definitely recommend and will be returning for sure!

This place was fantastic for our weekend trip. Michael’s place was extremely clean, looked exactly like the pictures and made us feel right at home. The location was perfect and had views that I couldn’t believe. I will definitely be back again!

My girlfriends and I stayed here for my birthday and we all had a wonderful relaxing time! The pool was perfect and the hot tub heated up very fast every time we wanted to use it, all of us loved this place and made our selves at home there!

We absolutely loved this place! The decor, the amenities, the Sonos set up, coffee recs, all of it was great. My friend half-jokingly asked “can we buy this home?” multiple times. You can easily never leave the property and have a phenomenal time, but I would definitely recommend to explore anyways! 10/10 on this place!

The holiday house is the perfect remote getaway. You'll find everything you need to make an amazing meal in the kitchen. You can get lost in the beautiful art all around the gardens and inside the house. The 360° views of the landscape are absolutely breathtaking and the night sky is otherworldly. This is by far my favorite stay out in the high desert.

Came with friends for a spring break trip for a couple of days and had a blast. The house is so cute and cozy. The hot tub was a hit for us! Awesome place to stay!

We had a great stay at Kate's place! It was perfectly spacious and comfortable enough for four women and had all the amenities you would need and then some. The property itself is beautiful and has great proximity to the park and restaurants. Kate was very responsive and quick to provide answers and solutions to any questions we had. Highly recommend this place as a cozy home base for exploring Joshua Tree!

Aline’s home in 29 Palms is simply the perfect getaway. Just minutes from either entrance to Joshua Tree, the home is wonderfully warm, very well equipped, and just what we hoped it would be! Wish we could’ve stayed for longer! Loved it there!!!

What a peaceful setting, looking out over the valley and the mountains. The house was simply amazing. Wish the house was for sale would buy it immediately. Ryan and Andrew were responsive and great hosts. We will go back there repeatedly when we visit Yucca Valley.

Amazing use of space, especially the backyard landscape design. Comfy beds everywhere—even hidden in the boulders. Perfect rocks to boulder on. And, top off the day with a cold one playing pool in the fun barn. Definitely more magnificent in 3D than in photos.

Lee’s place is the perfect location for a family visiting the Joshua Tree National Park. It’s private, clean, and close to a number of restaurant and cafe options. We had a great time at the property!

Wir waren 6 Tage bei Ryan und haben uns super wohl gefühlt! Das Haus ist richtig schön und hell eingerichtet. Es gab alles was man braucht und das Grundstück ist traumhaft schön. Morgens haben wir Hasen und Streifenhörnchen im Garten beobachtet. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell im Joshua Tree Nationalpark oder auch in Palm Springs.

Terra Nova is the most thoughtful Airbnb experience we’ve had. Every room had its own touch of tranquility and utility. The kitchen is fully stocked with all supplies you need to enjoy meals indoors or under the western sky. The bedrooms invite you to relax and find restoration on the luxurious beds with stunning views. We spent the week soaking in the stunning surroundings, from the sunrises, the gorgeous landscaping to the star-studded sky. We were given the gift of awe and wonder. This home was curated with immense intentionality and anyone looking to disconnect, restore and soak in the wonders of the desert— this is the place to be. Brian and Lindsay are wonderfully supportive and thoughtful. We hope the stars align for us to take in the desert air at Terra Nova again.

First time in the desert and it was perfect! The house was beautiful and the location was great! It truly felt safe and homey. Hot tub was amazing with the sunset view and stargazing as well. Having spent time in the Joshua Tree area I think you’d be hard pressed to find a better place to stay. The house sits atop a hill that offers a clear view—from the snow capped mountains to the west to the vast basin and distant mountains to the east. The view is absolutely magnificent. And being on 20 acres you have complete solitude. The light changes all day long and with so many windows and sliding doors you are treated to the view even from inside. Outside there are numerous places to sit on all sides, each offering a different vantage point. The house is very spacious and comfortable. New appliances were great. Also loved the outdoor shower, the hot tub, and the outdoor bed in the yard for star gazing. Lots of wildlife and birds. We saw plenty of coyotes so if you bring a dog best not to let him fun free. Tons of dirt trails to hike all around the area. Though the house feels isolated it’s only 10 minutes to stores and restaurants. I can’t imagine a nicer rental!!

What an amazing place to stay while in Yucca Valley. The place was just as described. Loved the decor and all the little things that gave it something just a little extra… books on Joshua tree, record player, remote control blinds, interesting artwork and crystals. Felt very peaceful. The grounds are beautiful and loved relaxing in the hammocks and hot tub to star gaze at night. Location was great to explore Joshua Tree nearby and pioneer town. Only downside is the house sits next to a fairly busy road. I’m a light sleeper so in the morning I could hear cars. It was not a big deal. I would definitely stay here again!

Great stargazing- nice furniture- great decor and soft lighting. Nice soundbar to listen to music.

We had an unforgettable trip staying here! We enjoyed just relaxing on the property, watching the sunset from the patio, and stargazing from the hot tub. The host was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the privacy of the back house and the main house at bed time. Only 25-30 minutes from the entrance to the national park so it was very convenient for site seeing. It was a beautiful, blissful experience and we can’t wait to come back!

We love staying at Lazy Sunday and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful stay in the high desert. Easy to get to both Yucca Valley and Joshua Tree. Incredible view of the starry sky at night. Host is always responsive. Looking forward to our next visit!

What a wonderful home! The pictures do not do it justice. Private, but a quick drive into town for groceries, restaurants, etc. Absolutely loved the place and was a perfect getaway for a few days. Allison was great, and the home was comfy and inviting! And the backyard is amazing, with a wonderful view!

What a beautiful, secluded property! The house itself was stunning and well appointed. Really bright and beautifully designed. The HUGE lot was perfect for kids to run around, explore and kick a ball around if they didn't want to use the pool. Would definitely recommend this place for your next visit to Joshua Tree.
