距离长谷站不算远，推行李箱也能接受的距离。 距离最近的海滩也很近，距离便利店也不远。 房间很大，客厅很大 主卧床很舒服，双人床的卧室，床有些软 客厅的沙发床和榻榻米也可以睡人 总得来说，推荐人多一点来住这里体验会不错，有两个卫生间 餐具也很多，虽然都没用到

窓から電車や車がよく見えて子らが大満足でした。また子らが2段ベッドを気に入って寝室でも楽しく過ごせました。また歯ブラシや洗剤があるのもありがたかったです。電車が近い分、やや音は気になるのと、目の前の道路が渋滞の抜け道になっており、細い割に夜まで車の行き交う音はしました。寒かったため暖房はしっかりつけさせていまだきました。総合的には立地が素晴らしく大満足でした。ありがとうございました。

子の卒園旅行として複数の家族で利用させていただきました。予約前の人数の相談に快く引き受けてくださり、当日の急なアクシデントにも、迅速かつご丁寧に対応してくださいました。大変助かりました。広くて素敵なおうちで、皆とっても気に入りました。部屋数が多く和室もあったため、子供たちはみんなで寝ることができました。 子もママたちも素敵な思い出となりました。 ありがとうございました。

What a lovely and thoughtful host, beautiful home, comfortable beds, hot shower with good water pressure, many amenities like hair straightener, extra towels, hair dryer, toaster oven. not to mention host has stocked the freezer with icecream and thoughtfully delivered us a snack pack 😋 🥰 check in was a little time consuming becuse it's on an ipad and I couldn't get the lighting right for taking passport photos, but I got it after a while and then it was easy. it is a fantastic sized house and very well kept, presented and comfortable. walkable distance to transport and there's even a cute orange cat that comes to say hi in the street 🤩

とてもオシャレな一軒家でした。 基本的に間接照明なので夜は暗いかなと思いましたが壁がガラスの為、夜も暗くなりすぎず良かったです。 当日は生憎の雨でしたがオシャレなお部屋のおかげで皆で楽しく過ごせました！ ありがとうございました！

Le quartier est super sympa, mais aussi super touristique. Mais après 17 h (fermeture des temples), on peut vraiment profiter de la sérénité du lieu et les restaurants ne sont pas pris d'assaut le soir.

富士山が綺麗でした。

写真のとおり広々としたお部屋で、とても快適に過ごせました。近くの飲食店の情報も教えていただき、活用させていただきました。漁港が近く、新鮮な海鮮を使った和食を楽しめたほか、おしゃれなカフェもあり、和洋どちらの味も満喫できました。さらに、天神島を散策したり、綺麗な海を眺めたり、ゆったりとした週末を過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。

I booked this place for my husband and his friends. The host was very friendly and considerate!

The Iori Guesthouse is a great off the beaten path spot to stay in Kamakura. Away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy spots of the city, it is still very walkable to get to many of the cool spots of Kamakura. The owner was kind enough to let my friends and I check in early since we were arriving early with some heavy luggage. Getting into the AirBnB was a breeze and the space was very thoughtfully laid out and had all the amenities one would expect from a hotel. Since we had kids with us we grabbed dinner to go and brought it back to the house - there was plenty of kitchen tools to make it just like eating at home. Overall as a family of four we found this spot incredibly easy to stay, especially when using a car.

とても綺麗に掃除されていて、キッチンやお風呂のアメニティなどの小物もすごく充実していたので、とても快適に過ごせました。 雨でも可能なBBQスペースは使い勝手もよく、備長炭や網、他にも必要なものは大体揃っていました。 部屋数も多く、子供たちも大喜びでよい思い出になりました。 また、必ず利用させていただこうと思います。ありがとうございました！

家族と愛犬で3泊利用させていただきました。 駅から近く周りに長谷寺等の観光地や美味しい飲食店、海も近いです。 部屋やお風呂、キッチンも綺麗で新しく気持ちよく過ごせます。 車で来て連泊される場合の駐車場は施設目の前の駐車場は最大料金なく駐車期限2日間までなので、事前に1日単位で借りられる場所を探したほうがいいです。 総合的にとても良かったので、家族でまた利用させていただきます。

湘南へ遊びに来た友人たちと利用させて頂きました。いろいろスケジュールが変わってしまいましたが、こちら都合にも関わらず融通をきかせていただき大変助かりました…！ お部屋も清潔感たっぷりで、内装も「ザ・海沿いの家」という感じ。 「掲載情報の正しさ」を4にさせて頂いたのは、写真よりも広く感じるから。ちょっと狭いかなぁと心配でしたが、写真より広く、天井も高いので開放感があります。 ぜひまた利用させていただきます！

We had the pleasure of staying at amazingly beautiful homestay in Ninomiya. The location was just perfect - 10 mins walk to serene and calm beach. Had a delightful breathtaking sunrise view, which made it a prefect destination 👍 Thanks Yuko for providing excellent amenities, which gave us truly home like experience 😊 The rooms were spacious, well- maintained with modern and antique decor thoughtfully curated to enhance the experience. Overall it was the perfect gateway with soothing ambience and excellent amenities! I highly recommend and will certainly look forward to visit again with family 👍 Thanks, Ashish

ホストの方のとても親切な対応のおかげで快適な時間を過ごすことができました。BBQの用意や寝具の用意も全てやってくださり、くつろぐことができました。また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

a good place to stay! great communication and free parking if you drive. It’s small, cute and quaint. Has a big yard for dogs I believe. I would recommend for anyone staying around the Odawara area

コロナ以降久々の家族での旅行の宿泊に選ばせていただきましたが、部屋からは海が見えて、お部屋も設備も清潔でした。 案内してくれた方も親切におすすめのお店や温泉を教えてくれました（おすすめしてくれたパン屋さんとても美味しかったです！） 家族皆んなで寛げて海までも散歩がてらに行ける距離なのでホントにおすすめの宿です。 また遊びに来たいです🎵

3族で利用させていただきました。 子連れだと買い出しも一苦労ですが、 目の前にコンビニがあり本当に最高でした。海も近く、江ノ島も徒歩で行くことができ、良い思い出です。 お宿の設備は予想以上に素晴らしく、ジャグジーやサウナも堪能させていただきました。ぜひまたリピートしたいです！
