ロケーションと施設の清潔さ、オーナーさんの連絡スピードすべてにおいて完璧でした。

地理位置不错，一出来有便利店有超市还有很多吃的店，离地铁站走路5分钟左右。浴室比想象中窄。我们同行的人有第二天一早5点赶飞机✈️的，所以临时在一楼会客室铺了榻榻米睡觉，提前和房东说了下也很好的同意了。第一天入住也同意提前放置行李。 房东人很好，还送了小礼物，お菓子は美味しいね～

As parents of young children, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Hiroyuki's home was just minutes away from the main Haneda airport train line, and less than 5-minute walk to groceries, takeout restaurants, and stores where we could buy baby products like diapers. (It was also a quiet neighborhood, somehow!) We especially appreciated the children's toys, two types of high chair, and helpful communication from our host when one of our luggage bags was damaged by the airline on our way to Japan.

很合適家庭的地點，非常推薦。 我的同行旅伴中有孕婦和小朋友，也非常舒適及方便，暖氣調節充足。 建議行動不便者可住地下的房間，出入無阻礙。 過程中，每隔三天，可向屋主要求全屋清潔服務，非常驚喜。 我們有要棄掉的行李箱，及延後退房，均可付費及可用airbnb內的chatroom溝通去處理，便能處理。 位置很近京急蒲田車站，步行不需10分鐘 車站內及連接的商場，有食肆，7-11，超級市場，半夜想買日用品或食東西也不愁。 屋主人很好，我有次忘了時間，半夜留言他也回覆，並盡力幫忙解決問題。

楽しめることが沢山あり、自然の中で様々な体験ができて大満足でした。 ホストの方が優しく、丁寧に薪割りなどを教えてくださるので初めてでも楽しめました。チェックアウト時に雪が降っていましたが、バス停まで傘を貸して下さいました。本当にありがとうございました。

It has been a great experience visiting yugawara. We had great time staying in this lovely house. It is near to Lawson, taxi stand, bus stop, and sightseeing area, which is very convenient for elderly . Very peaceful town to visit. The house has everything we needed. We definitely would like to come back to stay at this place and enjoy nature in yugawara again.

ホストの方のとても親切な対応のおかげで快適な時間を過ごすことができました。BBQの用意や寝具の用意も全てやってくださり、くつろぐことができました。また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

部屋が広く凄く滞在してて楽しかったです

Parfait ! à deux pas de la stations de métro, quartier calme proche de commerces ouvert toutes la nuit et la literie était très bonne ! Comme toujours au Japon c'était très propre et le propriétaire est très sympa on recommande merci !

Great place to stay when visiting Tokyo! Lovely clean and tidy apartment. In the area of Shimomaraku which is a really nice area with lots of restaurants and a 5 minute walk to station with easy access to central Tokyo 30 minutes from Shibuya etc ! Would recommend

Mitsuru-san is a great host. His property is just right size for 1-2 people staying 1-2 weeks. Very close to the nearby Keikyu train station. Many good restaurants/bakeries within walking distance. Very close to HND airport and about 1.5-2 hours away from NRT airport via Keikyu Sky Access Express train. The property is clean and well maintained. It comes with all necessary amenities for 1-2 week stay. The host is friendly and responsive. He created a file with user’s manual for equipments in the property, as well as local recommendations. Overall a great stay and highly recommended.

駅からも近くとても快適でした。 ヒーターをお願いしていたのですが、当日迅速にご対応頂けて助かりました。 ベッドも広く、十分な数がありぐっすりと眠れました。 また鎌倉に行く際は伺いたいです。

I had an amazing stay at Yoko’s place in Tokyo! The apartment was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Yoko was a fantastic host—super responsive and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants, which made my trip even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, offering easy access to key areas in the city. I truly felt at home and appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the place. For the price, it was absolutely worth it. I highly recommend Yoko’s place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Tokyo!

We had a wonderful stay there. For 4 people it was perfect, very peaceful and not far from the station. We had some issues learning how to use the washer but the host came within a few mins to walk us through. Station was few mins to a bigger station which actually worked out better because it didn’t get extremely packed. Very walkable to some parks, shrines, shopping and Sakura trees! Go taxi also picks up and drops off. If going to Narita airport be mindful it’s a few hours away. We had a great week there! Thanks again!

It was a very nice and comfortable place and I would definitely stay here again. Excellent value and the host was very communicative and gave perfectly clear instructions on how to check in and check out.

Es war wunderbar. Die Eisenbahn die man gehört hat ist einfach toll. Die hana ist einfach super lieb und total freundlich. Sie präsentierte mir direkt ihren kleinen Hund und sie hat mir sogar Kuchen geschenkt. Sie ist ganz toll. Die Lage ist Mega. Die nachbarn super lieb. Ich bewerte die Unterkunft + Sauberkeit etc. mit vollen Sternen!!!!

Beautiful space just as advertised. Very good heating and amenities. We found the location convenient for a family with young children with a rental car- easy to get to various places in Odawara, lake Ashi, ropeway and the open air museum. Rei was very responsive, checked in on us and assisted where we needed promptly. Hope we get to stay again!

Had a lovely time here in Kamakura and it was great to come back to a peaceful apartment after a long day. The washer was really helpful and even though it took a couple hours, the dry function in the shower worked really well. I would definitely stay here again if I ended up visiting Kamakura again.

The house is within walking distance of Kawasaki JR station and Kawasaki Keikyu station. It's very comfortable for couples or small families. The house and interior are a bit old but well maintained. It's well worth the money for it. I would recommend the house to my friend or stay again.

Great location within walking distance of public transport. We loved this area and highly recommend it.

It was very clean and convenient, near train stations and places to eat (convenience stores and restaurants). It was close to Haneda Airport, which made the first and last day very convenient. It's about 30 min-1 hr from the main attractions of Tokyo, so I wish I had looked into that before I had made a decision, but it wasn't a bad commute and probably better than staying in the city.
