Wow, what an airy and light-filled apartment only a few minutes walk from the nearest station. The local area was perfect and meant everything you need was within a short walk. The size of the space was also generous and we slept well and felt relaxed. Nakano was always available to help out - thanks for a great stay!

Such a great stay! The apartment was clean with everything you need. The location was perfect, in a quiet neighborhood but close to the liveliness of shimokitazawa. There is also a train station right on the same block, making transportation very easy. There was some construction going on right outside the apartment, but it wasn’t noisy or disruptive. Hiroko was an amazing host and responded to any questions within minutes. I’d definitely stay again :)

Mitsuru place reached beyond my expectations, which made my trip to Tokyo a thousand times better.. I felt right at home. A few tips about this place it’s very nice and clean, located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, also surrounded by many nice stores and restaurants. There’s multiple 7-11 located nearby that’s a great walking distance it’s a very kind welcoming environment, 10/10 nice locals! The photos also don’t justified how homey & beautiful Mitsuru’s place is, I was very pleased! Mitsuru was responsive and very kind to me, I was even able to reserve extra days due to flight cancellation. Due to my experience, I will definitely come back and reserve here. I felt this Airbnb made my experience to Tokyo outstanding, I enjoyed it a lot. I definitely recommend booking here!

Fantastic place. The location is great as its an easy walk to all the buzz of Shibuya, and also an easy stroll to the mark city bus station where the airport limousine buses depart from. The apartment was super clean, great to have a washing machine, and we liked that there was no key - just a door access code.

This place was right in the action, which is what I wanted from this experience. very happy 😁

Great place and great location/value for a solo traveler or couple. The place was exactly as described, communication was clear, and the location near a main train stop made it very easy to get around. Would definitely stay there again.

Toru was a very friendly host and extremely helpful. He stayed up until 2 am to meet us during check in (we were delayed) which i really appreciate, thanks Toru! He also assisted us with a mishap with the automatic lock (completely our fault) on our last day. He recommended lots of interesting places around Shimo-Kitazawa. Overall, a very enjoyable stay around a quiet neighbourhood, close to the station, with a very hospitable host! (bonus point is the house has a very pretty garden)

We loved our time in Tokyo. The location was very convenient—10 minutes by bus to Shibuya Station—but also very peaceful and walkable. Chihoko was responsive and helpful before and during our stay, helping with transportation and restaurant bookings, and answering any questions that came up. The apartment was very clean and cozy and perfect for our family of five. We felt right at home.

El departamento está ubicado en un barrio cercano a la estación del metro y de fácil acceso a cualquier punto de Tokio. Yui fue muy atenta a nuestras consultas. El departamento en las fotos parecía más grande. Lo que tenemos que tener en cuenta es que tenemos una cultura distinta y el equipamiento de la casa y la cocina es muy distinto al que nosotros usamos. Y las dimensiones de los departamentos en Japón son muy distintos a lo que estamos acostumbrados. Pero claramente el departamento de Yui es un 10!

This place is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Walkable to some nice restaurants nearby and a nice fruit market nearby. Perfect location to access Shinjuku, Shibuya and Roppongi.

Incredible stay! Host met me the night of my arrival to check me in and to make sure I was settled. Very peaceful location full of delicious restaurants. Host was kind enough to take me to a famous spot for dinner! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive host with a terrific rental unit.

Amazing location – just a few minutes’ walk to the vibrant heart of Shibuya, yet tucked away in a quiet area perfect for relaxing. The host and his team are professional, and very thoughtful, with a dedicated guide channel offering detailed recommendations for nearby food spots and attractions. The apartment is clean, fully equipped, with a great washing machine and fridge. The balcony is lovely for enjoying the view and unwinding. I honestly wished I could stay a few more days in Tokyo to enjoy this unit more. Truly worth it!

The house is exactly the same as the photos or even prettier. Its featured as one of the best airbnb in tokyo:). The property is clean, cozy and thoughtfully prepared. The host was quick in responding with my queries and provided us good nearby restaurant for dining. The subway is like 5-8 minutes away hence making our logistic super easy. there are ebikes n escooters just outside, under luup. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an airbnb stay in Tokyo. Will surely be back again.

Convenient location and easy to access. Was a decent size for Tokyo with three of us (1 kid and 2 adults). Would be tight with more.

Muy buen apartamento, limpio y espacioso, a 12 minutos andando de la estación donde hay supermercado, restaurantes, etc. y en 45 min de tren estas en el centro de Tokyo. En 10 minutos de tren estas en zonas muy comerciales como Machida o Hachioji. Zona muy tranquila ideal para descansar despues de un dia de turismo. El primer día el propietario te espera a la hora de llegada (vive en el piso de abajo) y te explica como funciona todo, desde el agua caliente, la lavadora, el climatizador, etc. Al no tener ninguna incidencia no ha habido interactuación directa posterior pero es rapido respondiendo correos. No está en el centro de Tokyo, pero se agradece la tranquilidad. Repetiría seguro.

Good spot in Koto City. Lots of places easily accessible to eat and drink at. Host was polite and responsive. We enjoyed our stay here!

Host was EXTREMELY accomadating, everything from late checkout (I checked out 10 hours later!) to food and bar reccomendations, the host really cared about my stay. Nice location if you like to have fun, every accomedation you could need and pretty view, you will never be bored in this location

For Tokyo, this is an absolute steal of a stay. It is indeed just a ground floor studio, but it is extremely quiet and the bed is comfortable. I was there during a cold spell with negative outdoor temperatures and the AC unit worked well to keep me comfortable in the studio. I arrived at night and was out and about a lot at night, I never felt unsafe as a female solo traveller. Check in might seem a bit confusing at first - mainly bc of finding the place - but once you’re on the correct street the flats are marked outside. It might throw you off location wise at first, as there seems little to do in the area, but the Izakayas in that area are very local compared to downtown Tokyo and there are some parks and paths along he canal nearby. I would recommend walking towards the coffee area from the flat or even hiring a bike, seems like that is the way here and it will get you around far quicker. The connection to downtown Tokyo is quick on the metro. It is ideal for one person - maybe two

This was a great place to stay in Gotanda, not far from the station with lots of shops nearby. The flat was a nice size with plenty of amenities. Julian was a very helpful and friendly host too who was happy to help with any questions we had and allow for an easy check in.

Convenient, private, quiet, well equipped apartment matching the description and expectations. Host was clearly communicating and acting proactively on all steps of the visit and stay. Very nice experience! Ideal location for us during the Tokyo Marathon that was the purpose of our visit. The location was ideal for a good night rest..no street/tourist noises. And good connectivity to the city. Would definitely recommend!

这次日本横滨之行，入住的民宿简直是旅程中的惊喜！刚到民宿，就被阿姨温馨的布局以及小细节吸引，一踏入房间，传统的和式布置整洁又精致，每一处细节都透露着阿姨的用心，因为是春节，阿姨特意给我们准备了很多小零食和水果，走之前还发了红包，是非常好的住宿体验！ 此外民宿的设施齐全且品质超高，浴室的洗浴用品是当地小众但超好用的品牌，用完皮肤滑滑的。并且步行几分钟就能尝到地道的日本料理。这次民宿体验超棒，下次来日本，肯定还选这儿！
